      I am begging you to not use BMO Harris. I deposited a $300 check and they are withholding my funds from me. It literally was approved and processed and is in my account but the funds do not show up for available use :( They stole my check. They stole it because their agreement that they gave me said that the funds will be available the NEXT DAY. ITS BEEN 3 F****** DAYS AND NO MONEY. Cant wait to file with FDIC.

      BUYER BEWARE! *** NOT USE BMO HARRIS BANK.Terrible customer services. Terrible support and when you ask why they act like attitude is that you are inconveniencing them. I paid my balance in full on my credit directly from another national bank and they told me they had put a hold on the funds to verify them which is a 5 day hold meanwhile it's been over 7 days and they have my money, so I can't use it, and have no available credit as well.When I asked her to explain she said it was their money and that's their algorithm for credit cards.They have no idea of what "customer service" means.This is the way you'll be treated by BMO while your money supports them.

      Worse bank ever. My mom received a Death Certificate attached to a letter from you guys that was from someone random person! I don't know where to report this or who to call. HELP!

      Absolutely horrible! If you are looking at financing an RV or Boat through this bank, please do yourself a favor and DONT! They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will not take your calls or answer emails and when you do talk to the customer service people who answer the phones, they will all give you a different answer. When you ask for a supervisor they will leave you on hold until the line disconnects. Like others, we are also waiting on license plates and registration with no answers as to why we haven't received them. If a dealer recommends this company to you, please ask for another option.

      After spending an hour and a half talking to 5 different people who all told me to speak to another person, I was finally able to get a person to "send a request" to close the account. As if this is a normal practice? I was also told I had to tell them my mobile carrier??? to get them to send a text verification? which took 10 minutes, Unbelievable. This is evasive attempts at keeping your account open, in the extreme. Being put on hold multiple times for 10 minutes or more, all of them saying they had no way of closing the account. REALLY, a scam of a situation. I would investigate this bank. FDIC company?? THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED! forcibly making people keep accounts open?...scary

      If I could give this POS Bank ZERO stars, I would. Can't even make my payments online through my login, interface is not intuitive or user friendly at all, customer service is rude and does not understand what the customer is asking for, my account was on hold and I could not even make my first payment. They had to talk to my husband, even though we are cosigners on the loan. How the f*** is this bank still in business? Stay away from using this bank at all costs. We will be transferring our loan out.

      They closed my mothers credit card down suspected of a fraudulent charge (there was none). The account has been locked for three weeks. The wait each time has been over an hour with no one taking the call. We are stuck, cannot use the card, can not cancel it. Our BMO bank manager has been trying to help and she has given up too. Totally ridiculous! Our family has been using this bank for over 30 years...long before *** took over.

      This bank can never calls you back. Constantly disconnects callers.They took two loan payments which drove my other bank institution account negative. I Don't get paid for another 8 days. First they said they would overnight the check to fix. They would call me back to verify and didn't. I had to call Today only to find out they mailed the funds regular mail. 5 to 7 days! I've been calling them for the past 11 days!

      I wish I had the reviews FIRST before applying!! *** NEVER had sooo many overdraft fees in ONE month!!! This bank is crazy! I get paid EVERY week and have over draft fees EVERY week! It seems their processing technique is NOT updated!!! Ive had the best of best banks and NEVER went through this!!! ******************* here I come!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. They told me I wouldn't be allowed to over draft. Then I had automatic payments come out for HSN and I was charged $210.00 in over draft fees. They won't do anything about it after they assured me I wouldn't be allowed to over draft my account. Do not go here for banking needs. They also have very poor customer service and wait times that last over an hour even tho the little voice says under five minutes. It's a joke.
