      BETRIVERS.COM is ABSOLUTELY A HORRIBLE AND FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION! THEY STEAL MONEY FROM POOR & HELPLESS PEOPLE. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT MUST BE FILED AGAINST BETRIVERS.COM. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

      So many times loading up odds but not able to bet. Last night outage during whole Monday night so two football games could not cash out. Least they could do was push the bets but customer service is just like the company, no good. So no redeeming value to continue supporting them. All who reads this get out when you can. So many other services in ********. They should shut down just like their service.

      Had been playing there for months then out of nowhere they put "temporary restrictions" on my account and asked me to upload my ID and a bank statement. It took them 6 months to approve my documents and after multiple live chat sessions and emails over another 2 weeks of being told to "keep an eye on my email" I finally got a response back saying they closed my account with no reason or explanation. Very bad customer support in my opinion and bad business they show no love for their customers. Nothing but legal scammers.

      My player got taken out of the game due to being attacked and abused by players and then fans and did not void the plays. Would not trust this Sportsbook. When *********** got subbed out due to this; other sports books voided it.

      I signed up for the app and have been playing It since 2020. The debit card I used to activate the app is no longer used. And they will not take my new debit card or take a bank statement to give me the money they owe me. They keep telling me they need a picture of the debit card. I signed up with. Also I no longer use that card to bet on their site. I use paypal. They asked me for a bank statement from the last time I used my account. I sent that to them, and they say they can't find my transaction on my bank statement, but They say I did a transaction in June. Therefore, I do not recommend anybody using this site to ****** with. I would recommend MGM.

      Closed my relatively high level account without giving any reason. Refuse to reopen the account, without any explanation besides stating they can close an account at their discretion for any reason whatsoever.

      Over memorial day I was offered a nice deposit bonus so I deposited *** played for awhile. I eventually wanted to withdraw my small fortune of 300..I was asked to upload my ID a selfy and a bank statement and they were all accepted so I thought everything was cool only to find out that I was being sent for review without any explanation what so ever. At this point I was still able to log into my acct but restricted from real money wagering but a few days later I decided to deposit 10 to see if it was straightened out only to find that it wasn't yet they wouldn't refund me atleast my 10 that I just deposited. Support keeps telling me to keep am eye on my email but. Won't tell me what I've done wrong or why I'm being reviewed *** restricted. This started on May 27th 2023. They're literally holing my. Money that I won totally fair n square hostage just because they have the upper hand and I'm just little man on totem pole I wonder how many people this has happened and said to heck with collecting due to hassle and they keepnthe money??? Every little bit adds up if they infact conduct business in this manner which I say they do

      Locked my account asked me send two pictures. One single and one more holding driving license . Its been 10 days no response yet emailing and calling them daily no reply

      Bet rivers is the worst! They locked my account because I updated my address. They have repeatedly had me submit documents to verify my identity. If you plan to withdrawal, plan on getting harassed they will request a utility bill a car insurance bill a Wi-Fi bill its just ridiculous They seriously need to review their customer service policies and procedures.

      This company will take your money then (if your not a level 8) they jerk you around! Like the segment out of CASINO where the planes held up….didn’t care where money comes from stolen card,debit,yoursisters,neighbors checking account…….when they have to pay they want copies of dead aunts death certificate…I’d stay AWAY..
