      On 06/15/25 I requested a total refund of the amount of purchase $619.50. The seller presented themselves as a reputable business. Investigation into the seller showed this untrue, numerous complaints filed for items of overpayment, never receiving the "supposedly" purchased items, or fake venue tickets provided to the buyer. ****** should ban this vendor and prevent them from continuing their "business."I thought I was purchasing for the venue site as that is where I went to purchase the tickets!

The customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of the website homepage clearly states, [TFS] is a trusted secondary marketplace. Prices set by sellers may be above or below face value. Furthermore, the top of all event pages on the marketplace clearly notify customers, We are a leading ********************** resale marketplace. Ticket prices may be above or below face value. We are not owned by or affiliated with any venue, box office, team or performer." As such, we are able to provide the following information.

      At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, the customer completed a multi-step user driven checkout process. After selecting the ticket listing they preferred, they were presented with the delivery method as well as the expected delivery date, and were then directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This summary also detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $619.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once the customer input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. Then, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. [...]" In order to complete the purchase the customer needed to click "Place Order" under which is stated "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $619.50. which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." At which time the customer proceeded to complete their purchase.

      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither *** nor the marketplace are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own or generate tickets. Since customers are purchasing *********************** owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. Prior to receiving this claim we addressed this matter with the customer and consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to customer service so that they may be addressed.

      This site is not a  valid seller and they have taken others money and  hide behind this list of things that say are a multi-factor that customer must accept. I went to the venue site and this business redirected my request and took full advantage of me thinking I was trusting a valid vendor. This business is a scam and should be shut down for providing false information and or fake serves/goods!

Because we merely act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties.

      It should also be noted that in addition to this claim the customer has opened a dispute with their financial institution regarding their order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. If the customer has any further questions regarding this dispute or its outcome, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

      The tickets were purchased on 6/1/25. I never received an order number for this purchase. I have tried contacting the seller but cannot get through without an order number. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

      With regards to the customer's concern, it was determined that the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase had typographical error. The error has since been updated and the tickets have been re-sent to the customer's email. Since the customer's order has been fulfilled in accordance with the marketplace 100% Buyer Guarantee such we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns we recommend they contact the customer service team.

      I purchased two tickets to the ******* ***** concert scheduled for June 17, 2025 at the **********. I purchased from Ticket Fulfillment through my ****** account on March 8, 2025. Total amount $203.98. I received an email on June 4, 2025 saying that the concert was rescheduled to August 27, 2025. We will be out of town on vacation on that day so I called to inquire how to get a refund. They told me I cannot get a refund because the show was rescheduled not cancelled and. I can try to resell my tickets online. (The concert is not sold out) I reached out to ****** and they said that they couldnt help and closed the case. The show that I bought tickets for, June 17 was indeed canceled and then rescheduled to August 27. Im so mad because they expect me to just throw $203.98 out the window because we already have a vacation scheduled?! That is a lot of money to me and doesnt come easily!! Is there anything that you can do to help me?

      i understand that I am likely going to be stuck eating the cost of the tickets for an event that I cannot attend. 

       It is a truly rotten policy that they are adhering to, again, I purchased tickets for a show on June 17.not a show on August 26. Isnt that a valid point? I cannot grasp why I should be the one to suffer this loss.

We appreciate the opportunity to further address the customer's concerns and clarify the marketplace's policy.  As previously stated, within the terms of use it is outlined that if an event is postponed or rescheduled the order will not qualify for a refund, and the tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither *** nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any event or venue. Since the marketplace platform acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers neither *** nor the marketplace have taken any part  in the decision making process surrounding postponing or rescheduling the customer's event. While we understand the customers' position, we maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer placing their order. As it stands we consider this matter closed.

      This company is a ticket scalping operation and refuses to refund me for tickets they claim they will send me in the future. I no longer want the tickets and just want a refund.

      The website's multi-step checkout process allows customers several opportunities to view all details of their order prior to purchase. Due to the nature of secondary marketplaces, the website does not own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and may be dependent upon when the tickets are released by the primary issuer. While we understand the customer would like to receive their *********************** earlier than the estimated date, the website cannot guarantee expedited delivery for any order.

      In addition to this current claim, the customer has filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open and encourage the customer to contact their financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome.       May 3rd I was trying to purchase tickets for an event at ***************** and somehow ended up on ******************************* who sells tickets for ticket fulfillment service lp. I called to ask a question when I would get my tickets on 5/12/25 and the agent sent me an email with the tickets. The price per ticket was $49.99 and I purchased 2 and was charged $305. The tickets had someone else's name on them, so I called the casino who said the tickets were invalid and they don't accept tickets from 3rd party sellers which was clearly stated on the fake ticket they sent me. I called fulfillment service, and they refuse to refund the money. I ended up buying tickets directly with the casino with fees and taxes totaling $68.42 per person. This is a fraudulent company. Also, the seat map on their sight is not the same as the Casino's seat map. Basically, they sold me tickets that are invalid and do not exist.

