Such a garbage company to both work for and order from. I can get these products cheaper literally anywhere else and they just try to ***** customers with their useless coupons. Cashing out my points and never ordering from them again. What a terrible company.ULTA Beauty

To Whom it May ************* a very sizable purchase, later last Summer, at ULTA Beauty in The Forum shopping center in ********, **, an employee NEGLECTED to enter my Customer Rewards number into their computer system.I was unaware of this oversight at the time of purchase. My purchase was quite sizable, well over $700.00.I was entitled to, and should have received, my Rewards, commensurate with my purchase.Rewards are not cash, but points saved, the value of which can be applied as a credit to future purchases, thus reducing the cost.ULTA advertises this program as a reward for its regular customers who make repeated purchases.On my next ULTA visit, when I asked the cashier to apply my Rewards points, I was told I had none.I was quite surprised by this news.It was then that I realized that ULTA either forgot or were negligence to document my previous purchase, not giving me my deserved Rewards.When I asked about my previous $700.00+ purchase, I was told that there was no record.I was however, told to bring my receipt and the situation would be remedied.So, I returned to ULTA, in person, bringing in printed documentation of my date of purchase, as well as the amount of purchase, documentatinf and verifying my purchase as they requested.This documentation would enable me to receive my Rewards.The store manager claimed that she was unable to help me because she could not get computer access to my information on that particular date of purchase.I was given a phone number and told to call ULTA Customer Service.I did so, and with great difficulty, but finally spoke to a representative who formed me that she would contact ULTA corporate to resolve the problem.I never heard back from Customer Service..I am a very unhappy customer!Very sincerely,************ULTA Beauty

I ordered items only for me not to get even half of them. Then, because I no longer live at the address it was sent to Ulta wouldnt even ****** my items to me so it had to be refunded. But I didnt even get refunded the correct value because my two GWP couldnt be refunded and *** who I spoke over the phone with couldnt even verify one of them even though I read out the item number and everything. So then she tells me, well I cant get you a gift card either. So not only am I missing all my stuff that Ulta company failed to provide me, but I cannot even be properly refunded because Ulta wont even help in the slightest. I will not be shopping with Ulta ever again because of this awful experience. And it ***** because I was a loyal customer to the company.ULTA Beauty

The customer service is not great. I tried returning an expensive curling iron that I bought online and was told that the item was too old to be returned. I looked everywhere on the website and she even provided me with a slip on the return policy, highlighted the part that she said I didnt understand. There was nothing on the receipt even, which I still had, that had a deadline for returning items. I had messaged the online team and they said there would be no issues with the date of purchase but the item did have to be returned in store, that was it. If it is past 60 days, or a receipt cannot be located, then the product can only be returned for the lowest price the item recently sold for in the past 90 days. I made a purchase on 01/25/2024 I bought 3 colognes for my grandfather because of his birthday, when I received the package only one cologne was in the box and the other 2 were missing (still missing) I have been constantly contacting Ulta for a resolution, the customer service keeps lying to me, it's been more than 3 weeks since they told me to wait for a resolution. I constantly chat with representatives, and they tell me the same thing, they all tell me to wait until the end of the week for an email with a resolution and they do not send anything. I am losing money because of them. This was my very first time purchasing from them and most likely the last one, terrible customer service and first-time experience.ULTA Beauty

Credit card service they use is terrible. Every time I go pay my bill. Your password is not correct. Well I change it again my phone saves them. But still nope. Go through the process again and again. I have signed off and changed the password. Go back on it right away using the same password. Says it doesnt match. What a surprise. Ways to get extra fees if late and scamming people. If things come up. *************** on phone also. Not helpfulULTA Beauty

Worst customer service ever! I swear it must be ran by AI. My package was delivered to the wrong location and customer says well thats normal to show delivered without it being delivered. No that doesnt happenI work in supply chain. Then ** asked twice what the address is. What! its on the order? All I get is a fluff response saying it must be frustrating to deal with but no offer to fix the solution. My only resolution was to dispute the charge on my cc.ULTA Beauty

I have been a loyal Ulta customer for 8 years. Their customer experience has been a nightmare. Im either working with robots or people who copy/paste from scripts. Each response has been by a new rep so there isnt any consistency. Ive been in contact with 6 reps and only one understood the issue but didnt fix it. Sometimes it seems like they werent even reading my emails. My issue was regarding points I accumulated. I tried place an order for in store pickup but not all my items were in store so I had to place two separate orders - one in store and one for delivery. I applied my points to each order but due to Ultas point accumulation structure, this left me with losing $38 worth of points. I asked the reps if they could combine orders or credit my account as I literally placed one order right after the other and they suggested I return everything and reorder. Very inconvenient! After this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.ULTA Beauty

In the future, you can always view the points chart on our website, located here: ************************************************** Each point does not equate to a set dollar value. Our program is set up to give you maximum value the more points you have saved up. While our teams are unable to combine your orders to give you the maximum value, the best option to get your points back would be to return your two orders, and then repurchase the items once your points are returned back to you and then placing one order with all the items and using your points. Do not bother with these people and their website.I made a purchase in June of 2022 that was marked delivered, but was shipped with LSO, which is known for losing packages and not delivering. I complained to lso and nothing. I talked to Ulta and they agreed to ******, but would not guarantee that it wouldnt be shipped lso so I asked for me money back.Now they will no longer allow me to purchase items using their website and there training is that I disputed a charge. What a crappy way to treat customers.ULTA Beauty
