After we refinanced our home with a different bank, Federal Savings Bank became relentless in contacting me with marketing emails, texts, and phone calls. During each phone call that I answered, each text that I received, and each email I opened; they all were of similar caliber. They wanted me to withdraw the money I have in escrow in order to put it towards something else; be it investing, opening a new loan, etc. After explaining my intent of not wanting to sell, let alone use my escrow, I was still pestered with more marketing outreaches. Therefore, my requests had fallen upon deaf ears. I understand that they are a business, and they as such they need to make money. But by consistently reaching out to former and/or existing clients to essentially rob us of what is ours is simply not right and unprofessional.Should you, dear reader of this review, have any gut feelings that tell you to look for another bank, do so.

We received a mailing about being pre-qualified for a home equity loan or refinancing so we decided to call and get more information. The person we dealt with, Art, ran our credit and offered to refinance our home which we were not interested in doing. He was rather pushy and persisted to call and try to convince us to go with the deal. We insisted we were not interested. Since then, we receive multiple calls a day or every other day from different offices/numbers claiming to be a manager of Federal Savings Bank checking in on when we are going to move forward with our loan. We re-iterate we are not interested in their services and ask them to remove us from their call list. The caller gets nasty at times or hangs up. Then three weeks after we spoke to Art and told him NO, we get a letter in the mail about documents needed to progress to the next step of refinancing our home and how to submit them. Then another call regarding the letter to make sure we received it and ask when we will be submitting our documents. We explain AGAIN that we aren't interested. My husband and I have blocked the numbers each time and they call from a new number no matter how many times we requested that they STOP. This is a PREDATORY company preying on Veteran's and they are harassing! Now I am fearful that we gave our information to this company as they seem to not be very professional at all. I don't know how else to get them to leave us alone! BEWARE!The Federal Savings Bank
