I dispute inaccurate information on July 11,2022 on my credit report showing inaccurate information I asked for a Proper investigation be done for the second time on July 12, ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** any other consumer reporting agency my rights are still being violated 15u.*** **** section 602A states I have the right to privacy 15 u.s.c **** 604 A section 2 : It also States consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C (a) (5) section states : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer reporting containing any of the following items of information and other adverse items of information other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S .C ****s-2(A) (1) A person Shall not furnish any information related to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has any reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate And also 15 U.S.C **** (B) Permissible Purpose they have not falling in compliance which again I didnt give anyone written consent 15 U.S.C **** section -(2)(8) (e) duties of person after receiving notice of dispute after receiving a notice of dispute from a consumer pursuant to sub paragraph (D) the person that provide the information in the dispute to a consumer reporting agent shall (I) Conduct an investigation with respect to the dispute information (ii) Review all relevant information provided by the customer with notice (iii) completing such person investigation of the dispute and report the results of the investigation to the consumer before the expiration of the period under section **** (I)(a) of this title complete its action if the consumer had elected to dispute the information under that sectionBusiness Response

******************* a natural person have had my rights violated in regards to JPMCB CARD SERVICES account #**************** under 15 U.S. Code ****i clearly states That once I filed my dispute with a credit reporting agency they must respond or delete the item before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. They did not. It has been over 30 days that is a violation and grounds for deletion of this account. TRANSUNION is falsely reporting on my credit. Per my research ************************* is a debt collector. Under 15 U.S code ****d disclosure of investigation violation violation below:A person may not procure or cause to be prepared and investigate consumer report (1) It is clearly and accurately disclosed to the consumer that and investigative consumer report including information as to his character general reputation personal characteristics and mode of living whichever are applicable may be made and such disclosure (A) is made in writing mailed or otherwise delivered to the consumer not later than 3 days after the date on which the report was first requested I requested to be provided proof of this alleged item, specifically the original contract bearing my signature with *************************. Im requesting that this is deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. Under federal law you have 30 days for reinvestigation I will also be seeking $1,000 per violation for:1: Defamation 2: Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3: Violations of 15 U S C ****g I further remind you that as in Wenger v. After conducting an Internet search for my name, I discovered that some of my personal information was being utilized without my permission. My information was gathered by an aggregation website, which suggested me to first check the website's Frequently Asked Questions section and then contact around nine separate websites to have it deleted. In addition to feeling violated since I value my privacy, I felt ashamed because I had to request that my possessions be removed. I discovered unauthorized fraudulent accounts on my credit report. I would like these accounts to be erased and rectified. Remove any erroneous and fraudulent accounts from my credit report. This has hindered my capacity to acquire credit. I am doing everything possible to reclaim my life. Please assist me in deleting all bogus accounts. Please let me know if there is anything else that can be done to remove these accounts from my report.Business Response