      Once the customer selected the event they were interested in, The Price Is Right Live, they navigated to the ticket listing page. On this page, the ticket listings  displayed the ticket price and allowed the customer to choose a ********************** quantity. After the customer selected their listing, they were directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided a detailed order summary which shows the event information, ticket location, and price per ticket. Below this order summary, there is a disclosure indicating: We are a leading secondary marketplace. Tickets may be above or below face value. We are not affiliated with any venue. The customer was prompted to provide an email address and was shown the ticket delivery method. Please note that a complete itemized breakdown of the customers order total was fully disclosed after selecting the available delivery method and before the customer was asked to enter any payment information.  Finally, at the bottom of the checkout screen the customer was shown the terms stating, "By clicking, Place Order, you agree to the Terms of Use including refund terms and Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace and that your ****** will be charged $305.85, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final. The customer then used the "Place Order" button to complete their purchase, at which time their order was processed.  

      In addition to this current claim, the customer has filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open and encourage the customer to contact their financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome.       May 11, 2025.I bought 2 tickets to "Wait Wait Don't Tell Me," in ******* for the August 7th performance.I bought them believing they would be delivered right away. Now I find out and after having researched it more, this is a scam operation. They don't even have my tickets for the seats I requested. I splurged on this as a gift for my 74 year old husband. It's his birthday. Now I've read that not only are there prices extremely high, especially since they don't even have the tickets but sometimes they are not delivered until 1 hour before the show. We're 74. Never in a million years could we make it to the venue on one hours notice.Please help us. This is so sad and also so unethical. They're dealing with real people, not numbers and definitely not spring chickens.Thank you for any help you can give us.

      Our buyers guarantee ensures ticket delivery prior to the selected event. This guarantee is outlined within our terms of use, which every customer must agree to prior to placing their order. Due to the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, TFS does not own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the selected tickets and is dependent upon a number of factors, including when the tickets are released by the primary issuer, with which TFS has no affiliation. Additionally, our records indicate that the customer's *********************** have been delivered 5/23/25 to the email address on file. 


      As all order details in question were accessibly and visibly displayed prior to placing their order, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

      On December 10th I wanted to get tickets for the June 1st Valkyries game at ************ in *******, **. I have never been to a sporting event before- I did not know what a reasonable cost was of a ticket or where to buy tickets. I went to the **** website and I swear I clicked links from there to where I selected a seat for myself and my partner. I paid $339.50 for two tickets in Section 209 row 18 and $21.22 for insurance. My confirmation e-mail came from "TicketsCenter" and my credit card statement read "TICKET FULFILLMENT SERVICE LP."I just learned today that this is not the official site- in fact they don't have my tickets yet they are just promising that they will buy tickets before the event "on my behalf." The actual price of the tickets in that row and section (which none have been purchased yet according to the actually real site) are $46.55 per ticket with all fees included. This company is absolutely swindling people by pretending to be the official seller- saying nowhere that they are a reseller until you have already purchased tickets and then they say "your seats will be assigned or will be comparable" and say you will get the tickets the day before the event.

      On 12/10/24 the customer selected a ********************** listing for Minnesota Lynx at ********************** which was listed at $129.00 per ticket. During the checkout process a detailed order summary is displayed on screen and informs the customer of their event details, price per ticket, and applicable fees. This information was fully disclosed after the customer entered their email address and selected a ticket delivery method, but before they were asked to enter any payment information. At the bottom of this page and above the "Place Order" button it was stated, "By clicking, Place Order, you agree to the Terms of Use including refund terms and Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace and that your credit card will be charged $339.50, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final." Finally the customer clicked the "Place Order" button to complete their purchase.  

