      I used to absolutely love this site. But now their site is ridiculous. Ask me for verification of my identity no problem asked me to verify my debit cards which I had a couple cards that I had to have replaced and uploaded my bank statements to them and now I can wager on the account but the only option they are giving me to deposit and withdraw is online banking and paying cash at ********* I I've been with them for 4+ years and they bring this on me all of a sudden. I won't deposit through online banking because if I want to withdrawal it takes days to get your money. I have spent thousands of dollars on their site. I recommend 0 stars on this online casino. They have absolutely turned into a joke of a casino.

      They let you deposit with multiple means. Once you begin to win, they remove all withdraw options except a certain bank that work with trust. Many FDIC banks are not on the list; many people also use apps such as chime cash app etc. also which are FDIC insured. Basically, making it possible to get your money out even though they've allowed you for several years. they will tell you it's risk management; I've had the same account 6 years and never had a single issue. Absolutely trash. Feel free to ****** this is a very common tactic by them.

      Absolutely illegal what they are doing. I placed 3 straight bets and all won, but never go paid or returned my money. The teams I bet on won the game, and they didn't pay me. Then, I had 600$ in my account and they locked my account and refuse to refund me. Not sure how they get away with this illegal activity, but please use any sportsbook besides BetRivers, I've never seen a more fraudulent company. Absolute robbery!

      They were great til I was on a horrible losing streak but the thing that ***** is I asked to close my account, they said ok that I can come back anytime, so I tried to email them and got no response but they talked so good about their communication, *****.

      What a nightmare!!! (ZERO STARS) Since April 9th, 2025 I have provided them with every single thing that have asked for from verification letters, pictures of the cards used to bank statements for the cards. upon the initial review they said that in order for them to allow me to withdraw my winnings they needed to verify 3 different cards that have been used on the account. One of the cards belongs to a joint account which we provided and gave the bank statements for showing such. After these documents where accepted. I tried to withdraw the winnings again and after going back and fourth for several days with them about this issue they decided to put my whole entire account under an internal review. I received an email stating the the review was closed on 4/11/2025. So I tried to withdraw again. And what do you know bet rivers is denying my withdraw. They will not tell me why or what is going on. I have since been locked out of the account and can not see what is going on and although I keep calling in to check on the status I am continuously getting the run around by being told that the account is going through an internal review. Still today I do not have any access to my account and no one knows anything but it is under an internal review.

      I redeemed a Game On gift card on the BetRivers site over a month ago. Now, I don't know about anyone else but once I redeem a gift card I throw it away. A MONTH LATER I initiated a withdrawal, and I keep getting a verification pop up for that gift ******** can't withdraw my money until I submit it. I've obtained a copy of the receipt from the grocery store, bank statement showing card used to purchase gift card, & a picture of what the gift card looks like. I have done all I can to provide documentation without the actual gift card number. Funny thing is, being that I redeemed the gift card on their site, THEY have the gift card ******************** but can't seem to verify it on their end and they certainly won't give me the number to help get whatever additional documentation i can from the company that issues the gift cards. I just keep getting the runaround regardless of it being chat, email, or phone call. They just keep submitting it to the "team" for review. How is this allowed to happen? How do they have an A+ rating with all these negative comments? One star is being generous.

      There a scam 100 percent lost 45k in few month they close my account down cause they want make sure don't have chance to get any of it back . I have caught them in lies over bonus I didn't receive. I have seen my level move back over a quarter of the way so they tampering with my account. they're a scam.

      They boost about having number one in customer service or something like that that is a lie this online casino I think is a scam they don't have no problem at all taking your money deducting it from your account taking it off of your card no problem at all but as soon as you win there's a problem then you have to confirm documents then you have to jump through hoops but before that they can take a thousand two thousand three thousand dollars without a problem but trying to get $250 it's been since the third so we're going on our fourth day now they **** and there is no online chat live chat they keep saying live chat can't even find it on their system that's a lie too people don't need to be fooled thinking and safe to play online when they're the ones who's beating people
