Recently I was a victim of identity theft after having some things removed from my credit file after resolving it with TransUnion. They totally forgot to remove one item that is still remaining on my credit file. I never had a T-Mobile account; therefore, I did not owe this debt. I have an *** report via mail, which they asked me to do, and I spoke to a supervisor, and she said it was going to be removed from my credit file until this day. Its still not removed. I submitted a complaint with the same company. This is a different matter, and it is not a duplicate complaint with this company. I need this to be opened. Thank you.
