My wife is unable to get emails from anybody but reagan.com.One email says that you all changed your TOS and that I need to approve new TOS, but when I click on it, I get a 404 message.Another email says that you've sent her a secure pdf, when I click on it, it sends me to the login page, and we start all over.Another email says you all sent her a new document, but when I try to "see document", it sends me to the login page. When I try to chat, I get an "end chat" after I send the message.

For TWO MONTHS, an increasing number of websites I have belonged to for YEARS are inaccessible to me because of some company called CLOUDFLARE. It's supposedly some anti-hacker company, but when I try to go to one of the sites (to include an e-mail account I have been PAYING to have), just pop up a CLOUDFLARE window, telling me to click the box to prove I'm HUMAN! Like a good chimpanzee, I click the box, then a bunch of dots make a stupid circle, THEN the box pops up again (and again and again....) It took me 2 MONTHS to access a site I was a member of for about 10 years. For the past month, I have been getting a "PAST DUE notice on my Reagan.com e-mail account (this is an e-mail account I pay about $50 a year for because they advertise that they're totally secure (even though I regularly get spam that goes back to other Reagan.com accounts. I click on the warning flag to attempt IN GOOD FAITH to pay for my account, so I don't lose it. I spent 4 HOURS tonight trying to complain about CLOUDFLARE interfering with my payment attempts, but that company INTERFERES with my attempts to contact Reagan.com, in addition to interfering with my payment attempts. When I tried to complain to the **** I was again prevented from using their site because of CLOUDFLARE! I am now in peril of losing my e-mail account I have paid for, for 20 years.

****** Support sent the user steps to add an email that is inadvertently arriving at the spam folder to the safelist within their account. This will allow emails from that particular email address to come directly to the inbox folder. We will await their confirmation that they've added the address to the safelist and have successfully received a correspondence.

I keep getting emails from 'customer support" at ****** email, yet they look suspicious and I haven't responded to them. Everything I've read on the BBB site, the business responds with the same excuse of the user replying to a spam email. When I try to chat the business, it says I'm second in cue, yet them disconnects. I've tried emailing, everything to get a hold of some one at ****** email with no luck. $40 a year for email is ridiculous.

We also adjusted the spam filter settings to help with the spam the user reported. We are awaiting a response from the user at this time.

I am rejecting this response because:
Their response was they contacted me through my secondary email, which I don't have access to.  Why wouldn't they contact me through their email service that I pay for?  I would like to see their response, so please inform them of that since it seems like they only respond to the BBB.  Also, the number that they list is a fax number, not a number to speak to an actual person.
    Sincerely,

After years with reagan.com I suddenly can't login, chat or contact them in anyway. I hoped it to be a temporary problem but your site lists a series of complaints that mirrors mine exactly. There is no phone contact so I don't know what to do. Other complaints seemed to be solved by them giving me a reset. Other responses to BBB by ****** indicate a spam violation by me. I am puzzled as everyday I was getting at least 50 emails I posted as spam,, never opening them. This large influx of spam, phishing or whatever is a royal pain. When I renewed recently I only did so for 1 year since I have been unhappy with the ****** spams per day. However that was better than changing my email contact for business and all else.

I am unable to log in to my email account with ********************, apparently it has been compromised. My password does not work, I am unable to change the password. Secret question does not work hence not able to obtain a new password. This happened a week ago and I have not been able to reach anyone at reagan.com even after multiple requests thru their support page. I have read several complaints here in BBB regarding the same issue. I need reagan.com to provide me a link to be able to restore my email account.

My email subscription that I pay for annually thru Reagan.com has not been working for approx. 4 or 5 days. When I try to long onto the main site @******.com, my browser just spins, both on mobile devises and desktop computers. I have no way to contact them for support bc you have to log into your account for support and I can't log in. No one seems to be monitoring or answering the Chat feature either.

Over the past year SPAM emails have been ramping up crazy to my REAGAN.com email. This past month I spend at least 10 minutes every day moving spam to my spam folder. I don't believe Reagan.com does anything about this and this was supposed to be the site to protect me! What a joke. ****** is rolling in heaven!

There are folks who still have difficulty getting to my server for email. Reagan.com has placed more spam filters I think on 'my email?' so hopefully I'll continue to get important emails from other people. Today emails from some folks were in spam that shouldn't have been but that's a start ... yay!

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father, who has been using Reagan.com for his primary email address for the past ~4 years. My father is 90% blind. He has no other email addresses, and unfortunately any communication between Reagan.com and my father must go through me. In April, 2024, the email subscription lapsed. Despite being set up for auto-renewal, he lost access to his account. We promptly contacted Reagan.com through the support link on the website. A support representative confirmed that the subscription had lapsed and guided us through the renewal process. We thought we renewed successfully, but as it turns out, that wasn't the case.On May 27, we contacted support again and were provided the link to renew, which we did successfully. Despite renewing and paying the $99 fee, my father could still not log in. We were assured that once the renewal was processed, we could log in again and keep the same user ID. We have attempted password resets multiple times, but the login issue persists. Our emails to support on May 28, May 30, May 31, June 4, and June 5 either tell us to contact them using the support link on Reagan.com, which does not exist any longer, or have gone unanswered. My father, a retired Army veteran and staunch ****** supporter, values the service he used to receive from Reagan.com. There are many free email services available yet chooses to continue to support Reagan.com as a paying customer and it should be **********************'s responsibility to provide ongoing support. I have attached a number of screen shots and records of email exchanges for reference.

Reagan.com support reviewed the user's account and have confirmed that the payment was processed.  We have refreshed the account for the user and sent password reset instructions to the person assisting the user with accessing their email account.  We have requested that they confirm that their log in is successful once it has been completed.

    1) I have a problem with my account that involves security of it (login issue). I need LIVE CHAT help to fix this important issue. I have being waiting to get help for 2 days. I am currently sitting as the #1 person in the live chat queue for 2 HOURS and no one is answering the chat. I also have been emailing support and they tell me to use the chat, which I am trying to do. There is no help with this company. No phone number (one listed here is a fax). I am livid ! 2) I get TONS of spam and fraud with this email including spam masquerading AS Reagan.com. They do nothing to help with this apart from telling you to send it to spam folder. Terrible.
