      Experian has done a true and accurate investigation, they found that Account# ********** CANVAS CREDIT ********************** had to be deleted from my credit report and has removed it. However, Equifax and Transunion has not been notified to remove this account because it still appears on my report. If the account has been removed from one bureau then all the other bureaus have to remove the account from my credit report as well so that all credit reports are matching. I want Account# ********** CANVAS CREDIT ********************** removed from my equifax and transunion credit report. In accordance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act convergent account# ********** CANVAS CREDIT **********************, has violated my rights.15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions

      I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The ************************* which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. I understand that the Office of the Attorney normally provides copies of the complaint forms or information regarding complaints to the business complained about and other private and public agencies. I authorize BBB to give copies or any information on the form to anyone deemed advisable.

      I am "*************************" and I am submitting this complaint on my behalf. I have been dealing with unauthorized use of my personal information. Which results in unauthorized items on my credit report. I sent them letters over 30 days ago and they failed to get back with me and they failed to notify that these accounts were in dispute plus these accounts violate the fcra and fdcpa. These accounts must be deleted immediately.

      In the past I tried applying for a credit card through *********** but was denied because my credit score was too low. I never started any other accounts with them. I've been receiving emails pertaining to personal account statements with ***********. I had called *********** to ask about the account and they were unable to assist me but provided the Trans Union phone number which was ************. They immediately asked for my social which made me nervous. I provided it by dialing it in. Then I proceeded to wait on the phone for a representative. Once they answered he asked me for my social again after I explained why I was calling. I told him I already provided it to them and I had questions about their company before I provided any more personal information. They went silent and never responded after that. Now I'm really nervous as to what's happening with my personal information and I dont know who to call to get to the bottom of this.

      The way I have been treated by the this credit agency has added overwhelming stress in my life. I disputed via letters and requested that my privacy be respected and they refused. This has prevented me to move my family into a home and provide them with proper transportation. The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and date last reported is not accurate. This ground for removal, they also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C. **** sections 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C **** section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions.       Recently i did an investigation on my credit report which caused severe depression upon me and found unverifiable, invalidated,inaccurate, and questionable items that your agency didnt make sure was reporting 100% correct. Under 15 U.S. Code ****e(b)(b)Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates.I know that Under 15 U.S. Code ****i (5)Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information(A)In generalIf, after any reinvestigation under paragraph (1) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall(i)promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and(ii)promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof within 15 days after your investigation, you must remove the accounts and or the information listed below. Thanks for your help with this matter.1. CONSOLIDATED RCVY GRP Account Number: ********* Misleading False Reporting This account is negligently and inaccurately reporting failing to comply to 15 USC ****. The balance should not be reported after it was a collection. Under 15 U.S. Code ****e(b) and 15 U.S. Code ****i (5) this account in violation not reporting 100% accurate.
