      Worst cheating thieves betting site. You can deposit money and play but don't try to withdrawal. They will not let u make a withdrawal. **************** just asks for a return call number and hangs up, no return call and their live chat just tells you they will escalate the problem. Your left with wasting your money not to mention feeling defeated trying to get help. They will not give you any money back at all and don't chase them bc you won't get no where. Didn't know a casino could do this!!

      BETRIVERS is my favorite sportsbook, always the best odds and my personal VIP Host, I communicate with, **** ******, is always so kind and helpful in providing me bonus bets and always asking me how my weeks going! Will never use another sports book.

      800 today alone 3k in total..no maybe 10 bonuses that's 1 every ****** and u get NOTHING on the bonus. Nothing but a scam site.

      I have a pending withdrawal of $1000, I have gone through the verification process multiple times. I've sent self identification pictures of myself, my drivers license, my bank statement, my debit card MULTIPLE TIMES. I have spoken with customer support over 10 times all giving me the same response and having me verify another statement/ID/debit card etc. It has delayed the withdrawal process every time I uploaded a new document. They have locked my account now for reasons they have not told me at all. I have been given the run around and nobody seems to tell me why. I am not sure what to do at this point.

      Betrivers definitely don't like to payout ! i made an account literally a week ago and just so happened to get lucky , i won a lumpsum and i got my withdraw , but as soon as they sent my money 4 days later they decided to close my account FOR GOOD meaning i cant even make another account. weird ! i called and even talked to the supervisor for them to tell me they can just close an account and not give a reason , but the issue i have is i have NO REASON for my account to be closed ! it seems to me they just didn't wanna pay and and don't wanna pay me anymore if i win anything because i've already won a lump sum. to be quite honest i don't even care for the account back and made it aware to everybody i told to download the app that they will close your account with large withdraws ! its just the fact there was no reasoning as to why my account could've possibly been closed ! i submitted **************** were accepted, no fraud activity or anything ! now all of a sudden i wake up same day my money deposited to a closed account lol please be aware they will PERMANENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON! i'm fine though because there are other apps but this just threw me off of them FOR GOOD ! i done already told my **************** don't think you'll still have your account after you win a good amount . they don't like people striking as i see !

      Bet rivers NJ rips you off. chicken Fox x5 every time you win 80cents it don't pay you. contacted customer service and get nowhere. just say game working properly. been complaining for months with no results. just same ****. horrible customer service.

      Worst customer service I ever experienced. Go to chat, was 53 in line. Waited over an hour just to be number 4 and be brought to a main menu. I'm locked out of my account and there isn't a single way to get back in. *** requested call backs and never received calls. I even made a case.

      My account was banned for no reason all I wanted my little profit I won which wasn't more than a couple hundred bucks I tried to get it withdrawn and they lock and close my account. These a******* deserve to get sued on some class action s*** Support is terrible and you would be better talking to the wall because they were useless. Its a shame because the state I live in only has 1 online Sportsbook and now I cant even bet anymore in state without any reason.

      Hi my name is ***************************** and I was charged 50 dollars to my bank account Instead of the 25 that I used to wager, and spent 30 minutes with ************ and ******** and they didn't properly address the situation after I kindly asked them to review the situation. They said they did but replied after 2 seconds so I know that they didn't even checked and flat out lied to me, I would like my 25 dollars back for the overcharge of my bank account and to give them a warning because of the aggravation.

      If you been winning on this website , they will not grade your ticket and start to give you the runarounds . Next thing you know you can't log in .
