*** lived in **************** nearly 20 years. Every time I need a beauty product, one spot always comes to mind. ULTA but every time I go to Ulta on ***************. I get the same crappy attitude and always leave feeling like crap! The wonen there are supposed to support and uplift other women. Im not a makeup guru but I know some stuff ?? but the employees and I mean all of their staff all have an idk attitude about everything.I hear them constantly talking about other employees, customers that are in store or whom had just left. I just had this happen to me so instead of being a so called ***** and doing a ****** review or Yelp or ********************* review I thought s**** that its time that location got a real review from a 20 year Ulta shopper whom one I might add has a high end credit limit credit card ( which I plan on stopping before the day is up) I also always spend a good 900 to ++ $ amount sometimes 2/3 times a week! They are always so unprofessional and rude and I wish theyd clean house especially everyone in the Salon of that location only! They all complain about how they dont get paid enough that they ask you how much are you going to tip me in the middle of cutting someones hair! Are you kidding me Im not the only one with this issue. My group of friends (20 of us) which go to the same location all have the same issues. Why after making complaints or suggestions does the manager or district manager do absolutely nothing about the problem color me highly confused and frustrated. Im not a disgruntled ex employee, Im not one to ever complain about anything, I mostly keep everything to myself because at the end of the day you never know what another person is going through Get your c*** together ULTA on ***************ULTA Beauty

Cyd at The Salon is ABSOLUTELY, 100% the best stylist/ colorist out there. She took her time and I came out looking fabulous! We had the best time chatting and laughing. Couldnt have asked for a better self-care experience.ULTA Beauty

Facts about Ulta from a Platinum Rewards member! FIRST: watch! They will reply to this with an automated response as they do all reviews (oh we are so sorry, we're experiencing higher than normal customer service calls, and the best one... IT department is working on it!) Ha! Been hearing this for over 3 years and I'm beyond sick of it. #2 website glitches constantly.#3 orders are shipped damaged, incomplete, or all together wrong.#3 you can never get ahold of customer service but I got screenshots of my last live chat and I will be sending them to the BBB.#4 The emails rarely fully open and the links are broken. #5 regularly get locked out of card account and they blame the credit card issuer but I also constantly get locked out of ulta app account.#6 Always sold out of advertised sales and promotions.#7 ulta will put a free gift in your cart, you will pay, then they will ship your order and tell you the free gift is out of stock. After the fact! Then you will never receive it.#8 following up on #7 they commonly use the bait and switch tactic. As a card holder you are *********** special promotions including birthday bonuses which they are always out of. It's just to get you in the store.#9 my card was paid off. My daughter made an $11 purchase which I paid the balance of within ********************************** interest. Would fix it wouldn't even respond to my messages when I couldn't get through to customer service.I could go on and on but *********************** horrible reviews speak for themselves. I have had it with this company and have switched to Fidelity rewards and will be closing my account with ********************** soon.ULTA Beauty

A rating of 1 is way to high. Ulta is currently running their 21 days off savings event and their web site will not allow me to complete the purchase. I cannot even get past the secure checkout screen.I tried the chat line and waited 15 minutes before I could speak to a representative. "********" was a computer generated responder with completely inappropriate answers.Email was sent to me but after I responded, I heard nothing. Today I tried to call them and is couldn't even do this from their app, so I called directly. I had to wait over 20 minutes to be able to speak with a person. This person informed me that they were experiencing issues due to a system upgrade. She then informed me that I could add everything back into my car and she would process the checkout. However, my card would be charged full price and Ulta would issue a refund a few days later. Are you kidding me???? Sure, I will let you charge my credit card hundreds of dollars and hope that you can get the refund to me. (Ha Ha)I lost my birthday gift and a gift with purchase item as well as the 50% off several items from the 21 days sale.I am canceling my card and the girls and is are going elsewhere to shop.ULTA Beauty

Nightmare. Im a diamond member and Ulta card holder and Im about to be neither. I tried placing an order Sunday that couldnt process on their end. I wasnt aware Ulta was having these widespread problems for weeks because they have made NO ANNOUNCEMENT which is unconscionable. but I digress. The unprocessed order took all of my accrued points, and I cant reach anyone in customer service. Ive tried calling, texting, chatting and emailing. Repeatedly. NOT TO MENTION I have missed out on every One of the 21 days sale items since because their app and website wont process orders (or apparently anyone elses), yet they keep sending me 2 emails a day telling me what Im missing out on. Honestly the worst part it the radio silence on their part towards their customers. So much disrespect. Apparently this has been going on for WEEKS! I downloaded the ******* app and made my first order there for the first time in three years. Honestly I forgot how easy it was.ULTA Beauty

Placed an order 1 week ago and wondering about order status as it has said "shipped" for nearly a week now. When i check order status the date went from Aug 28th to Aug 29th then no date at all. Says awaiting carrier pickup by Lasership but when i check on "need help" page it says from **** Charged 38$ and haven't received my shipment yetULTA Beauty

Giving Ulta a One Star rating is being generous! Their customer service is absolutely horrible! ********************** shipped me the wrong item and Ive been trying to get it resolved for six days now, and still havent been able to get any kind of resolution. When I call, I wait a MINIMUM of 26 minutes before a representative picks up and then immediately hangs back up. I tried the texting option. I had three different representatives text me back, and when I told each of them the issue with my order they never texted me back. Lastly, I emailed customer service. I received the automated reply and then a representative emailed me. I explained in detail the issue with my order and sent them pictures of the products. Never heard from them again. Ive been a Diamond member with them for years and Ill never buy from them again. They dont honor their commitment, nor do they care about their customers.ULTA Beauty

Clearly having major issues with their app and website that they're not addressing or resolving. I placed an order using a points multiplier, but I did not get the extra points. They said to wait till the order shipped and I'd see them, but that didn't happen and now they're not even responding to me any longer.ULTA Beauty

Ulta's reward point system has been down for weeks. After speaking with several individuals, I am being told they are upgrading and there will be a fix soon. I have over $100 in rewards that are "not available". In the meantime both there website and app will take order as long as your aren't trying to redeem points. Additionally, they are ignoring emails and not picking up on calls.ULTA Beauty
