      I purchased a cell phone from Motorola. I could not turn off phone. It would only reboot. . After DOZENS of phone calls Motorola figure out why phone wouldn't turn off. Sent me another phone replacement. While the phone was in transit a friend came over and figured how to turn off phone. The replacement arrived with a $29,999 invoice. Called Motorola and they refused to fix invoice. I sent replacement phone back to Motorola. Received confirmation they had received phone. Now they sent me instructions on how to return phone and printable return sticker . I have no phone to return to them. All my phones are paid for. They told me that if I don't return phone they will cut service to all Motorolas that I own. I want nothing monetary from ******* just want them to fix invoice and close this out with paper/email trail. All of which they have refused. After at least 30 phone calls , being hung up on at least 4 times they refuse to finish their jobs. The worst customer service ever. I have always pushed Moto phones in the past but never again. Do not buy from Motorola in the future.

      I've had a Moto g stylus 2020 for about 3 years. I love it because it's a great phone. But it's time to get a new one. I've been faithful to the Motorola brand since my Droid X which I purchased in 2010.I'm very disappointed that Motorola didn't roll out the Android 12 ROM that they developed for this phone in ****** and other countries around the world. In ***************** we were stuck with Android 11. Why didn't you share Android 12 with us, Motorola?I've been shopping around for other phones and will be moving to ******** They have some great phones out there right now, and have taken good care of my wife and son over the last 10 years.

      There shouldn't have to be a website for your inadequate customer service and there is for good cause. Regardless of the number of times I requested answers regarding your software's functionality the fact remains that I was encouraged to resolve the matter elsewhere. I did and received excellent service and attention to detail. Never again will I utilize either ****** nor Motorola. Not ever.

      I purchased the new Motorola razr Plus it fell it cracked the front screen I paid extra for a warranty and they want $600 to repair it never will I purchase another Motorola customer service ***** and now I had to find a place that'll fix the screen for $180 they're 600 was with a discount I tried talking to everybody and yes I am totally ****** off do not buy the razor phone plus read the fine print evidently because their warranty they don't stand by it

      When I ordered this they said it would be here at the latest yesterday. I look up my email, and it wasn't even shipped yesterday....shiped 9 f-*** hours ago. YOU **** Your system is back up so hard it is hard tar. You assistants do not give their name when asked. They hang up on their customers. WILL NVR BUY A MOTO PHONE AGAIN- THIS COMPANY IS NOW CHINESE....Lenovo-motorola........ITS NO LONGER MOTOROLA, IT'S '*********** YOU KNOW WHY. GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 star is too much

      We are showing you placed an order on November 27th which was CyberMonday. The delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee and this is stated in the terms and conditions of shipping. We are showing the order was delivered on December 1. With the volume of orders, due to the holiday sales, there may be possible delays in delivery.

      Agree with ****************, I would give zero stars if possible. Customer Support does not exist. I have a ***************************** Modem that stopped working after 5 months. There is no phone support, every time I call the "support phone number" a recording states there is no one to take my call and try again. I have emailed at least 12 times and received less than 5 responses. Each response takes 72 hours or I get an email saying the system is down. No phone support and useless email support for modem or networking issues. I will never buy another Motorola product again.

      I have had 3 Motorola phones in the past 3 years I really was hoping the experience would get better. But the new moto edge plus is the worst phone by far I have ever had. Especially for the price at ****** dollars. It's the last time i.ever purchase a phone from this company. And I well make sure to spread the word. And customer service is a negative 10 if anything

      I have bought a Motorola phone since the '90s never bought anything else cuz I trusted their phones to work where most didn't I bought the edge Plus this year's model for close to $1,000 with the warranty and had nothing but issues from day one. I have called customer service numerous times asked for emails because they speak a broken English that is not always understandable or they will create static on the phone, and they have wasted my time so badly that they are now saying my warranty is no longer good for a refund or a replacement. This phone has made it to work I would never buy another Motorola the way they are working as a company

      If I could give zero Stars I would I have a Motorola g power22 phone that I've had for less than a year. It has multiple problems including locking up while someone is talking, phone calls not going through, text messages not coming through for 30 minutes or an hour if ever, speaking but not being able to hear the other caller etc. I started with my cell phone company they said that it seems like a problem with the phone itself, I've had it for less than a year, which makes since with all of the issues. I was speaking with my fifth person of the night two from US Cellular three from Motorola when I was hung up on! by ***! Imagine me calling back and they are closed! I am beyond frustrated and mad will never purchase another Motorola!
