      I ordered a family group discount on Groupon for Mesquite on July 9, 2024. For the dates 9/24 for a gift for my daughter. I was charged $60 on my debt bank card. But the proof of purchase was never place on my account for proof. And I could never dispute. I emailed to complain, since I had to pay for the Rodeo tickets twice. The ticket number they assigned #******** andq #******** but states you have to access support in app. But it doesn't allow you if the purchase is not there in the account. Please help me get my refund.

      I purchased the voucher that could not be delivered to me. Was back and forth with customer service for a month, only to learn that they took this long to not refund me my money: We're responding to let you know that unfortunately, the "Cooling off period" during which refunds can be processed has passed. We understand this may not be the news you were hoping for, but according to the terms of the deal you purchased, we're unable to process a refund or accept a return at this time. what a scam!!!!

      Less than 1 star - but I had to select something!!!Groupon is the worst. After 15 years of relationship with them and traveling ALL OVER the world, they decided to overcharge me on a getaway and would not refund me the difference OR cancel my trip entirely. I went back and forth with email and chats with them for 3 weeks to have it escalated to a supervisor and for him to tell me that he is denying my 10% refund or allowing me to cancel the trip and get my money back. ******** customer service and the upper management is worse that the support staff. Relationship ruined because they don't value me as a customer or care about the money I have spent with them or future money I was willing to spend. I will forever curse their name to everyone after this and let people know that they are not a company of their word.*******

      I purchased a Groupon on accident reached out via chat for a refund within 5 minutes they denied it additionally for this same order I was overcharged. I requested the difference due to false advertising. I screenshot the price. It was denied. Both of these practices are illegal. Groupon is a third party. I reached out also within 2 hours of purchasing. Additionally please see screenshot attached I was over charged and would like the difference refunded at minimum. Unfortunately, if this is not resolved asap, I will be contacting the attorney general for false price advertising and illegal return policy. Signed by Governor ***** ****** in October 2023, this law allows consumers to cancel bookings for hotels, short-term rentals, and third-party services within 24 hours of booking, and receive a full refund at no charge. The law applies to bookings made at least 72 hours before the stay, with some exceptions. The law makes it illegal to advertise a low price for a product, only for that product to be subject to additional or mandatory fees later. SB 478 is wide sweeping and applies to virtually all companies conducting business aimed at California ************* cannot advertise a price and charge me a higher price and when I bring it to your attention refuse to refund or rectify the situation which your representatives have done.Also, theyve refused to share public address, email, phone number to resolve this issue. If youre doing business in the state of CA it is required. I am the daughter of a district attorney, and this is unacceptable on so many levels.

      Bought gutter cleaning service and the gutter cleaning company denied the groupon! Contacted groupon and received GROUPON BUCKS!!! NO REFUND! I will never purchase anything from groupon again!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

      They take your money and do not deliver. I bought a Groupon for $45 and now it is no where in my bought list. There is no customer support. Due to Covid 19 we no longer offer customer service **************** if something goes wrong.

      I have used Groupon as a business owner (very minimally) for a few years. It was good for visibility, but not for revenue. I always was pretty neutral with how I felt, and I really thought it couldn't get worse. Now my campaigns are randomly being changed by staff without notice or consent. Descriptions have been deleted and replaced with shoddy and obviously AI generated texts that are inaccurate to the services being offered. All my attempts to change it back are denied with no explanation. The terms and conditions of my campaigns are also changed randomly, like the amount allowed to purchase per client has been changed from 1 voucher to 3. I am done with this company.

      My friends and I all bought a Groupon for the same event, but none of our redemption codes would work. I tried to contact a live agent and was never able to get through. Total scam.

      I have worked with Groupon for over 10 years, contributing significantly to their revenue by creating and managing successful deals. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the company has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.Groupon unilaterally changed our agreement without my consent, significantly impacting my business. Despite my contributions over the years, they have treated me with a complete lack of respect, refusing to address my concerns and making me feel as though my hard work and loyalty mean nothing to them.Their communication has been aggressive and threatening, including emails where they bullied me and threatened to close my account if I did not comply with their new terms. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company that I have supported for so long.I would caution anyone considering doing business with Groupon to think twice. Their treatment of long-term partners is disheartening, and their business practices are unethical. I will be seeking alternative platforms to work with moving forward.
