      I think that they are actually concluding with other online casino especially PA bet rivers due to I had support chat tell me something based on the others site. If it's on business it should be ran as such not make false statements and lying about it to the public thats not right. As the BBB I hope that you take action Investigating I have chat log and Emails to back up what I seen.

      Wont pay your winnings! I requested a withdraw on November 27, 2022, its January 26, 2023 & I still dont have it. I have live chatted dozens of times, called & emailed several times. Given copies of everything, 3 months of bank statements and still no money! They take your money in seconds with no problem, but if you win wont pay you ??

      Played a $20 *** @+410 won all 3 and was declared a loss . They owe me $102 and wont pay . Im contacting the nys gaming commission and an attorney

      Awesome gaming application, but that's where it ends. You can use literally anyone's debit card to deposit money, but when you go to withdraw be prepared to give up your first born. I opened an account and used my husband and my joint debit card (his name is on the card). I won about $600. The process to get that $600 was h*** and I was told it was due to depositing with someone else's debit card. The process took a total of 6 days, several phone calls, chats, document uploads including 1. checking account statement 2. copies of the debit card. 3. copies of both of our licenses 4. a selfie with me holding my license. 5. a selfie with him holding his license 6. a form we both had to sign saying it was ok that i used his debit card. After several uploads I would get messages saying "it's too blurry please upload again". The photos were clear as day on my phone. In the end me threatening to go to betrivers casino in the city got me paid out and subsequently banned from the site which I couldn't care less about. Never had an issue with ******, caesars, or fanduel. The question still remains, you will let people deposit and don't question the deposit method. So I could steal someone's debit card and deposit. Betrivers has no issue here, but you can't withdraw your money without all of these documents. What a joke. The company should definitely revisit their policies because they act like they're protecting someone, but who are they protecting if I made a deposit with someone else's card? It's clear they were just trying to get me to give the money back because everything was taking so long. Horrible service, and a horrible experience. Use one of the many other betting aps out there.

      The online casino is a complete scam. You give them all of your bank info, so they know when to shut you down and lose everything. I won 4000 one time, and they wanted every bit of info from me. (Drivers license photo, bank card photo etc.) I've played since and haven't won a thing. I can't even get back to my original deposit amount. It gets taken right away. They pull you in then shut you down.

      Same as everybody on here , I win money and they suspend my account and tell you that they can't tell you why your account is suspended and that they will send you an email to explain why your account is suspended, which they never do and then take days and days to pay you your money even if you have which I do the betrivers payplus debit card which they lie and promote that you can withdrawal your winnings instantly. This is by far the worst betting app I've ever used . This is the second time this month they have suspended my account following a big win. They take your money instantly when you loose but when you finally win they reward you by suspending your account and holding your money for days with no explanation and not only that they told me they will release my funds once the investigation is done ????? Investigation for what !!!!!?? Finally winning . Biggest scam artists I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with !
