    Our niece's team was doing a fundraiser for their team. We had 2 choices in which to support the team. The first choice was to "donate" $24 to the team, of which Double Good would automatically keep 50% (for doing nothing but receiving the money). I can't imagine that this is actually legal. The other choice was to buy 2 bags of popcorn for $22 + S/H. So, we decided to order 2 bags of popcorn, and when they turned up, we were shocked to see that they were single serving bags of **** oz each.I recommend sending money directly to the athletes or to their booster clubs. They will get the full benefit then.

    Did not receive order. I made 2 orders and only one came since 2/9/24. I do not like this!!!!! Too expensive not to receive!!!!! I want customer service!

I found the two orders you placed on February 9. - Order SK2402091520857-3218 was delivered by *** on February 22 at 1:22 pm. - Order SK2402091523464-8372 is due to arrive tonight by 7pm. Since we missed the date on both of these orders, I will send you a complimentary order of some of our favorite flavors. Those will be sent out shortly.     This company never sent out the popcorn I ordered for my nephew's fundraiser. I got in touch with customer service, and they apologized and said they would send an alternative order of popcorn. This is months later, and so not cool and a waste of my time. How do you not ship things? It's literally your job.

    Hi *******:Thank you for reaching out to Double Good. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. I see you placed an order with us on July 31. We sent confirmations, including tracking information to you in August. The shipment was due to arrive between August 4 and August 16, per our email dated July 31 at 7:40 am. Furthermore, I understand on January 20 you contacted us to let us know it never arrived. I am sorry you did not receive your popcorn as promised. Normally, we do not give replacement for orders older than 120 days. However, I see a replacement order was processed on January 23. And, yes, normally, an automatic email is sent including the tracking number but there was an issue with those auto-generated emails. I see an agent was able to give you the ***** tracking information on January 25 and it looks like your replacement order was received on January 29. We hope you enjoyed your popcorn! Thanks for supporting your nephew's pop-up store.

    I ordered three bags of popcorn and all three were stale!! I was so disappointed but didnt bother to send them back. Just threw them away each time. I had ordered popcorn before with GREAT results in the quality and only reordered this time due to that. I dont think Ill order again. Too expensive to be stale.

    Totally disappointed. Cannot contact the company. No customer support at all. No chat, no email, no phone number worked after multiple times. I supported my grandson's football fund raiser. Ordered caramel popcorn. Price displayed was $54.00. On my bill over $60 showed **. Extremely deceiving in not displaying the fees and taxes upon purchase. I will never support this fund raiser again. When the popcorn arrived, the packaging was the worst of any company. Box was broken, box was cut with what appeared to be a knife. 5 out of 6 popcorn bags were intact. The 6th bag was ripped open and popcorn spilled all over. No inside packaging protection at all. It is unfortunate because the caramel popcorn was very tasty, but I will never purchase from this company again nor will I recommend this company for any future fund raiser for my 8 grandchildren's schools.

We take the quality of our popcorn, including our packaging very seriously, which is why so many schools, youth sports, and organizations use us for their fundraising needs. From the delivery picture it look like your box had been tossed around a bit. I can assure you it did not leave our facility in that condition; however, once it is with the shipping company a lot can happen. Regardless, this is not the experience we wanted for you. Furthermore, you can reach out to customer support at any time by responding to any of the numerous emails we have sent you. The order confirmation, included the shipping charges and taxes which was sent (to the email address you provided when you placed your order) within minutes of the order being placed.     Very disappointed in the size of the package. For $10 a bag you would expect at least a bag the size of a typical chip/popcorn bag. This is about half the size. Next time I'll just donate directly to the school instead of paying almost $30 for two bags of popcorn + shipping.

    Double disappointment, quarter of the value. Double Good is great if you want supporters to feel cheated by supporting a cause. I honestly feel worse about the organization I tried to support by purchasing Double Good because it was so overpriced. If you can't think of a better way to raise money, you shouldn't be doing whatever it is you're using Double Good to raise money to do. And Double Good is only in business because they take advantage of people trying to support an otherwise worthy cause.

    The tech support team *****. Every time I try to log in it asks for the phone number I input the right code. Then it sends an email to input another code, however, the email with the code is never sent. I have tried this with two different phone numbers. I then contact support and they ask the same inane questions and it goes around in circles every time explaining the same issue over and over again. They never seem to understand my issue even when I spell it out. They always asks me to do the same thing over and over. It is so frustrating. All I want to do is log in and they can not even help me do that. When I used a THIRD phone number it finally worked and didn't even ask for an email code even though there is an email attached to that account. So, there are also inconsistencies when logging in. It shouldn't take three accounts just to fundraise. I am beyond upset and they are a terrible business. If it were up to me I would not ever fundraise with them. They should have a real support team that uses the phone and not just the emailing which wastes your time because they take a long time to get back to you and they actually do not help.

    The advertising pictures dont show you what you get in a 10$ bag of popcorn. The bags arrived and we immediately felt cheated. We felt so bad we had to text all the buyers from my sons school to apologized for the misleading advertisement. The caramel type popcorns are the only exceptions. Shame on this company for being greedy.

    Hi ****! Thanks for your comments. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Our flavors do vary in weight depending on the ingredients used. For example, Caramel-Diem weighs more than Butter Believe It because it is enrobed in caramel. However, each bag contains approximately 5 cups of popcorn. We take the quality of our popcorn very seriously, which is why teams, schools and nonprofits have had tremendous success funding their causes selling our ultra-premium popcorn.I hope your son's school had a successful fundraiser.
