      The process was smooth, fast and all my questions were answered quickly. **** and ***** both answered questions, even after hours. Great team to work with.

      My family and I had been working with mortgage broker ********************* and have had a very unpleasant experience. ********************* promised multiple times that we were clear to close and would be signing on a certain date and from there he kept saying we will sign tomorrow and tomorrow turned into the next day and over a week later he tells us our loan was denied. I have messages from him where he states multiple times that we have been cleared to close and constant reassurance that our loan was being approved. At one point I asked *** if we should sign the removal of contingency because I did not want to risk forfeiting our EMD of $4,350.00, and *** stated to go ahead and sign it because there will not be any issues. He then told us that ****** needs to quit one of his jobs because that would be the only way he could get us approved. Not only have we lost our ******* money deposit but ****** now lost his main source of income. I would like to request ********************* or Federal Savings Bank to help us get our EMD back, that is the least that could be done in exchange for this whole inconvenience. I am willing to take legal action if necessary, I have several messages providing proof of **** false promises and misleading information causing us to take a huge loss.

      I could not have asked for a better loan officer than ***************************, Mortgage Banker. Originally, I had gone with ********** for my mortgage application. After spending three weeks in the process, the bank required extensive repairs and updates from the selling after the seller had already agreed to some of the recommendations. I reached out to Federal Savings as plan B. ******* more was able to get me approved and closed within one (1) week of my initial application, almost impossibly heard of. ******* was attentive, thorough, communicative, very pleasant to work with. I received updates daily and guidance throughout the whole process. I highly recommend her. Thank you ******* for an amazing job! You made this process stress free from me.

      ******, our banker was amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I really wish we had known about this company sooner. The process was a bit longer than expected, but in the end, we have no complaints. Thank you, ****** and Federal Bank, for everything!!!

      It was an awful experience. Wouldn't touch them again with a 10-ft pole. I wish I had followed my gut and not gone with them after the first couple conversations that were truly just sales pitches with contradictions between the phone calls. Very strong on working the ***** ***** veteran line. My questions were not answered or talked down. The process took forever and mistakes were made that should have not been if they truly had the VA experience that they claim to have. If you question mistakes they simply don't respond. And after that whole mess of a refinance the mortgage was sold after two payments. And now they have the audacity to ****** us again via text, email and mail
