      I have the same complaint as others .. they closed my credit card account with no warning..... Is this because it's a ************** I called and everyone is just playing dumb..... nice .. I'm glad I don't like ************* ..lol

      I opened my account on March 7, 2025 and every check I deposited was subjected to an overly long hold. I was told that this was their usual practice for the first month. In April, I deposited a number of checks at 1 time (I'm an independent contractor and receive the vast majority at the beginning of the month) These check were placed on a ***** business day hold. I went to the branch the following day and showed hard copies and explained the origin of each check. *** then made my account credit only meaning I have no access to those funds. I also get a yearly annuity payment sent by a major insurance company by direct deposit that is also frozen and inaccessible. I am still access money.

      I had a credit card. I was an original customer of **********************. *** acquired this bank. I found out that *** didn't pay a bill I had on this account. I contacted *** and was told that my contract stated that they could close my account at any time. that I would get a letter in the mail explaining for which I did not. The part that I find confusing is I was never late with any payment. In fact I usually paid them any where from $100.-$300./month extra. this didn't mean I didn't have a balance left over. I felt like this might have been a retaliation do to the tariffs implemented against Canada. Because it happened right the next day. All I can say is shame on them.

      Had this credit card for 15 years. Credit rating is excellent, never late with payments, always paid card in full month to month. Went to order on ****** last week and get a reply from ****** that card was denied. Called *** an they couldn't tell me why only that when I took card out I signed a paper giving them the right to cancel at any time. Guess they want customers who carry a **** balance month to month!!

      Y'all **** d*** Shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to get my payroll check that I needed 5 days ago. Said I gotta wait another week. That some BS. Gonna be transferring to a new bank as soon as I get my money.

      One of the worst banks I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Requested financial statements on a loan to pay it off, took two weeks and people constantly transferring me to other departments. Do not work with this bank!

      ******** is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. They gave me a $12,000 credit line on my credit card. After only 10 days of use - they abruptly cancelled my account without notice. I found out, as I was embarrassed by trying to pay for my cleaners bill, ($8.00). I called and spoke with a supervisor - they wouldn't even give me a reason. I have excellent credit, never late on any bills. I even paid them $500 payment which wasn't due for another 10 days. That was more than 10 times their minimum payment. If I could give them a rating of ******** I would. They give A+ TV commercials - don't believe them. They are not trustworthy.

      Regarding *** cash back credit card. I was recently denied service after 5 years of outstanding service with them (initially Bank of the West which is now BMO). Since *** took over they will no longer allow me to transfer my rewards money into my personal bank account. In order to do this I would have to open an account with them. However when I recently was asked by *** to fill out a survey for them and indicated my dissatisfaction with this they declined my card without notifying me before they did this. I was shocked they could do this! I was told they can for no reason at all and that I'd be getting a letter in the mail about this. How rude and unprofessional. I use this card for purchasing gas all the time so I was very embarrassed when my card was not working and had to call in to find out why!

      Jerks! I have an 826 credit score, never missed a payment in 26 years, and pay in full every month. They closed my credit card account for no freaking explanation. I'll be getting a letter I guess. Thanks *** for the total disruption of my life.

      I had an $18,000 credit line through a credit card. I paid it off every month until it was 0. Today, they canceled my credit card because of the *** embargo on Canada. SHAME ON YOU !
