I purchased a Motorola Defy Link Satellite communicator (Bullit) and nobody from Motorola or from Bullit will get back to me. Motorola chat tells me to contact Bullit - Bullit has not responded to any chats or emails for over a month now. I am a 100% disabled bet and need to have the unit work. *** will not refund my purchase that will allow me to purchase another brand so I am stuck and need help. Please help me! *****

Very disappointed with their phone customer service. Was told by a supervisor, *****, that she was the final voice and she spoke for the *** of Motorola.Couldn't even get my razr+ delivered to me before they washed their hands of responsibility. I was so fond of Motorola of the past but the current manifestation is lacking.

The customer placed an order and it was shipped within the shipping time frame. The customer was unable to sign for the package and wanted to cancel the order and refund. We are unable to cancel an order that has been shipped. The refund was processed when the order was returned to us. We consider this matter resolved.

Motorola is junk i would never reccomend them to anyone. Have my phone because it had a white line appear on the screen sent back they still have 6 days. So ive been without my phone for 8 days now im handicap they dont care. They wanted me to pay them 600 dollars to get a loaner phone while they had mine or i just go without one till they get it fixed. What kind of company does that to a handicapped person!! They cant tell me nothing about whats going on with my phone everytime i call they give me the run around. Then they want to send out refurbished phone when i bought a new one. My money that im paying for this phone is just getting thrown out the window. I shouldnt have to pay for something i dont have plus my cell service im not using while they have my phone.

The customer set up a repair under the standard warranty. The repair is free of charge, unless there is physical damage that is not covered. If the customer has the option for a one time exception premium mail in option, for replacement, a security hold is required until we receive the defective device back. This is due to the fact that the replacement is shipped first. The customers device was replaced during the repair process and shipped back to them. We consider this matter resolved.

Motorola is not a good company. I reached out to Motorola on Dec 8th of 2023 about a phone that exploded. A man by the name of ******* told me to send pictures and he would help resolve the issue and tell me what to do with the bad phone. Now it's 2 months later 2/8/2024 and not a word. I call motorola today I get trensfered to 2 different people. One woman who is helping me and we get disconnected on my motorola phone. The women doesn't call me back. I called back get a 3rd ticket number from a new man and says he can not connect me to the special teams women nor can he help me. He will leave her a message and hopefully she will get back to me. When we where talking she was telling me she would send me a new phone. Of course then we got disconnected. Why don't these big corporations do right by their customers. I have been loyal to motorola for all of my phones. Horrible company!!! I don't understand! Unbeleivable. The phone was only $150.00 IT'S NOT AN IPHONE. I gues i have to find a new company.

Would give Motorola customer service and ********************** razr flip phone a minus 10. Terrible phone do not buy. When screen breaks twice in three weeks Motorola will only replace with same model. Then they pass buck to the carrier. Do not buy Motorola razr, Terrible phone. Motorola will not stand behind their phones. Cheap and faulty!!

I ordered the Edge 22 Dec 10, credit card charged Dec 11 - told the phone will be delivered Dec19. I followed the tracking and something strange was happening, it wasn't getting to **** I called Dec 22 and it still hadn't been shipped. They said I could cancel which I did. I asked about the refund and they said it would be fast tracked and someone would email me. I called Dec 27 and Jan 2 and was told again it was fast tracked. I used the web chat on the Motorola website Dec 27, Jan2, 5, 10, and 15th and could not get an answer. I finally went direct to my credit card company to start a claim with them. They finally gave me a refund Jan 20th. This was going to be our 5th Motorola, but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I truly thought ordering direct from Motorola ****** would be the easiest and safest way to get a new phone. Was I ever wrong. It's so sad they just couldn't do the refund in a speedy manor. Or even said, it will take 2 weeks. I have never reached out to BBB before but thought others should be warned about this company. Thanks

