5 starsI had never heard of The Federal Savings Bank when I began the process of planning to build a new home. I was a Homebuilder 25 years ago, but local Banks would not loan me construction money even though my lot was paid for, my wife both had credit scores in the ****************************************************************************** you did not keep your Licence up Even though the State Law states Owner Builders can build up 2 houses a year without a License.I had one phone call from the Loan officer at *** and I almost thought it was a scam. It was like i had move to another country. He explain how their Construction financing worked and what i had to do to qualify. I had most of information he needed on my computer. We worked thru pre-loan process in a couple of weeks. We closed in seems like no time. these folks know what their doing.We just closed on My long term Mortgage with *** about a week ago. again closing was a dream. They actually had someone come to my house and we closed the loan sitting at my dining room table. If you want great and knowledgeable service FSB is the Bank to call.Review fromRonald S

The broker I worked with and I were broad sided by ***, close to closing date terms of loan were changed without notice. Being a 90 percent disabled Vet. a home signing closing was set up, broker set up (very nice), only two hours before signing get phone call to tell me only option was to meet at a STAR BUCKS across state lines to do closing. Has disappointed me to point of going somewhere else for refinance loan.

5 stars***** was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, committed, and made me feel valued as a customer. His communication was spectacular and he went above and beyond to work with me through any challenges. He had great ideas and support and made sure I was taken care of. 1 starI refinanced my home with the federal savings bank. Working with whom I thought was a great Company. **** ******** A Senior Vice President of the bank in ***********. Was my contact and the person responsible for my refinance. She sent a list of the creditors to be paid off. She had two debts that were not mine or my wifes. I explained to her they were my Sons. She told not to worry she would see that those would not be paid off and I would get those funds. That never happened. She sent the checks to me to send out to the accounts to be paid off. When we received the checks she had included my *********** bills. I called and she said they would cancel the checks and redirect the money to me. That was never done. She did cancel the checks though that were supposed to pay off my sons school bills. This in itself is a truth that I told her about the situation. The loan closed with no correction and now I do not have the money but the total amount is included in the loan. So Im paying on my sons loans such were to be taken out of the refinance. **** ******** never did what she told me she would do. 5 starsThe Loan took a little longer than anticipated, by like a week or 2 but It all went really smoothly and I was able to get the work done that I needed. The Back Yard, that I took this loan out for, looks fantastic. The new back yard will only serve to improve the value of our home and our lives. 5 stars***** was great. When the glitch occurred, ***** kept the process alive. When the numbers werent where I needed them ***** fixed them. He did great. 5 starsTeam ***** rocks!!Getting a home loan is Hard That's what i hear from everyone as it was my first home loan. But when i started my process With your team they completely changed my scenario, From point A to B they helped me with everything which was needed to be done for closing, I will refer all my friends to you guys whenever they are in need to get home loan. 2 starsMy loan specialist, ************************* and his team got 4 payoff quotes for the month of April, one month. My current mortgage company advised me of this action and did not understand why Federal Savings Bank needed 4 payoff quotes for one month but they said they had to charge me a fee of $75(3 x $25) for the requests. I informed ***** of the conversation and asked if they(FSB) would reimburse my mortgage company and he said they would not since we withdrew our application. I told him that we could see paying for one of the $25, but not the others. No response. I(we) do not recommend this company because integrity means a lot and Federal Savings Bank did not pay for fees they encountered in ordering 4 payoff requests.