      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace own or generate any tickets and therefore do not set or control the ticket delivery date.       I saw that a particular band was playing locally in **** TX. I chose to buy two tickets and have them financed through ******. They were $243 each and I selected to buy two of them. The transaction went through. I made the first payment and got to thinking **** it was pretty high to be taken monthly until August. So I looked at the buyers contract and they had it at $870.02. This is not even close to what I agreed to pay. Once I agreed to pay the $243x2 plus a finance charge, the whole contract changed and now there is a much higher number. The contract does not list the ticket prices individually. Just a lady number. I called the company and they refused to end the pay out plan stating that they do not cancel contracts. The lady that talked to me said I could resell the tickets but that's impossible because they won't send them to me until August. They are trying to get me to scalp tickets and I am not willing to do that! They changed the price AFTER I CLICKED AGREE TO PAY. I disputed with ****** showing screen shots of how much the tickets were. They rejected my complaint t saying the company already gave me what I paid for. They have not. I have no such tickets. They are waiting until it is close to concert time and me being stuck with overpriced tickets that I was scammed into buying. I appealed the decision and just got the email today stating that the case is closed because the company claims they gave me tickets already. I do not want them. I do not want to be tied into hustling tickets for a much higher price when I was under the understanding they were $243 a piece. This is fraud. The photos I've attached show the email stating I will not get tickets until August. They also show the price of tickets a month after I ordered just to prove the pricing was changed after I ordered. I had section A, row 15 bought 2/22 at 11:21am priced then at $243/ticket.

Once they select the quantity of ticket(s) they want, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. The customer is then prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, the customer is able to see a complete itemized breakdown of the customers order including the price per **********************, all fees, and the total price of $821.47 is displayed in bold text on the right-hand side of the page. The customer is then able to input their payment and billing information. Please note that the itemized breakdown was fully disclosed before the customer is asked to enter any payment or billing information.       In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor.       I purchased tickets for my wife to ****** ***** - The Legend Continues for the performance on August 2 @ 7:30. The venue is The *********************************** in ********, *******, ******. I purchased 5 tickets online through ticketsonsale which I assumed was the Canadian sales agent. The price of the tickets is $362.79 which again I thought was Canadian funds so placed the order. On checking my **** statement I was SHOCKED to see that the charge on my **** was #***.29 CAD. I'm have contacted the company via phone, email, and live chat explaining the mistake I made and requested a refund. If I would have purchased the tickets through the ****************** (which I thought I was doing) - the price would be $421.50 CAD. So by making a simple mistake and ordering with ticketsonsale an American reseller, I am more than double the actual face value of the tickets and out $477.79 CAD. Online I see that there are numerous complaints about the fraudulent manner in which customers have been scammed. Also, it appears there was a class action lawsuit filed against the company. I am not sure what other recourse I have and if you have any means to resolve the issue. But I would definitely like a response back.

      Pre-business hours on 2/8/2025 I somehow made a $488.60 purchase for 2tickets to see the ***** ***** ********* at the ***********-*******. I thought I was simply exploring on the website for The ***********. But somehow I purchased 2 tickets for $488.60 for 2/14/2025 on an unknown ticket fulfillment site. I immediately called the number provided and after several minutes received a taped message that their offices were closed. I then sent an email notifying them that I needed assistance urgently to cancel this purchase which was made in error. That email was sent within minutes of the errant transaction which occurred between 1 and 2a.m EST. In the email I explained that I was not even going to be in town on that date as we were departing for vacation. I pleaded with them to please issue a refund and to contact me should they need any further information. The following morning I tried again to reach them but phones were not manned at the time. Later that morning, I received an email confirmation of the purchase, advising me that I would be ticketed via email in advance of the event despite the fact that this occurred after my email notification. To add insult to injury, when I checked the The Fox theatre ticket site, I many vacant seats remaining, and that the face value was in the $60 price range. Needless to say no tickets were ever opened, downloaded, or used. To this day I have no idea how I got on that website, but their customer service reviews show that this happens all the time and that Ticket Fulfillment Services LP repeatedly cites a strict no refund policy. Given the# of complaints, they are fully aware of this recurring problem. I have phoned, spoke to several people there, been hung up on, etc. I even enlisted **** assistance to dispute the charges. All unsuccessful. I am a retiree and can provide phone records and email copy to substantiate the facts. I respectfully seek restitution, and in the interim will posts alerts on credible consumer sites.

The top of the website homepage clearly states, [TFS] is a trusted secondary marketplace. Prices set by sellers may be above or below face value. Furthermore, the top of all event pages on the marketplace clearly notify customers, We are a leading ********************** resale marketplace. Ticket prices may be above or below face value. We are not owned by or affiliated with any venue, box office, team or performer." As such, we are able to provide the following information. 

      At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, the customer completed a multi-step user driven checkout process. After selecting the ticket listing they preferred, they were presented with the delivery method as well as the expected delivery date, and were then directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This summary also detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $488.60 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once the customer input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. Then, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. [...]" In order to complete the purchase the customer needed to click "Place Order" under which is stated "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $488.60. which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." At which time the customer proceeded to complete their purchase.

      In addition to this current claim, the customer filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding this order, the dispute was ultimately ruled in the marketplace's favor. We encourage the customer to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed in relation to any questions they may have regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.
