      The worst customer service imaginable. They give you the runaround, don't know what they're doing, and take 7-10 business days to even BEGIN TO HELP YOU. I had a Zelle issue due to the BANK'S APP malfunctioning and taking double the money (almost $3,000). They've been holding the funds, leaving their customer in the negative by almost $1,000, and have been completely apathetic and unhelpful. I've spoken to 6 different people, all given different answers, and every single one has lied in one way or another. I went to THREE DIFFERENT BRANCHES across TWO TOWNS and not a single soul has been helpful. It has taken a manager 2 business days to send an email to the internal team (WHY IS THIS TAKING SO LONG). This should've been one phone call, one email, maybe 2 days tops. Yet here I am, still in the negative, no answers, and no funds returned any time soon. Thanks for nothing ***.

      I've been trying to get my check from a closed account since 11/21. I have 3 pages of calls and several hours of time wasted with everyone saying they'll call me back (including the complaint department). Everyone has a different story on what needs to ********* 4 months without my money and without resolution.

      The worst customer service I have ever experienced, the turnover for management is appalling. **************** is non-existent, no one ever returns a call. They are living in ancient times, they don't even have a website where you can check balances, make payments, get tax forms. The ONLY way to make a payment is to speak with someone and have them process it and they CHARGE for it, even though that is the only form of payment accepted. They continue to charge late fees, insurance fees and it is not accurate! I need my account corrected!!

      I transferred a fairly large amount to BMO on 2/13/25. When I checked my *** account today, 02/18,/25, I did not see that the money was in my account. Before reaching out to *** I called my ************* and spoke to my Personal Banker, who reassured me that the transfer had been completed as the notification stated. So I called *** and spoke to a "Banking Specialist" named ****. I gave him a step-by-step account of my transfer process and made him aware that I had made such transfer previously without incident, yet, I did not see that the money had posted or was pending. His final response was, "I don't see that a deposit was made or that one is pending; that's all I can tell you.' To say that I was shocked by the response is an understatement. Rather than pursue the matter further, I thank him and hung up my phone.Since ending the phone call with ****, I have contacted the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the ********************************. Although this may seem extreme, I chose to take this route because of two reason: The political tension between the United States and Canada, which I have absolutely nothing to do with, and the fact that I have never had this experience making a transfer in the years I have had multiple banking accounts. Because my ************* is covered by the ****, I sound this alarm to make it known that there is a possibility that the Governmental differences between the two Nations may very well be filtering over to American customers. consumers. I very strongly suggest that one keeps his eye on all banking transactions conducted with *** before you are found with having your money stolen. When this matter is settle, i will definitely close my *** account and will encourage my family, friends and business associates to do the same. Because it appears that my money is safer being kept under my mattress than being in this God-awful institution.

      This companies practices are ridiculous. I called to access my account, and request a service. When A representative answered he requested my account #, I let him know I had to look it up, and asked if there was something else I could provide to verify my account. He said my social, which I provided. After I give him my social, he tells me he can't assist me because I didn't provide my account number. So I've banked for a while like most of us, I know that's very unlikely but by this time I had pulled up my account # and offered it to him, and he refused to assist me. I requested to speak to a supervisor, he refused, I requested his name and I'd # or location so that I could provide this info when I complain to a supervisor, he refused! By this time, I'm feeling like I'm in a fraudulent situation calling my bank, because he took my *** and refused to assist me or allow me to speak to a supervisor. How do I know you aren't taking my information and not logging the call. After I ran down the list of suspect behavior on his behalf, he finally gave me his name, and flippantly said he was in **************, which based on his conduct I don't even know if I should believe! I called back, to speak to someone with common sense, and he flagged my whole account so that I can't speak to anyone and have to go into a beach to access my account. The person I spoke to after him was very apologetic, and understood what my frustration was and confirmed the unusual behavior, but at this point they couldn't do anything because of whatever he did with my account. I will be closing my account as soon as I walk into that bank on Monday, oh and if course it's the weekend! Days without access to my account or funds. ****************...no thank you! . Do not use this bank, run!

      While visiting my mom in **** home, I realize I am without my *********** fuel is low. I ****** the closest *** branch. I go there & request money from one of the 5 accounts I have (& have had for over 14 yrs) with them. I have been without my ID other times in this scenario & never refused a withdrawal. They just do their due diligence behind the counter & verify my identity. And i make the withdrawal. This manager came & would not budge. I would have come back to that branch to close all of my accounts, if it wouldn't have been tedious, as 2 of those were business accounts. I personally believe it was the city in which this happened, **** IN. A wide brush stroke of profiling.

      My loan amount is on the app. My payoff amount is $850 more. After spending almost almost 30 minutes and the service *** lies (late payments, never happened!, etc) I hung up. Our original loan was sold to ***. We feel like we were ripped off! The amount we owe is the amount we owe!!
