No one answers their phone, text line for support or online chat! They said you can cancel an online order if you contact them within 1 hour and then they make it impossible to reach them! Ive tried their 24/7 available now chat support all day and it keeps saying pall specialists are busy try again later so I text and call and its been a day of no response or acknowledgement! They have charged multiple people, myself included, hundreds of dollars for online orders that don't go through. My money was eventually refunded, but they are still allowing this to happen. They are aware of the problem, but are doing nothing to warn people.ULTA Beauty

When you shop online, a pending authorization hold on funds *** be placed on your account as ******************** does not charge your account until your entire order ships. The enhancements we are making to our site *** have caused the multiple pending charges and we apologize. These holds are usually released within 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). We do still see pending points on your rewards account. They do false advertising here with points. I am trying to use ***************************************************************************************** my bag yesterday, the system glitched and now I have to wait 48 hours for them to be refunded back into my account. The agent ********* CASE ID ******** also denied a supervisor and ended the chat and said have a great day! when I asked for a supervsior. This is extremely unprofessional. I placed an order last week. Theyve had a known glitch on their app but failed to email or alert customers on the page. Charged my card multiple times and emptied my account off 125$ in rewards points. Had to wait over 5 business days for the charges to fall off my account. Order never went through! Spoke to customer service Monday and Wednesday. Both times told 24-48hrs to wait. Here it is Friday. Still no points the I EARNED from purchases. Still havent informed customers and still happening today! Not acceptable. They charge interest to customers on their credit card. Only way to fix this is to fix the issue! And give customers who were harmed financial interest that you would have taken if it was reversed! Holding onto my money for over 7 days with no ores going through is not doing good business.ULTA Beauty

Horrible customer service! Im absolutely done with this company! I have been a loyal Ulta user for years. Even over *******. I also have their credit card and have purchased 85% of the majority of my perfumes from Ulta. Im tempted to transfer my credit completely to my ************** now because I am so done with this company. A few weeks ago I decided, hey Im too busy to get to Ulta in person and my two every day perfumes were running out so I decided you know what Ill just older it so I dont even have to go out of my way. Worst decision ever made! I live in a city and if you live in a city then you know that things can happen when it comes to the mail. I was actually on my way home when my package was delivered but by the time I got there there was no package to be found. I checked everywhere but it was also clear as of my ring camera that my package was indeed stolen. Upon reporting this to Ulta they took zero responsibility for their shipping methods as a company. Instead they just kept saying it was delivered so its out of their hands. I offered my proof of it being stolen through my ring camera and everything but they instead washed their hands from the entire situation. I was also unbelievable for filing a claim through the shipper *** because they said the package was transferred to a secondary mailing post office which apparently takes away my opportunity to file a claim through the mailer. Im furious. Im out of over $240 with nothing to gain from it but anger anger for the company. I spoke to 5 different reps before I was told by the 5th that them still working on it was actually not going to be resolved and I was denied. They were just trying to stall me for a week. I was never forget about it. How unprofessional and just flat out wrong. I even used $30 of my points to get it to $240 that I wont be getting back or anything from. Just money wasted and a bad taste in my mouth for the whole brand. Its unacceptable and unprofessional!ULTA Beauty

I recently had an experience getting my hair done at Ulta beauty in ************* ****. The store manager has been extremely snappy and I've been trying to get my money back for like 7 weeks now. The stylist put a "money piece" in my hair that I didn't ask for and did not do a proper balayage to my hair. It cost $253 and was not anything I wanted or asked to have done. I couldn't go back to store because 2 days later I moved to *****. I am still trying to get a refund.ULTA Beauty

I've had it with this company. They offered 2 extra free gifts and would NOT allow me to out the order through because of "service updates". Now those free gifts are gone. I'm done with this company.ULTA Beauty

We can see how upsetting it could be to not be able to add your free gift with purchase to your order. Something to keep in mind. All of our gifts with purchase are while supplies last and have to be added to your cart before checking out. Currently there is an enhancement, being made to our website, which may be causing difficulties in placing orders. Terrible customer service. I have had issues for days trying to complete an online order and it keeps telling me transaction cannot be completed because it cannot verify my card however has charged my card multiple times and took my points without placing the order. i have tried endlessly to get in contact with someone, im either ignored or hung up on. this has been happening for days and my next step is to file a dispute as fraud.ULTA Beauty

My experience at Ulta the location 24th street and Baseline has not been good I keep trying to give this place benefit of the doubt. But this last experience was awful.Its was like I was bothering experience the melonted manager when she did help me.you could tell she was gritting her teeth the first sales walk away and said she had other people to.help.when I spent way over 300 dollars she never came back.It was unbelievable that manger that have at the particular store is awful. I never had this problem when I would shop at the camelback location. Yeah I've been toiling and toiling with saying because I have to say something the last time. I do not.like this at all.its such a long story but this is kind of the jiffes of it.ULTA Beauty

I placed an order with ULTA in order to receive a 'free' 18 piece gift bag. I received all the items that I paid for yet no gift bag. I called to request the gift (which by the way was listed on the shipping slip, but was not there) and was told after a 20minutes wait on the phone that they could not send the gift bag, but would give me a $20 voucher. Note to all buyers, their vouchers NEVER work with any order I've attempted with over a dozen orders. They are crooks and only represent false advertising for 'freebies.' Don't be fooled.ULTA Beauty
