  Nightmare. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM NONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS. I purchased a car 9months ago these people had someone to stole my car from in front of my house with out my permission & took it to the south side location & claimed it was totaled. When nothing was wrong with my vehicle now trying to make me commit insurance fraud. they told me to come down pay them $500 deductible & they will not put the car on my credit but I'm unaware of the steps that they are taking. I'm sure my car was work and very much drivable.im still confused on what insurance company they are committing fraud through because its not my person insurance please be care I am not getting a attorney involved. It's not fair we sign up as a contract to pay your car within a certain amount of time and then somehow here comes someone taking your vehicle trying to make you do things that's not honest, not fair. I believe that this company should be shut down for fraud.

  & its only getting 1 STAR BECAUSE BBB MADE ME RATE THEM ! I purchased this car not even a month ago ! The wheels are wiggly , overheating, it was a hole in the oil pen I wouldn't have known if I wasn't with my husband ! They don't give out loaner cars even the guy at the place I gotten an oil change from told me to give the car back ! All kinds of lights started coming on after 2 weeks ! I been scammed I never thought they'll do that because they were so thirsty to not give me a car cause I only had 3k ! It didn't matter if I had more than that they were still gonna give me a horrible car . Let along it stopped on me in the middle of traffic I could've died ! Now I'm stuck with no car and its no telling how long it'll be before I get it back ! At this point I don't even want the car back!! THEY ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS I HATE THEM I WANT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS ! I AM A TAX PAYER I DONT DESERVE THIS !

  Was a total waste of time. Lady on the phone took all my info including paycheck stuff, proof of address, picture of my driver's license. I even filled out an application with my social security in it. I talk to her hours later and she said I need **** down instead of my **** and I'm approved. No co signer. So she schedules me to come in. The sales/finance guy is collecting the same exact stuff the original lady did. He's filling out another application even though I got approved already. After reviewing he tells me that I have to put 7-8000 down now. I live an hour and a half away. I told the lady this on the phone. I wanted to be approved first because it's a far drive. It's why she took all my information to begin with. The guy just says sorry. So I wasted 3 hours of driving and another hour of doing the same application process I did hours ago.

  This company has horrible customer service they call you and speak to you in such a demanding manner it makes you question your choice with buying a car for them we were told I pay days for the 13th and the 28th I bought my fiance a car in October at the end of the month I was not offered any end of the month discounts but because it was his birthday I was just trying to get him in a vehicle that would make his day once we found a vehicle after spending all day at the car place we worked out a schedule that we thought would be the paydays we just received a call this morning letting him know he has been late on his car notes payment since he began making payments but no one has ever said anything we are being forced to now bring check stubs and all of this stuff again as if we're not able to pay for the vehicle have no problem bringing the check stubs my issue is when I contact them to see what is the issue and why we were never contacted since October and it is now January both the manager and the customer representative were very rude and talk down to me this company *****

  I purchased a vehicle with this company May of 2023. This vehicle was involved in a minor collision in October of 2023 with damages to the driver fender/bumper. I went through the process of getting the damages repaired. Again, very minor. The body shop in which I choose contacts me with the worst news I couldve imagined. They explained that in the process of removing the bumper to check for any unforeseen damages below the surface, they came across even more substantial damage to the opposite side of the vehicle. They insisted I told them who sold me the vehicle as it should have never been able to pass a safety inspection. Well lets just say, they hid it well by patching up the bumper over the damages that I assume came with the vehicle when they purchased it from auction. Heres my biggest dilemma. Body shop says theres no way they can give me back my vehicle without repairing because of the safety hazard. Now that they discovered and are aware, they could be responsible of my car were to combust into flames or something else as a result of these hidden damages. I have called and emailed the company and I was first given the run around transferred from one person to another. Once I reached *******, who was indeed the person responsible for handling my complaint, I havent heard anything since. Now Im stuck without a vehicle, a substantial auto loan, and a company who refuses to answer my calls and e-mails. I feel this company are predators for those desperate in need of a vehicle with bad credit, and its not fair to put those people in an even more financial bind,

  Terrible is the perfect word to describe this company. I just read the previous reviews and Im currently experiencing the same exact issues or similar. Theres no point in me writing a big paragraph like everyone else because its already have came to your attention on what kind of company they are running. Nothing but a SCAM! I dont understand why this company is open for business!!!

  Bought a 2013 Equinox in March ******************************************************************************************************************* well you purchased a used vehicle I could pay for them to look at it why would I when they probably overlooked the issue before putting it on the lot . Now Im stuck with this POS that continues to give me issues please save your money and go elsewhere !! They look nice and clean online and in person after purchasing you get the real and their warranty is a bigger joke then the actual place . Biggest mistake of my life ! Go on Western for a car youd get more than the ******** they sale.

  DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS! They sold my son a *****. One week after buying a Buick Enclave SUV the car stopped. They gave him the run-around and he waited two weeks for them to pick it up and claimed they were taking it to the repair shop and he was not given a loaner car. When he received the car back they stated they fixed everything that was wrong. They kept the car for two weeks and still required him to pay for a car he did not have access to drive and he had to catch an Uber to work during this time. They were running down the 30-day warranty on a $20,000 car. Within months of purchasing the car, the company knew the car had engine problems when they sold it to him and did not disclose this and lied and said they fixed all is***s, and shortly after the engine blew out. My son went back and asked for the owner's information and the male service person refused to listen to my son or give the owner's contact information. We are planning to *** them. Do Not I repeat Do Not buy a car from Carfect, formally known as Auto Warehouse when my son purchases the vehicle. I would give them zero if I could. I believe this car company discriminates against African Americans.

  My car needed some repairs right after I purchased it and ****** at the repair shop was amazing! He got my car back to me and its running like a new car. Im not paid by anyone for my opinion because its mine
