This complaint is being filed with the BBB under the provisions of FCRA 605B (15 U.S.C. 1681c-2) to request that TransUnion credit reporting agencies block information on my consumer credit report related to identity theft and fraud. This request must be fulfilled within 4 business days of receiving this complaint.The fraudulent activity has resulted in unauthorized hard inquiries and collections being reported on my credit file. I have attached a detailed list of these fraudulent items for your reference. I do not recognize the accounts, collections, or hard inquiries referenced. These items were neither opened, authorized, nor initiated by me.All of the identified accounts, collections, and hard inquiries on my credit report are a direct result of identity theft and fraud. My name is ***** Walter ****** While reviewing my credit file this month, I noticed multiple accounts that I never opened and do not recognize.These include three **************** credit cards with balances of $739, $13,180, and $2,969, as well as a *********** auto loan for $4,615. There are also ***** credit card accounts showing $15 and $1,429, a Resurgent/**** Funding collection for $811, a **** Club account with a $1,381 balance, a Navy ******************** loan for $50,044, and a ****************** auto loan for $24,208. Inquiries from ****** and ED ****** also appeared, which I did not authorize.I did not apply for or open any of these accounts.
