I filed a complaint weeks ago because someone hacked my account and I still do not have a resolution. I have contacted them multiple times and they keep telling me that an internal investigation is pending with their resolution team. I spend a lot of money at Ulta and I have a lot of points that I have been saving.ULTA Beauty

My ulta beauty account has been hacked multiple times. My account was hacked 3 times since August and my ulta rewards were used every time. I had over 145 dollars to spend and someone has hacked and used them 3 times. I call and email with ulta and file a complain and the first time it took over 3 months for them to unlock my account and to give me back my rewards!! This time I have not heard back and my account is locked. I am beyond frustrated that their system is so easily hacked. I am not sure if the employees are doing using the rewards or what.ULTA Beauty

Website and app only allows you to use one gift card at a time. So you either have to spend your own money on the remainder of the order, defeating the purpose of a gift card, or you have to split your order up into multiple orders and pay multiple shipping charges on each.ULTA Beauty

My account was hacked. I have reached out to Ulta multiple times about this and they do not help or respond. Mind you, I spend at least $1,500 a year at Ulta, prefer Ulta over any other beauty store, and had almost $150 in points saved in my account. I'm pretty upset about it and wouldn't recommend being loyal to just one brand like this. I've been told multiple times i'll "receive an email" but have never received one. Not to my normal inbox or junk mail.ULTA Beauty

My daughter shops at Ulta very frequently. She placed an order on 12/9/23. She used a coupon CHEER23 ($10 on a $40 purchase, was supposed to receive a free gift, used her reward points as partial payment and paid the difference with a card. On 12/15 Ulta decided to give her a ******* used the chat, text and phone to find out why they had refunded the money without asking my daughter first. I told them she only wanted her order. The representatives basically told me that apparently the order, either got damaged or stuck with the carrier, so they processed as a return! How ridiculous and unprofessional this was. First of all, my daughter never received the order so it couldnt have been a return. Second, a good company, if they were having problems with the carrier, would have reshipped immediately. Bottom line, they told me they couldnt do anything. They said we needed to place the order again. At this point the coupon had already expired and the gift with purchase was not available. TOTAL RIPOFF!! FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!! I ordered a $50 gift card to be mailed to my niece in another state, for Christmas. I ordered this TWO WEEKS before Christmas, and according the ** on their site, it said the card would be mailed in the next business day via **** That was Dec. 11, and Ulta had no problem taking my money immediately. I followed up on Dec. 15 to find out the shipping status, contacting the "live chat" feature, and I was told it was "delayed", but in process. A week later on Dec. 22, I contacted "live chat" AGAIN, and after excuses and the repeatedly useless line "we're sorry for the inconvenience", I was told that "According to our system the order was not enable to be process." UNBELIEVABLE. I asked why I wasn't contacted about this (instead of me having to constantly follow up on the order), and they claimed that an "email notification" was sent to me. A**OLUTELY NOT TRUE. I check my email throughout the day, including the junk folder, and I never received any email from them. On top of that, the live chat agent told me "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I could place a new order with a digital card for fast shipping, unfortunately due to the holidays we are having problems with plastic cards." Now they're saying that it will take another **** business days for me to get my refund. So they take my money up front, deliver NOTHING but empty promises, excuses and lies. I'm amazed that Ulta has lasted this long in business, given how they are ripping off customers. I will NEVER buy anything from Ulta again, and I will report this on every review site I can find. Awful. Awful. Awful. I had missing points from a buy online pick up in store purchase. After talking to over 6 people, I got different answers and no points. The real icing on the cake was when the representative I had been talking to trying to resolve this told me that I was my sister. After I corrected my name THAT I PROVIDED ******* refused to help, argued with me what MY name was and then they refused to answer any of my emails or texts messages. Dont shop here. They wont honor price adjustments. I ordered perfume two days ago, today I got an email that its 20% off. Instead of doing a simple adjustment, I am now returning the entire thing and re-bought it from Sephora (for even cheaper)I chatted and emailed them all morning over a few dollar adjustment and got nowhere but angry. It is Christmas week and I had to waste HOURS of my morning and ultimately got nowhere. Even if they did eventually credit, I would not have accepted it because I dont want them to have any of my money. Ulta wasted shipping to send the item to me, to return the item back (working in e-commerce in the past, I know labels cost complies about $15) and I already opened and started using the product. So now they cant even resell it. This is all over a $5 price adjustment. I can confidently say ulta has lost a customer from this.ULTA Beauty

I paid my account in full and it was closed. I paid it on the 13th which it was due on the 10th I think. I paid like close to 50 to paid the balance in full because account was again closed. The next few months I was getting emails from Ulta regarding my statement but I didn't open them because again I paid my account in full and it was closed. I then get bill in the mail for like 78 dollars. Two late fees are added on my closed account. One for 39 and then another one for not paying the first 39 plus interest on the 39. I called Ulta and the lady I spoke to agreed to credit my account and we both confirmed again my account was closed. So a few days go by and I get a rude phone call wanting me to pay this bill again. I explained that my account was closed and I was not going to pay any late fees on a closed account. I stated I had paid for all merchandise I received and my account was closed. I don't want this affecting my credit so I contacted credit bureau regarding this. All I am asking for is that my account be closed and the balanced which is fraud be cleared. I do not owe Ulta any money and for them to try to take advantage of me is very bad business. I don't have money to be throwing away. How in the heck am I going to [pay for a bill of just late fees that is more than my account balance. I suggest others stay clear of this organization or if you must go into store and pay cash.
