    I have been trying to log in to my REAGAN.COM email account for the past 24 hours and have not had any assistance from the tech help area. I have reset my account at least 4 times and am continuously informed that my email ID and password do not match after trying to log in after a processing a reset. This is not the first time this has occurred. The last time The "Help" link was able to reset my account but this time I am not able to connect with "Live" tech support, no matter how many times I tried. I was finally able to get through to another "help"area that charged me $1.00 to provide assistance but I was only able to E-MAIL them and was told to wait for an E-MAIL which is ridiculous because it is the E-MAIL system of the *** that is not working. I just want Reagan.com to reset my account to allow login, refund my $1.00 and let me know exactly why this issue keeps happening. The *** service charges me $40.00/year for this e-mail address which is worthless if I continuously have log-in issues and cannot access my E-MAIL. Because of this problem, I have provided an alternate e-mail address here to be contacted, in addition to my phone number. I would appreciate an acknowledgement of this request. Thank you.

    I have not been able to access my email on reagan.com. Everytime I try to login it says I am entering the wrong password. SO I change the password, and try again and it still says I am entering the wrong password. I guess my account either got hacked or this company has gone under. I can't ahold of anyone on customer support. I tried messaging them and they do not have a phone number to call. Extremely disappointed, since I have been a customer for over 10 years.This is my main email as well, so it is very problematic for me to not have access. I would like someone to reach out and fix my account so I do not lose all of my emails.

    I have not been able to access my paid account since 12/11/2024. I have tried to contact @********** several times and even tried their "live" help several times. (No response) I've attempted to change my password to ********************* hoping this was the issue. It won't work. I know I paid apprx. ******+ for this account. It's automatically drafted.I need them to fix the issue and/or contact me so we can fix this.

    This email provider, Reagan.com, doing business as Fortify Technologies LLC, or Fortify Space or Fortify Space LLC has charged me for an email service which has either been hacked or failed and no amount of contacting them through their Customer Support has resulted in restoring this service. There is no phone number to contact them live and their online support does not respond. After paying them on October 16th, I have had ongoing problems and have been locked out of using this Service since November 16th. Anything you can do to assist in getting them to fix this would be appreciated.

    I am rejecting this response because:BBB of Chicago recently assisted me in getting this email provider to repair my email account. After approximately 3 days my account is no longer available and the provider, Reagan.com is unreachable through their online support portal. The previous complaint number was ********. Anything you can do to remedy this situation with this vendor would be greatly appreciated.

    ****** Support reviewed the user's account and it was found that the user submitted a cancellation and chargeback to ****** on December 23, 2024 which effectively cancelled the ****** account. The user will have to repurchase the account at **********************************************************************

    I am rejecting this response because: This Business did not contact me on December 29. After no response after waiting about three weeks after contacting their on-line customer service , I requested that they cancel my subscription (12/29) to their service. I did see a response yesterday, 1/9/2025, after logging into their on-line customer service, however, they have not refunded my money as I do not possess a ****** account, I paid them with my **** card.

    Locked out, no response from customer service or support. I think they have ceased doing business due to multiple hacking incidents, including my account. I have had to cancel which has caused many problems since this has been my default email for over 10 years.

    I have been a Reagan.com customer for over 5 years. In the last 6 months I have had repeated email problems. I have been unable too access my email in weeks. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or virtual service available. This is the only email I have and my business is suffering. My bill is paid in full and I am frustrated by Reagan.com lack of ANY customer service. Everyday I cannot access my email it is costing me monies. There is no phone number for customer service and no response from repeated efforts to get some help

    My email was a victim of a phishing scam. Aug or Sept of 2024. Another entity had access to my account and was sending out phishing emails from my email address. When realized, tried to stop access to other person to no avail. Finally figured it out. Was able to stop access. Because email is used for business and contains personal info, I need an IT investigation into what was accessed in my account done by a 3rd ******** lawyer sent several emails to ****** on 3-4 different days/occasions requesting access to my account for the 3rd party IT. NO RESPONSE. I finally connected with someone on chat, explained my situation. Told them lawyer sent 3-4 emails on different occasions and hasn't heard back, not even an acknowledgement of email receipt. Support person "looked for the emails from the lawyer, couldn't find them so they must have been forwarded to the appropriate department" that chat was over 2 weeks ago. Still no contact from them. Gave my lawyer the address and phone number to ******. Phone call placed, message left, no answer, no call back.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT FOR THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL!!!!!!! Reaching someone on chat is like pulling elephant tusks!I would like for them to respond to my lawyer's request and to give the 3rd party access to logging info!!

    Reagan.com just dropped my email account (on Nov 14, 2024). This is unexpected in that I believe I am paid up until 2025. Their online help person claims that my account is expired and that they have erased all my email. I need that email record. How do they not have remedy? There seems to be no reactivation path. I even tried to re-subscribe but they do not allow me to use the same email name, so how could I ever access my email record again.

    My email service is paid thru 2026 but I haven't been able to access my account since around April.The support area of their website does not respond. There is no other way to contact them.

    Locked out of email account I have tried multiple times to notify reagan.com support that I cannot access my email, have not been able to access it since July 2024. I have tried using their online chat, only to be informed I was being connected to someone, which never happens! They keep sending me emails I cannot reply to, requesting me to pay more money to keep the account open! I will not be paying them any more money as I cannot access the account.This is the worst excuse for "customer service" that I have ever encountered!

    Somehow, Reagan.com needs to be notified that I am not renewing my account.  I was able to login, finally, after resetting the password - again.  I have cleaned out my emails and the account needs to be cancelled / closed.
