5 stars***************************** and the whole team behind the scenes absolutely exceeded my expectations. Sometimes life gets messy and you may not think anyone may take a risk on you because of your particular circumstances.I presented all of the obstacles up front that I was aware of and he didnt even skip a beat. Even halfway through the process a few unexpected obstacles arose and we just kept knocking them down.In the end theres simply no loan officer and or bank combination that could have done any better of a job.All of my expectations were exceeded with flying colors as the whole team at The Federal *********** was wonderful. ********* is also a very sociable guy and as nice as they come. He truly cares about people and its quite apparent from the very first time you have the privilege to speak with him. kept telling us to patient about our loan. kept on telling us to resend document's stating that they could not read them witch was not true because i sent the same documents to another company and they had no issue reading it. after federal kept dragging there feet. every time we asked federal about a update on our loan they kept beating around the **** and could not give us a clear answer. So we switched to another company witch has been very helpful and quick to respond to our question's. We have requested federal to transfer our case but they are holding on to it as long as they can. but by law they have to send it over. they are just **** hurt because we chose someone that can get it done. if i could give -0 stars i would. DONT USE FEDERAL SAVINDS BANK. Trust me it will be a waste of time. i hope this is helpful to someone.

1 star********************** makes promise that he cannot back and will tell veterans false information like you can miss a mortgage payment, then when the loan does not go the way ********************** thought it would, he stops talking to you and just says "Be Patient" even though he told you to skip a house payment. Do not believe ********************** if he calls and starts promising deals he cannot keep. Basically, he lied and put me a house payment behind, had to fire him.Review fromRaymond M
