      I traded my car in and financed a truck from this business. Its only been 3 days and the check engine light has come on. I brought the truck back today, Ive been here since 10AM with no help. They said I have a 30 day warranty on the truck but cant give me another one or even my car that I traded in back. They said they sold it already. They are very unprofessional. They are being very rude and everyone who is walking in has problems with the vehicles they just purchased.

      Please be advised that the customer was swapped into another vehicle on the day she filed her complaint due to the mechanical issues that she was having.  We have not heard of any additional issues from the customer, and she is free to contact us if she is having any concerns.  Thanks.

      Ive had the vehicle for a year now its been in the shop for at least a month and a half now Ive took it back to them a few times when I first got it but now the whole computer system has went out Ive lost my job my wife tried her best to get me too and from work but our schedules are different. It took me a while to get In true green lawn services now its all over because of this car and when I call them all they think about is a car note and they know this thing is not running bills dont stop. Now its bills on top of bills but do it concern them no because they are financially stable so why should they care if I lose everything they put a stigma on it the customer is always right I dont think so I bet you dont have to worry about losing as much as Ive lost these last couple of months I want another car they can have that one back and **** with the problem its too too much for me. Ive been stressed to the *** and Im sick and tired of this mess they put me in I dont pray any bad on no one but you guys are something different sad on your part do better business people do better business its a shame.

      We have been in contact with the customer throughout this process.  The issue is that the customer lives out of state and the vehicle is in a repair shop in ****.  Further, the part that is needed to repair the vehicle is not available currently.  We have been willing to work with the customer and to assist in getting the vehicle repaired, but the customer has been unable to bring the vehicle to our repair shops here in ********.  It should be noted that the customer is no longer paying on the account, as it is currently 40 days past due.  We will continue to work with the customer and assist in any way possible.

      7/05/2022 I purchased a 2014 **** Escape from AUTO WAREHOUSE on *********************************************************** call the dealership let him no I'm having problems with the car I spoke with manager Jayo he stated to me to taketh truck to there other location ON ******************************************************* ****- 2022 THE HAD THE *** FOR TWO DAYS THE MECHANIC CALL 07/21/2022 HE STATED TO ME I CAN PICK THE *** UP TOLD ME THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON THEY DID A Diagnostic and the truck stated it was the engine that he placed order for the engine I told to cancel the order because I do not want the car for me to take it back to the dealership where I purchased it from I did that I spoke with Jayo the manager I told him I didn't want the car to give me my money back he stated to me I have to wait 3day to receive the check I spoke with a supervisor from BBB STATED TO ME ONCE I GAVE THE *** BACK HE SUPPOSE TO ISSUE ME A CHECK THE SAME DAY THE HAVE ALOT OF BAD REPORTS AGAINST THERE DEALERSHIPS THEY BEEN SALE ALOT OF BOGUS ***S MANAGER JAYO STATED TO ME HE'S NOT AUTHORIZED TO WRITE THE CHECK I CALL THE POLICE TO THE DEALERSHIP I LET OFFICER ***** NO WHAT WAS GOING ON HE STATED ONCE I RETURNED THE *** LEGALLY HE SUPPOSE TO RELEASE ME A CHECK

      For a variety of reasons, our stores do not have the ability to issue checks (whether to a customer or to a vendor).  In a situation like this, the paperwork must be processed at our main office which will then issue a check to the customer.  Unfortunately, this is a process that takes some time.  In fact, the refund check was issued to the customer in this case subsequent to her filing this complaint.
