      Worst experience ever. I opened a CD and tried to get details on it. 4 phone calls later ( and one hang up) I was left with nothing but frustration and no answers. Youve been warned, dont use this bank. I filled a complaint with the *****

      I borrowed money several years ago to purchase a used car. I have consistently made payments every month, reducing the over $30,000 debt to about $10,000. The car was wrecked in early November, and my insurance paperwork was filed immediately to pay off the debt. In spite of my attempt to notify them that the payment was coming, they continued to deduct money from my checking account first December and now I have another payment scheduled for Christmas Day. They are delaying the payment agreement being sent to the car title company, and I find no reason for this. I tried complaining and got nowhere, then used their company email to file a complaint. I was notified quickly by my account that the claimed email address did not exist. Im very disappointed and will never borrowed from them again.

      I added *** for direct deposit for ***** work, but they refuse to move money to my other bank account for 3-5 days which is ********. I've had my account with *********** for over 20 years. Moving money from *** to Legacy can be donee same day according to *****. I'm not a terrorist, I don't have a criminal background, I'm not a laundered. It's so frustrating. Then they want you to use Zelle which also doesn't work. It's all about making money because they take the money instantly when I buy something.

      WORST BANK EVER!WORST PROMOTIONS EVER THEY OFFERED ME A 500 BONUS FOR CREATING A BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND THEY DID NOT HONOR IT. i went ahead and sent multiple emails asking for help and no one has fixed this

      I wouldn't give them 1 star if that were a option. I have a new vehicle loan from this bank. There have been so many problems from the beginning. Setting up the online account. The online portal is NOT user friendly to say the least. The steps you have to go through just to make a payment and set your personal bank up to make the payment is unreal. By the time everything was authorized the "pending" payments were late. Set up what I thought was a reoccurring payment to avoid being late to realize it was scheduled every month 2 weeks after the due date unknowingly and getting monthly late charges and phone calls every single day. I have talked to these people so many times trying to get this fixed it is ridiculous. And I still don't have it fixed because I have to talk to a different **** for everything. I guess my reoccurring payments are not set up in the correct area of the website (how is this even possible). I am so over dealing with this bank and wasting time on the phone and late fees when payments are pending and future payments are set up. MAKES NO SENSE. I have no problem with any other bank or bill!! I will absolutley never ever take another loan from them and I am looking change loan companies!

      WARNING - Please read prior to banking with ***.I set up an account with *** based on their promotion for a new checking account. Upon depositing a check from my employer my account was flagged for fraud and was placed in credit only status. To their initial credit, they did call me and inform that my account was frozen and they had to verify the check, informing me that this should be handled "soon." However, after 3 days, i received no call or update and bills were coming due. So i reached back out to the company to get a status on the check review (calmly). I ended waiting about ************************************************* it is still under review and being processed by my investigator. They couldn't get a hold of my investigator, so i told them to call me back as soon as he is available. Two days later, no call back and my funds are still frozen. So i call back in, being held on hold in between departments for about 25 minutes. Where they inform me that there is no fraud specialist/analysist available and they will call me back when available. Two days plus a weekend passes, and no call back. Reaching out again for an update, i get left on hold for about 20 minutes (very frustrated). Finally, they connect me to another fraud specialist, and tell me that it is still under investigation... So, after 12 days and seven business days, no progress has been made, and my account is still frozen. Story continues... I tell the fraud specialist that this is unacceptable and to get the investigator for my case on the line, they couldn't and told me he would call back. 24 hours later.. no call.. no update. I call back and placed on hold for 20 minutes with management. Their unable to do anything.. only is fraud can. So i am on hold for another 30 minutes (50 minutes in total), waiting for fraud to answer their phone. They finally do, telling me the exact same answer as before. They hung up when I got upset with their answer. No resolution to date, funds frozen.

      Horrible customer service. After 50 years of dealing with this bank (previously M&I Bank) they treat me like an alien. I couldnt even open a large CDa depositbecause I had frozen one account of the 3 big credit monitoring bureaus (and the credit bureaus foreign representative couldnt figure out how to unfreeze it). I have no loans anywhere, excellent credit, a perfect record with this bank but they wont issue me a credit card for the same reason. If you want lousy service with a smile this is the bank to deal with.

      Dear , I am an account holder with your bank my account number ******* I was trying to active my credit card online and you request from me to call you which I did the below screen could tell that I wait 1 :22 and no one answer What a bad service that I practice and That never happened to me with any other bank , that till me how bad your service is which drive me to say that no respect for your client time My name ********** to hear from you soon

      I have a car loan with this company and I wanted to change my name on my paper work so I sent in my documentation to do so and instead of them changing my name the company put in that I was deceased. VERY disappointed in this company!!!
