Tried to rush loan, took appraisal money, only gave part back when I changed my mind. Would not recommend this place for a mortgage company

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Federal Savings Bank, and it was nothing short of a financial nightmare. From start to finish, this lending process was a complete disaster, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to run in the opposite direction.Customer service was equally abysmal. When I attempted to reach out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful and indifferent representatives who seemed more interested in brushing me off than addressing my concerns. It's as if they had a script for deflecting any questions or criticisms, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored.The approval process was a joke, with unnecessary delays and a complete lack of communication. I felt like I was at the mercy of an inefficient and disorganized system that cared little for my time or financial well-being to the point that I was not approved and they never contacted me to let me know. In conclusion, my experience with [was a complete disaster. I would strongly caution anyone against using their services. There are plenty of reputable lending institutions out there that prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. Certainly not one of them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your financial needs.The Federal Savings Bank

5 starsFederal savings bank and our banker were very professional and knowledgeable . Answered all questions and always called back immediately.This was the fastest and smoothest Refi We have ever done. I would give my banker 10 stars if I could.Review fromArthur T

Still waiting *****************************, Senior Vice President to call me back about my VA Loan. This is the second time *** waited over a week for her to get back to me. Its funny because her page on the website says she prides herself for knowledge of VA Loans and her focus is to help the Veterans. Whats even worse is that this company is suppose to be Veteran owned as well. On top of that I have to use a VA Aprroved Builder, so I got their list of VA Approved builders, chose one and now all of a sudden they want to blacklist their VA Approved Builder. They are just setting me up for failure. I was already worried that picking a builder of their choice would go wrong and sure enough it did. That was the biggest thing that I was worried about and emphasized to *******. But of course her and her team left me high and dry. Please be very careful when using this company. Im going to have to say that this company is NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY.The Federal Savings Bank

5 stars************ did a phenomenal job with our home lending process from start to finish. She is a consummate professional and will hand any of your needs with complete transparency. Getting a home loan is a process that takes time and patience, many things can happen unexpectedly. This is where **** did a outstanding job with keeping us informed and answering our calls in a timely manner. The Federal Savings Bank is luck to have an employee such as **** because she is a valuable asset!
