      Financed a car in July and broke down without warning in September with me barely putting 3k miles on it. I paid to have it towed to their facility for repairs and been told I won't be reimbursed. Also, I've been calling with no answer or call backs leaving voice-mails. At this point they are obviously avoiding me and not keeping me informed on what's going on. I don't trust this company already and need to be informed of what's going on or will be contacting an attorney. I will no longer do business with this place, they are a bunch of crooks. All I wanted like everyone else is a reliable vehicle. My next step is legal battle if this isn't resolved.

      The vehicle was towed into our service department on 09/19/22.  We service our vehicles on a first come/first serve basis.  As such, it can take a few days for our mechanics to inspect and diagnose a vehicle to know what repairs are needed.  According to our records, we completed the inspection and diagnosis yesterday on 09/24/22.  The customer will have been contacted and the nature and cost of repairs would then be discussed to come to a mutually agreeable plan to repair the vehicle.

      The customer purchased a used vehicle.  While we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will be free from mechanical problems, we do provide a limited warranty with each vehicle that we sell.  However, that warranty has expired on this account.  Despite that, we are still attempting to work with the customer to make an arrangement or modification on his account.

      I brought a car from them only had it for 2 months and the car was keep over heating they did nothing about it it was on fire and I had my kids in the car

      This vehicle was towed in to our service department back in June due to the vehicle overheating.  The customer stated that she did not want the car anymore.  We offered to repair the vehicle and the consumer refused and came in and picked up her belongings.  The vehicle was secured as a voluntary repossession back on 06/22/22.

      I financed a car from them in July and the motor blew on the highway with no warning. I barely put 3k miles on this car. Spent money on towing and although the insurance I have states towing, they won't reimburse the charges. I've called them and have yet to get ahold of anyone yet they were quick to respond initially when getting me to purchase the vehicle or make a payment. This place is a shady place to do business with and I'm on the verge of hiring an attorney. I have no problem making payments for a reliable car that lasts longer than 3 months. The finance manager was also very unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

      Weve came to an agreement they picked my truck up I talked to ************** Brothers Ive called the auto warehouse but they havent responded back didnt even let me know the vehicle was picked up. Im catching a ride to get to my new job its like they arent holding up to their end of the bargain its like they turned a blind eye to what we agreed on I dont have time to play phone tag with these people. Its like they lied about everything they said and you guys already got in touch with them multiple time Ive had it. If they dont want to keep their end of the bargain I would like a refund they already caused me one job I cant lose my new one I must have transportation where I stay my wife cant miss work just to help me get to work I fed up with there lies .

      This is the third BBB complaint that the customer has made, all regarding the same issue.  Her vehicle's warranty has expired.  We are under no obligation to assist the customer in repairing the vehicle.  Despite that fact we have worked with the customer throughout, including getting the customer's vehicle brought to our service center from its location two hours away.  She continuously accuses us of lying when we have done everything we said we were going to do.  There is a limit to how far we will go to try and help a customer and this account is quickly approaching that limit.

Just a week ago  they gave me a call telling me they was going to fix the problem now they are making up lies I need my car like yesterday Ive already lost one job dont want to lose this one.

      We have held up our end of the bargain.  Once we obtained the vehicle we inspected it and diagnoses the problem.  However, the delay is due to the fact that the part that is needed is on back order.  However, this is something beyond our control as we don't make the cars or the parts that are needed.  We are doing our best to source and locate this part so that we can make the necessary repairs.  But keep in mind that any consumer that currently needs this part is having the same difficulty due to supply chain issues and multiple parts being on back order.  It should be noted that we have spoken with the customer no less than 3 times this week regarding the issues.

      I Brought My Car From The Auto Warehouse At There Location On ********************. Bought The Car June 30,2022 Put ***** Down After They Told Me I Only Need ***** When I Got There They said They Where Charging Me Another 500 Fee For Taxes. My First Issue With The Car Was My Driver Side Winow Wouldnt Let Back Up Had To Wait ***** Mins Just To Let My Window Back Up. Then On September 10 2022 On My Way To Work My Check Engine Light Started Flashing And My Car Cut Off And Will Not Turn Back On. I Had The Car Towed To A Mechanic And The Mechanic Didnt Want To Touch The Car He Said Send It Back To The Dealership Because They Have Me A Messed Up Car So Thats Exactly What I Did. Ive Been Getting the Run Arounds From Everybody *************** They Want Me To Pay ***** For A Engine That I Did Not Mess Up. I Even Asked Can They Just Trade Me Out A Car They Keep Giving Me The Run Arounds About That. I Just Need Help I Dont Know What To Do. Im About To Lose My Job Because Of This Car

      I financed a car and 2 weeks later it broke down. I've missed days from work and other duties because the dealership needs time to look at it and they won't provide a rental or loaner....

      The vehicle is covered by a warranty that was included at the time of sale.  This warranty will cover all parts, repairs and labor to fix the car.  However, we do not provide loaner or rental vehicles to customers.  This is a company wide policy and we do not have the ability to make adjustments to this policy.  We hope to have this vehicle repaired and back to the customer as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience that this is causing.

