The my consumer rights are being violated and In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act everything on my credit report with 15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. This account has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC **** .Santander Consumer USA Account #***************** 15 U.S.C **** Section A. Transunion sent a letter stating that they were unable to locate my credit profile but yet still information is being furnished under my name and ssn? Equifax responded to 2 different complaints with conflicting information first stating that the account was paid with 0 late payments then responding again stating that adverse accounts stay on a credit profile In the contract I have signed it doesn't say I give permission to have my credit report furnished and I did NOT write a letter stating I gave WRITTEN CONSENT. ALSO THERE IS NO WAY ! They have violated my right to Privacy, they did not respond to my dispute within 5 days and did not conduct a proper investigation under the ***** If these accounts are not removed, I will be suing for each violation per account at ***** each. I contacted (Exeter finance *********** auto, Exeter finance *********** auto SYNCB TJX/CO DUAL ), who placed the inquiry, and asked them to remove their credit inquiry from my credit profile. I also asked them to cease their illegal activities immediately, but to date there have been no responses from their office. Since sending the letter more than 30 business days ago, they have failed to respond and honor my request.Therefore, I must request your help in resolving this matter. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I request you immediately initiate an investigation into this inquiry on my credit report to determine who authorized the inquiry. If, once your investigation is complete, you find my allegation to be true, please remove the unauthorized inquiry from my credit report and send me an updated copy of my credit report at my address listed above. On June 22, 2022 I sent out a certified mail # **** **** **** **** **** 15 to Transunion to investigate accounts in my credit report that i did not recognize. On June 29, 2022 Transunion received my letter and responded back on July 02, 2022 investigation number: 331874464-047 stating that my accounts have been verified. How did they verify my accounts when nothing in my report has been updated! Transunion said to have verified 2 accounts LVNV FUNDING ************ and LVNV FUNDING ************ when I requested for all my accounts to be investigated or deleted if not mine. No account was deleted and Transunion stated that they updated the information on my account. I have attached both my credit reports from June 22, 2022 when i initially sent out the request for investigation and on July 25,2022 when I saw that Transunion did not update my information or delete the inaccurate information. Transunion has violated my rights per Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) I am supposed to be protected from violations like this. By looking at my reports you can see the inaccurate dates opened, inaccurate amounts owed and inaccurate dates last active, these are clear violations of my rights! Transunion failed to do a proper investigation 15 USC ****i (5) (A) (i) states If, after any re-investigation under paragraph (1) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall (i) promptly delete that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the re-investigation. Transunion keeps closing my case without resolution or any details on what was done. Investigations already happened and they failed to do a proper one but yet my file is closed and they are investigating it? Since April 17, 2022 I have tried to get the credit bureaus Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax to stop violating my rights by reporting INACCURATE information. The credit bureaus keep sending me updated credit reports that shows they didn't do any "real" investigation nor care that they are hurting hard working consumers who pay their bills on time. It is UNFAIR that every 30 days since April, I have to take time to send letters, ID and etc to ask for them to delete ******** account # ******** from my credit report. I have sent bank statements (PROOF) that I was never late. I understand that the credit bureaus want to make money $$$$ off of me by reporting false credit information about me. So I will contact every agency I know and an FCRA attorney if needed because this is my 3rd attempt to have this account deleted. I received my investigation back and updated credit reports. You stated that you completed a fair investigation, and this account is now 100% accurate. I need to know how did you investigate this account ? I sent you my bank statements to show that I was NEVER LATE, but I didnt see any proof that I was late from ********. In addition, I pulled my most recent report from Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax on July 30, 2022, and still see 7 discrepancies that proves that you didnt do a proper investigation according to the Fair Credit Act 15 U.S. Code ****a which states how you are supposed to investigate my consumer report. Did you ask ******** #******** to supply their accounting records or you just took their word ? Finally, how is it possible that everything is 100% accurate for ******** account # ******** when my credit reports show the following inaccuracies: 1. Date Opened 2. # Of Months (terms) 3.
