      I made online order with Ulta 12/04/2023; during the order process, i unchecked the save Default to avoid my payment saving online; however, Ulta still saved my payment online and no option for customer to remove the saved payment method by herself/himself. I had to contact **************** to request not to save my payment online, and got message that action would be done by Ulta which maybe take ***** hours. So ridiculously, I have to watch out for all online to avoid Fraud transactions to my card.So, please be aware and please no online order if you don't want your card to be saved by ULTA website.

      I would like to submit a formal complaint on a store employee who belittled me in front of another client while doing her hair on December 2nd 2023. I had a scheduled an appointment with an employee named *************************** who colored my hair a month ago. I scheduled a 2nd coloring on Nov. 30th, 2023 and was charged $174.00 with a tip of $20.00. On December 1st I returned to the store and spoke with the same stylist ******** regarding my hair color which did not come out the way she stated would come out. I agreed to meeting with her again to correct the coloring on December 2nd at 11am in which she stated would be free of charge. Upon arrival of the scheduled day the stylist turned me away stating that I will no longer be doing your hair due to having some personal issues at home and also with you. I was appalled by her statement and confused on what caused her to say this comment without elaborating the reason for not correcting her mistake. I was led to believe that we had an understanding based on our conversations on properly coloring my hair. This employee needs to be reprimanded and terminated from her position. It was unprofessional of her to lash out at me and taking out her personal issues on a paying customer. I have paid twice in the amount of $174.00 and had given her a personal tip of $20.00 twice. I would like to be compensated for the grief she had caused me because I do not want to step into the store again due to the embarrassing moment on that day has left me distressed. I do not want another stylist to redo the hair coloring because I felt comfortable with ********************. I have brought this to the attention of the store manager and the manager stated the they would be willing to redo the color again free of charge .I notified the manager that I demanded a full refund in the amount of $388.00 which includes the personal tips for the hours I spent in the salon to color my hair that was inappropriately done by the stylist in question.

      I have been a long time shopper at Ulta and have for the most part never had issues - until today. I had ordered foundation during Black Friday (my second order of the week) and noticed I had received my first package but had not seen my other one. I got to looking at the tracking details and somehow it was delivered to the wrong state. It was sent to a ** address when I have a TN address. I reached out hoping to get this reshipped to the correct address and was told there was nothing they could do and ultimately blamed it on me... I can assure you guys I only ever enter in my regular address I have only ever gotten ordered shipped to! I couldnt even tell you where this other address came from?? A long time customer who has spent thousands of dollars on this company and never requested refunds or reshipped items before and they cannot make this right. It is so frustrating!! There is no loyalty or appreciation for their customers. I do believe I will be jumping ship and spending my money on beauty supplies elsewhere.

      I purchased from Ulta my order stated Delivered my order wasnt delivered at the location, I contacted Ulta several different times and nothing was solved my cameras shows no delivery, and my neighbors says they were no packages.. Im livid I work hard for my money. I thought Ulta was a really good place to find good beauty products at a reasonable prices. i was wrong.. Beware Customers do not purchase from Ulta online they dont back their customers up..

      There is absolutely no reason why I have to wait an unknown length of time for any resolution to my hacked account. My account was breached and the hacker changed the email and password away from mine. I called Ulta customer support and was told that they escalated the case up to another department. I need that account deleted and this situation resolved. I've never had a merchant keep me in limbo like this for a cyber incident. I've had to freeze and replace my cards as a result. Strange thing is my account was only hacked after I went to an Ulta storefront the day prior and used it for the first time in a very, very long time. Not sure if the two are related, but it's odd timing. I want resolution!

      Very disappointed with Ulta! On 11/23 I ordered a perfume and cologne. With this purchase I was to get a Gift, which was a robe. I have been tracking the package every day. The status never changed. Shipping Label created. Waiting for carrier pickup. It was NEVER shipped. So, I called today, and they said the cologne is now out of stock and they cant send the gift/robe. The only thing they could do is reship the perfume and refund for the out-of-stock cologne. This wasnt an error on my end, this wasnt an error on the carriers end. This was an error on Ultas end! Horrible customer service!!!!

      I foolishy registered for an Ulta Mastercard to get a discount in the store. ************** which processes the credit card is a complete rip off. WHen paid late they apply a late fee plus $2 a day. I called and arranged to pay my balance in full. Next month they had continued to tack on the same charges. I called again and over the phone paid the balance in full and cancelled the credit card. Today I recieved another bill for $2. I don't even have an account number to pay on since I cancelled the account. THese folks are brutal. BEWARE ULTA CREDIT CARD!

      I purchased a product on November 25 2023 online the promotion was buy 1 get 1 for free . When package arrived it only had 1 product,I called customer service and was told that I couldnt get the free product because I didnt put 2 in my *********** I only wanted to purchase 1 not 2 because I knew I would get 1 free . I was told nothing they could do except give me a coupon. I next texted with someone on there website,she said she couldnt find any promotion,I told her the previous person found it and said I wouldnt get it because of the cart issue. She also only would give me coupon . Well needless to say they lost my business.

      So this is what they do. 1. They advertise a higher price for you to pay for getting a supposed "free gift" 2. They dont explain that the "free gift" is out of stock UNTILL you order. 3. Then you are stuck paying the higher price and never get the free gift 4. when presented to customer service they lied and said this would fall off in 3-5 days 5. Think about this..... what is going to fall off if I just paid a higher price to get 2 times? That doesnt even make sense. 6. then I get a supervisor on the line and they said the best they can do is a 15$ gift card 7. What is a 15$ gift card going to get? why couldnt they just refund me for the difference I paid? 8. NOPE - they refused to give me the difference So all in all, this is a marketing trick to get you to pay more for an item up front and then they say "sorry --- out of stock" so they get you. I could have purchased this item on amazon but BECAUSE of the "free gift" I ordered through here. WORST DECISION EVER!!!!!!!

Our free gifts are while supplies last, so once this item is out of stock, then we are unable to offer a replacement. Since the item that was out of stock was a free gift, no refund was needed on your order as you did not pay for the gift that was included with your order. If you are unhappy with the item you purchased to qualify for your free gift, you are welcome to return your item at your local Ulta Beauty location within 60 days of ordering to receive a full refund. Even though the gift states that it was valued at $50, it was a gift. We know how disappointing it can be to not receive a gift that you were expecting which is why our teams offered the $15 e-gift card.       I purchased an Ulta gift card from the ******* store on 8/24/2023 for $150.00 for my sister's retirement and mailed it to her in ******** ****. (insured). When she attempted to use it, the saleslady at the Ulta store near her, scratched off the substance to reveal the *** # . She then told my sister that the balance was zero and there was nothing she could do for her. I called the store where I purchased the gift card - store 383. The assistant manager, **** who could not do anything and advised me to call ***** Services who advised me to call Gift Card support who advised me to call Cash Star who advised me to call ***** Services again. After talking to all of those staff members, I have been told that the gift was already used on October 4 at 436pm at the merchant # *** **** **** and they are refusing a refund. None of them can tell me where that merchant is. It would have been impossible for the gift card to be used since the *** # wasn't revealed - they don't have an answer for that. Discover has already paid the amount of $150.00. I have emailed the *** of Ulta, ************************* and have not received a response. As of now I am out $150.00 ! I will NEVER shop at Ulta again !!!