      I filed a complaint with you guys about the auto warehouse they havent been in touch with me about the problem and they lied saying the car was in **** when its here in ********* ******** they keep sending me to voicemail want answer the phone the problem hasnt been resolved yet they keep playing games phone tag want answer the phone and didnt fulfill their end of the bargain I would appreciate you guys very much to reach out to them again thanks in ************ doesnt make the part anymore for the computer system Im sending you guys proof.

It should be noted that the vehicle is currently more than 100 miles away from any of our service center locations, so we need to make arrangements with an outside transport company to pick up the vehicle.  We hope to have this resolved soon.

      On June 10, 2022 I was talked into buying a Jeep Patriot 2012 by a dealer by the name of *************************** who insisted that car was in good condition and ran fine after I expressed my concerns about purchasing a vehicle with ****** miles on it. On the test drive he even pointed out a creaking noise in the vehicle when accelerating but promised to up keep the vehicle. Three days into having the car I had yet to receive any e-contract for my, a sign on so that I can pay my bill online, or proof of purchase of a total of $2000 that I put down on the car. The check engine light had came on around that same time and low tire pressure lights. When trying to reach the dealer to express my concerns I was treated very nastily over the phone by customer service. I told them I would like to return the vehicle in that time in which I was then told that I would have to take a voluntary repo if I chose to do so. Two months into driving the vehicle the transmission completely blows out in the middle of the road in the middle of the night. By the time I got a hold of the salesman he had told me that I only had a 30 day warranty and that I was fully responsible for the vehicle. He said that he would be willing to trade out the vehicle for another one because my business depends on it but he needs permission from the service department. The service department then referred me back to him after telling me that all they could do is charge me to fix a car that Ive only had for two months.This has been messy, confusing, and more costly then ever. I believe that this company preys off the fact that I am a young woman who is alone and seeking opportunity. Communication is horrible and the service at this business is horrible. I would like to return this vehicle like I initiated and have it removed from my credit so that I can start with a company whos more professional and not out here to deceive people

      It was determined that the vehicle needed repairs that were outside of the warranty on the vehicle.  We attempted to work with the customer, both by reducing the price of the repairs as well as deferring some of the cost.  However, after we informed the customer of this on 09/05/22, we were never able to speak to the customer again.  We called her numerous times but never were able to reach her or received a call back.  As such, the account was secured as a voluntary repossession as the customer had not made a payment since 08/15/22.

      July of ******************************************************************************************************************************* making payments on time. There has been no resolve. I get told by several of their acct managers it take 24-48hrs to even speak with a supervisor and they put in a request so they say. Never did I get a call from a supervisor. Not once. But I did receive calls about making my pymnt. I was hung up on several times I mean several time was told to not call back but you want me to make a pymnt ontime. Also my pymnt went from ****** every two week to ******. Is that even legal???. I wanted answers and they could not give them to me. Every time I called I was talked over hung up on being made to call back several times till I speak with someone. This company has repossessed the van now thank GOD because I do not have to deal with them ever again and still will not answer my calls so I can get my belongings out of the van. My works keys are in that van a d I need them asap. I am done playing games with this unprofessional company and something needs to give. I just want my belongings out of that vehicle. Please help

      I purchase a vehicle from the auto warehouse on August 11th 2022. The next day the check engine light came on and I explained that I didnt want the truck anymore just my money back or to even swap the truck out for something else. I was told that the company policy was to have the truck sent over to their service first for diagnosis. After not hear from them for days I came in everyday day after work just to get an update because no one was answering calls or reaching out. As I came in the informed me that it was just a misfire code and that it could be fixed. So I didnt get the truck back until August 19th of 2022. The truck was still riding the same way but the check engine light was off but I still informed and complained to them regarding that as well. They ensured that it was fine so now it is August 22 of 2022 and the check engine light is back on again. I came in and informed them and they are saying it has to be sent back to service and that Im still unable to get my money back or have no transportation to and from work on top of a payment towards the car that is due this week. I have no truck and each time I get paid Im constantly making payments to a truck I havent even been able to drive for a complete week let alone 3-4 days. Im constantly asking to speak with someone who can help me instead of fixing the car only for the light to come back on within 2-3 days. I either want my money back or to be able to swap out for and get something else because clearly this trucks has something major going on other than a misfire that claimed to be fixed but the same code popped back up 3 days later. This place gets people money and after something is wrong with the vehicle they inform you that all sales are final!

      The vehicle was brought in for service and repairs were made.  The repairs took a few days as parts needed to be ordered for the vehicle which caused the delay.  The repairs were done at no cost to the customer as the vehicle was covered by a warranty.  After picking up the car, the check engine light came back on.  We brought the vehicle back in to service and repaired the second issue, again at no cost to the customer.  The vehicle is back to the customer and should be running without issue.
