      Thieves and scammers. One year after doing a deposit and sending a wire for a long awaited retirement trip, these rats put a freeze on all my accounts. They accused me of money laundering and would not open the accounts until I went to a branch to ID myself. Unfortunately, all of the employees had quit, leaving a new bank manager who did not know me. After 30 min. on the phone, the manager could not fix the problem. The crooks at *** demanded to know where I got the money, and were going to close my accounts if I did not tell them. This is none of their business. I am in the process of retaining an attorney to get my money back from these thieves.

      If I could give this bank 0 stars for their support I would. I am not even a customer, but had called the bank twice to report an account at their bank that was committing a felony fraud attempt on people I knew. Not only did they seem complacent and uncaring, they didn't want to take a formal complaint from me (because I didn't have an account there), nor did they seem interested in investigating. I had to get a cyber security company involved and report the bank to them. They only seemed to care to take a report when we told them we would escalate it further to the *** or **** etc, if it wasn't taken seriously. If this is how they are with their customer service and fraud departments, I can't imagine how they would be with my money! DO NOT USE!

      Absolutely horrible bank . Opened a checking account only to find out that you need to wait 2 weeks to do a mobile deposit. 21 century it should be next day at most. **** customer service.

      By far the worst bank i have ever dealt with. I have an auto loan with them and they are supposed to apply the overpayment to the principal but they aren't. I have to contact them constantly even though i write it on the check, which i was told if i did that, there wouldn't be a problem. Even after i contacted them the last time, they didn't fix it. They are infuriating to deal with.

      Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for ***. My husband and I began our banking experience as newlyweds in 1974 at what was then, *************************************************, **. Although the bank was purchased at various times, we were afforded superb customer service. When *** purchased ********************, we began to see a decline in service. We have observed quite a decline in the quality of service, to include speaking overseas when we need assistance, to a person who is uninterested in helping, and indifferent to our concerns, namely fraudulent charges on our checking which have resulted in short funds to pay our actual bulls, thus affecting our credit. I was also promised a CD rate that was in fact lowered to a different rate when I went in to set up the *** I would say *** is more interested in helping thieves than caring for their own customers.

      ABSOLUTELY the worst bank I've ever used in my entire life!!! Chime is better than them. Got lied to twice about funds I deposited. Now I have to wait 10 days for a check deposit to go through. I would never recommend anyone to use this bank!!

      Worst bank ever I didn't chose them they bought my loan from ************ no choice spent 2 days on phone just trying to get information they should have sent me at year end 1099 I Do not use this bank they are not user friendly like a c Own show but not funny.

      I have read these horrible reviews of this bank, BMO, and am stunned they have a "A+ rating" , with the BBB ?? How is that EVEN POSSIBLE ? So tell me , BBB , how much did this bank pay you for their rating??

      We have been waiting for two months or more for a refund on a over payment of a loan we paid off in December of 2024 and all we get is the runaround I would not do business with this bank.