Been fighting with this company on warranty work for their Razr device.5 weeks after device purchase, it developed a white line across the top of the screen. I went through the warranty process online for warranty repair. The website gave me a pre-paid label, which I took to the local shipping store. The associate there told me that the bubble mailer was the only thing the label paid for, and any other packing material would be my responsibility. He also assured me that the bubble mailer was sufficient for shipping the device.Upon device receipt at the service center (11/10/23), I was informed that the device had undeclared damage that was not covered by warranty, and I would have to pay for either that damage or the entire repair, I do not recall which. At the time, I had told them to send it back as I thought there was no other solution. Roughly an hour after that call, I had messaged Motorola via ******** to ask for photos of the damage, because it had not been sent with any. Received pictures and stated that the device did NOT get shipped with stated damage. I was told that they were going to verify the issue/investigate, and to keep my "lines of communication open." My device was returned to me approximately a week and a half after this, and no other communication was received, aside from a DM in response to a comment on a ******** ad that stated that a higher team was dealing with the issue and to "continue coordinating with them"On 11/29, I was asked to call a support agent and given a phone number in regards to my issue. When I called, they stated they needed more info for a ***** shipping complaint. No communication after. On 1/9/24, I had asked for an update and was told that they were contacting ***** in regards to the claim. No other communication, even after emails and a couple ******** messages sent to the company. I just want my money back so I can get a reliable device, I'll even send it back.

Motorola - Not Honoring their own Terms and Conditions - Encouraging trade in then retroactively charging. I purchased a new Motorola phone just before Christmas and opted to trade in my old Motorola phone along with it for a discount. The Purchase date was Sunday the 14th of December. The trade in company is "Phobio". It's important to know Motorola's Terms and Conditions at the time which stated the following:" In order to keep eligibility to maintain your offered Trade-In Value, (subject to conditions set forth herein), you must clear your Device and send it to us within 21 days.""you must ship your Device back to us within twenty-one (21) days after you completed the Programs registration process. If we do not receive your Device within 21 days of the date you registered for the Program, you may not be eligible for the Program and your New Device may incur additional charges. We will consider your Device shipped as of the date that the authorized prepaid shipping label is scanned by the authorized shipping provider. "Purchase Phone Sunday 14th December, *************** would be the earliest interpretation of 21 days.1 Day - received "Trade in Confirmation" email as well as shipping / tracking 4 days from purchase - Received phone as well as an email saying that my "Quote was Good for 17 days" (again 1-4-2024)20 days - Mailed Phone 1-3-2024 25 days - Motorola charges me for Phone Trade in value Motorola tells me that the phone was not "received in 21 days" which is when I direct them to their own Terms and Conditions, which clearly state (multiple times) that the "shipped" or "send" date is the determining factor.Instead of fixing, Motorola instead changes THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS (not even applicable retroactively). Luckily I had saved the original terms. As it currently stands, Motorola has refused to rectify the situation. They get you to buy the phone with a trade in, then weasel out of the trade in and violate their own terms.

BEWARE *** BUYERS!!!!I bought phone for a Christmas gift and Motorola sent me a damaged phone and refused to warranty or replace item. Beware buying anything online from their www.motorola.com website. Support representatives people hardly speak English transfer you up the command chain hoping that you will loose interest and drop call. Tried to blame it on *** shipping but shipping box was not damaged but product box inside was. I sent pictures and was forced to play "The Motorola Shuffle" only to be dismissed and left upset. Buy local save yourself the headache and blood pressure issues. Being a long term user of and buying ********************** products for over 20 years. I am force to question any future product interest and will probably just buy a ******* instead. I hope if you are comparing products between this company and another that this review may help sway your decision. Motorola you did it to yourself! Lost another loyal customer.

What a nightmare it has been trying to get 1, a phone that works the way I need it to, and 2, a refund for the phones I returned over a month ago. I had received the Motorola Razor Plus 2023 and had nothing but issues with it. A black spot on the screen that just kept getting bigger, and the phone I received did not have wifi calling. I need wifi calling on my device because I am on call for my job, and I do not have cell service at my rural residence. After FOUR different phones, all of which did NOT have wifi calling, and months of back and forth trying to get this resolved by Motorola and my cell phone carrier, I am DONE. I have called Motorola at least a dozen times and every time, I am told I cannot speak with a supervisor to sort this out (apparently supervisors don't get on the phone with customers). I requested a refund for the original phone, which I returned to them. I requested this refund at least 3 times and still, nothing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have zero interest in making this right, so I am filing a dispute with my credit card. Motorola has lost a loyal customer for life.
