    I have an account with **********************. It is paid through 11/17/24. Three days ago I sent an email and when I clicked send, the window closed. Since then I have not been able to access my mail. I keep getting a message that the address or password is in error. I tried to change the password and a message came up saying the password could not have more than two numbers in succession. My old password had four numbers in succession, but I received no notice of a change in policy. I've changed my password now four times. Each time I get a message that it has been successfully changed and I can access my account. But each time I get the same error message. I am able to get into a member area, but each time I click on email it takes me to my account information. I have clicked on a support window which says they are contacting someone to help me now. I've been waiting three days and no one has answered.

    ****** Support refreshed the account for the user. They can reset their password and log into their inbox as always. We created a new support ticket and replied to the user's alt email address. We will await their response and confirmation they were able to log into their account.

    REF: ********************** On July 6, 2024 I was no longer able to login to my email account. I have had an active account since August 24, 2012. I have tried to contact customer service by live chat and email at least 15 times. I have not received any response. I tried changing the password online several times to no avail. I have many important emails I need to access.I have paid through Sept. 2025.This is very irresponsible service by ****************.     ****** Support reviewed the users account and any chat correspondence and found that the user contacted live chat on July 11 prior to chat being active. We gave them the instructions to reset their password and the schedule for Live Chat.  We are waiting for confirmation that they were able to log in successfully or a reply to our support ticket.

    I have not received any correspondence from Reagan.com.  I would like Reagan.com to call me at: ************ or email me at: ************************ with instructions for getting the email account working again. 
    Reagan.com must have a phone number.  Why isn't that number available to their clients?  I have also been ignored on numerous live chat request.   They have an alternate email address of ******************.  Nothing has been sent to this account either.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I am still not able to log into my account.  ********************** stated: "****** support replied to the users prior support ticket to the alt email address on file and the address supplied via the BBB".

      I HAVE NOT RECIEVED AN EMAIL FROM REAGAN.COM AT THE *** EMAIL ADDRESS!  What is the alt email address they are using? 

    Reagan.com also states: "The account is active and we see that there was access as of July 15th. We will await a response to our support ticket inquiry."

       I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT SINCE JULY 6, 2024!  The activity they see maybe emails being sent to my account.

    I have no way of knowing since I cannot log in.  The message I get while trying to log in is: "Username / Password incorrect".  This message is printed in red. 

    Please have Reagan.com call me TODAY (July 17, 2024) at: ************ or email me at: ******************.

    I hope to be able to work this out with Reagan.com customer service.

    I have had a email account with them for about five years and now it wont let me login or change passwords. When I try to answer the secret question it wont take my answer. When I tried to contact support I get no answer. I have been trying for two weeks without success.they have no phone number. I am paid up through 2025. I would like to cancel that account. I purchased another account with them, hoping to get through that way, without success. I wish to cancel both accounts and recoup my money.

    ****** Support reviewed the account and closed and refunded the most recent purchase per the users request.  The user's other account cannot be refunded as it is in the third year of a three year subscription. A refund can only be completed within 30 days of purchase or renewal. That account is active and we have sent instructions to the user to reset their password and regain access in case they'd like to utilize the account. We will wait for their response to our support ticket.

    I am rejecting this response because: I tried what they said and it still will not let me change my password.  They wanted me to answer a secret question about what city I was born in.  I was born in ********** and it tells me that is wrong I tried every combination lower case upper case and it just does not work. I dont know what to do.

    I have had a Reagan.com email account for almost 15 years. Im now suddenly locked out and cant get access to anything. The Reagan.com support is completely unresponsive. Ive paid up my subscription for three years at $40 per year and now cannot even access it. I cannot find a phone number or any direct means to contact Reagan.com

    I have had my ****** email for over 6 years and have been locked out. I can't reset my password and NEVER can get on Live Chat. No such thing and there is NO phone number for them. This is a business account and I NEED to get into it!! I am so angry at how they are treating their customers taking your money for no product. What a shame to ruin the late president's name. I need to get into my account.

    On March 15, 2024 my Reagan.com e-mail was hacked and I was locked out of my e-mail. I have made many requests to have my reagan.com e-mail account terminated and hired a computer tech to try to fix this, but all requests have been ignored and on July 6, 2024 I received an e-mail from ***** ********** advising me that Reagan.com has charged my **** $40.00 for a renewal. It is virtually impossible to contact a human being at Reagan.com to resolve problems. I would appreciate your assistance in getting this account terminated and a refund/credit to my ***** Fargo **** card. Please refer to the uploaded letter for contact info for Reagan.com and additional details.Thank you, *****************************

    Unable to access my Reagon.com account Chat and phone calls to developer do not resolve my inability to access my account.This problem has continued for 3 months with no indication that Reagan.com is serving me or other customers. The mere fact that even chat is inoperative sends a loud message that this company is not responding to its customer base.The inability to access this account has led to not only communication difficulties but to financial difficulties.

We also alerted the user that in the original ******************** message he typed Reagon.com whereas it is actually Reagan.com. In case, the user mistakenly typed it with an O, we want to make sure they entered their log in credentials correctly to avoid any future log in errors. We are awaiting confirmation of their successful log in.

    I have paid for a Reagan.com email and I have been locked out of my email account. I have tried contacting the company to resolve this issue with no reply from them.My account is paid up to February of 2027.

    On June 20th, 2024 I was no longer able to login to my email account Ive had for over 15 years. I reset my password about a dozen times. There is no phone number to call. Every time I try to start a chat, it starts and ends at the same time. I send messages about my complaint but have no email for them to respond to. For weeks, I have been getting alerts that I need to verify information on my account but gave no instructions on where to verify it or what they wanted verified. This is going to be a disaster to try and inform the hundreds of contacts I had of a new email address. Im notified about monthly payments by email. Is this something that can ever be resolved? I stand to lose money because I cant be reached by email.

    I am locked out of my email address that I am PAYING FOR!! **************** is unreachable, live chat always disconnects regardless of device. Phone support never responds. I expect this to be resolved or I am cancelling my credit card. I'm not going to pay for a service that I cannot use or reach support about.
