      Our insurance company has been trying to get documents to pay off the vehicle loan for 16 days and they cannot get hold of anyone in the department that can give them the documentation that they require. When we called to get answers, we got 2 different answers on what was happening and why they could not solve this issue any faster. Customer support is non existent, and if you do seem to get someone, they are not helpful. Avoid this company. If you loan is sent here, try everything to get it moved.

      We have had a loan for several years and set up auto pay. No payments have ever been missing and, this was my error, I found out interest would be paid before principle. We had gone through the whole process so, we relented and agreed. This was 4 years ago- this last week I got a notice that $1600. 00 was deducted from my account for " interest" and fees. This is embezzlement if you ask me!! They don't deserve the 1 star rating!!!

      Bunch of crooks. I closed my account 4 months ago and still don't have my funds. They refused to electronically transfer it back to my checking account and insisted that they had to mail me a check. They claim that a check was sent, that it was returned, that it was destroyed, that a stop payment was placed on it but refuse to re-issue a new check. They say that the only way I can get my money is to sign a legal document indemnifying them and make a false legal claim that 'I' lost the check and that in the event the original check is presented and cashed that 'I' am financially responsible for the funds plus any of their legal fees. I've sent letters, emails, and over a dozen phone calls. They absolutely refuse to give me my money. Is this how they make their money? Depositors just give up and go away and abandon their money?

      Not good bank ! I made a payment on my car loan and toke them more than week to apply it on my balance! I had to call every single day and deal with crappy unprofessional customer service! I will never again do any business with this bank!

      We have had a RV loan for 15 years. This is the worst bank that I have ever dealt with! Last December I received a notice saying no payment due. I thought this was strange, I didn't make the payment it was showing we paid twice in November. January of 2022 they demanded the payment from December after months on a three way call with my bank, knowing that, Bank of the West made a mistake on the statement they sent me. All I wanted was a apology they kept on saying it was my bank's fault. I just received 2023 statement and the 31 cents that I paid extra to round up the amount due, they have it as a late payment!!! Please do not deal with this bank!

      They were in charge of my car loan...when I got in a total loss accident my insurance paid them and i have no balance. They keep withdrawing money from my account on autopay. I tried calling and was on hold for an hour and got tossed around. I emailed and have yet to get a response. i can't cancel on the app because again I have no account with them now that my loan is paid off! What a hot mess company!

      Worst customer service ever this people are crooks thieves liars watch out dont use them for anything pass the word around and *** your friends know what type of company this is I have a car loan through them I regret it and wont go through them ever again I know that and I hope u dont!!! Karma is inevitable and will come back ten times harder!!

      A 1 star rating is far to good. They actually should get a rating in the negative numbers. NEVER do business with them. They are the worst organization I have ever had a loan with. I have to wonder how they're still in business....or legally allowed to do business. BMO took over my mortgage when they bought out another bank. OMG. It has been nothing but problems. From getting simple questions answered to payments posted or having them fix their mistakes has been outrageous. My account has been "miscoded" several times and showed it was in foreclosure (never been close to foreclosure), policies change with no notice to the customer resulting in payments being posted later than they were made, and late charges assessed for on time payments and their insistence that the late charge be paid. Most recently, I had an issue with my homeowners. My agent tried to call, they never returned the agents call. I called and was told the insurance doesn't talk to customers. They recently sent a statement with an incorrect payment amount on it. Collections ********** acknowledged it was their mistake and would fix it just as soon as I paid the late charge. Really? It's your mess up no mine. I was hung up on. ****************** response was I should have known what my payment was. I later received multiple statements with and without late charges. When I made the next payment I was assured the late charge has been removed. Guess what.....It's back! These people have no clue what they're doing or how to run a business. They're extremely difficult to work with, rude, and condescending to customers. I wouldn't trust them to keep their word on the sky being blue.

      Just don't do it no matter how good their introductory offer or pre-approved credit card offer is it's not worth it! Once they have your money they can't authenticate you whatever that means. So while your account is Frozen and I can't use the credit card I already have with them I received two pre-approved offers for new credit cards from them through the mail so I can't use the one I have but they're happy to give me two new ones. To say that there is no one home there is beyond generous. To authenticate yourself to them you'll need to go to a notary public with your ID have your ID notarized then fax them actually you can't fax them first you have to join their secure network center which is a nightmare in itself but once you get in that you have to attach files and send them your driver's license card from the notary and a copy of the notary certificate or license from the state. After submitting it you need to call within 24 hours and speak with a fraud specialist. I'm here to tell you 24 hours is not enough time to get ahold of there for us specialists you can call for literally weeks before you'll get through and by then you're authentication is expired and you have to do it again! just Honestly I've never seen anything like their customer service if you can call it that I could go on forever but just listen to me and everyone else that wrote before me avoid them like the plague because they are truly the worst bank ever!
