      This company took my money 2 years ago due to the pandemic. The concert was rescheduled twice. The reschedule date was moved to when I could not attend (from a Friday 2019 to a Monday 2022). They would not refund me, or let me resell my tickets. I found a buyer through a third party. 4 days before the concert, when their "customer service" told me I would receive my tickets, I received an email saying they would not be sending them until the day of the concert. This would mean that would loose my third party buyer. SO now I lost my buyer, I cannot attend the concert, and I am out all that money. Is this how we are treating healthcare workers these days?? All this when I tired to do the right thing. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE FOR THE CUSTOMER?!?!

TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace own or generate any tickets and therefore do not set or control delivery date or ticket listing price. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which TFS has no affiliation. The customer was provided email notification regarding the expected available date for their tickets, which in this case was set closer to the event date. Please note that estimated delivery dates are subject to change; however, all purchases made on the marketplace website are covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. TFSs ultimate priority is to continue providing excellent service and at this time, we will continue to comply with all agreed upon terms and conditions. If the customer has any further questions regarding their order we encourage them to contact the customer care team.

      I purchased 2 tickets from ticketsonsale before Covid 19 or any knowing of a Covid19 for 2 tickets for 361 usd 2019-12-05. To find out they are not an official reseller and they were selling tickets at a higher cost (scalpers) to profit. That part Im ok with. It is what it is. My issue is 3 years later and 2 changes in dates. I can not attend the show. I asked to be refunded a few time and they have refused. I cant even resell the tickets as people are literally selling these for 21 a seat cdn for way better seats. I do want to seek legal against this company as I dont feel they are being upfront and honest as I found out my tickets I bought at that time were tickets some else transferred to me. This company is not honest in what they are doing its a nightmare even getting to support they are rude to you. I dont know how they are getting these tickets but its wrong its wrong they wont refund E for something postponed 3 years to a date I cant make and to be honest Im not comfortable going to any crowded event with new variant of covid19.

      Unfortunately, the effects of Covid-19 on live events have made it necessary for venues, teams, and artists to reschedule, postpone, or cancel thousands of events nationwide. As noted in the claim, in this case the customer's event has been rescheduled rather than cancelled. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will still be valid for the rescheduled event date; therefore, pursuant to the terms agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase, compensation is not issued in such cases.  
         
      TFSs ultimate priority is to continue providing excellent service. We have continued to monitor all events affected by Covid- 19, and would like to thank customers for their continued understanding. At this time, we will continue to comply with all agreed upon terms and conditions.       I am rejecting this response because: I dont feel they came to any settlement. I spent over 400 CDN for 2 ticket prior to any knowledge of covid19 in normal circumstance I would understand there Terms of Service but Delaying a Show for 2 years and the same section seating going for 80% less then what I paid at the time of sale is nuts. Also the fact i am from ****** and I'm honestly hesitant about going to the states or any major function with the risk of COVID 19. The Show date has already passed and Im out over 400 CDN. And I don't think they are being honest also as they were selling these tickets before they were even released to the public as i found out afterwards from post by the one band. So they are Illegally selling tickets but have a ToS? Im sorry but im not going to settle with that. Air canada West jet also has a TOS similar and they refunded the customers I would know I was one of them because i had booked my flight before covid19.

      I bought tickets to see a concert on 5/11/22. The concert was for The ********************** for 8/30/22. I received notification on 8/5/22 from Ticketmaster that Whitesnake was not going to perform & I was eligible for a refund. Now they are telling me that because I paid through PayPal, I cannot get a refund. That is ridiculous. So, I need help getting a refund for $423.50. Please help. As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      On 5/11/2022, the customer purchased *********************** to the Scorpions and Whitesnake event on 8/30/2022. The event was later changed by the event production and will no longer include Whitesnake. We understand the customer no longer wishes to attend their event after this update. However, when placing their order the customer was presented with the terms and conditions of the marketplace, and was required to click a box which states, I agree to [TFS] policies and am aware that I am purchasing from a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue, and may be paying above face value. In order to complete the purchase the customer must click "Place Order" under which is stated "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $423.50. All prices are in US Dollars. All sales are final." 

      It should be noted that if an event takes place as scheduled per the agreed-to policies at checkout such orders will not qualify for compensation. As outlined above, all relevant terms were sufficiently displayed and agreed to prior to the customer placing their order. As it stands the customer's order does not qualify for cancellation or compensation and as such we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any further questions, we encourage them to contact customer service for further assistance.

      I bought concert tickets to the Breaking ******** and ***** in Chains concert at the ************ **************. I NEVER received a confirmation email or tickets to this show. I want my money refunded.

      In this case the customer's order was initially fulfilled shortly after their order was confirmed on 4/18/2022. Both the order confirmation and the ticket delivery email were sent to the email entered by the customer at the time of purchase. The email address associated with the order in question matches the email address provided on this claim. The order confirmation and ticket delivery email have been resent to the email address on the order for the customer's convenience. As the customer's event has not yet occurred if they continue to experience issues locating or accessing their tickets we recommend they contact customer service.

      I purchased tickets on 6/7/2022 for ************************* at ******* theater. My account was debited but never received a confirmation or tickets. Disputed the charge and the dispute was resolved that i am still responsible.

      In this case the customer's order was fulfilled shortly after their order was confirmed on 6/7/2022. At that time the customer's ********************** transfer was sent via email to the email address entered at the time of purchase. It should be noted that the customer did not contact customer service to report any issues but rather filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding their order. This dispute was ultimately ruled in favor of the customer as decided by their financial institution. It should further be noted that upon review the email address entered by the customer for their order does not match the email provided on this claim. The typographical error entered by the customer at the time of purchase provides evidence for they issue experienced. Due to the nature of the financial dispute process and the subsequent outcome, no further resolution is available for this order. As it stands we consider this matter closed.

      I bought tickets in March 2022 to see ***** Buffet in Bangor, ** on 8/2/22 for my husbands 60th birthday present. My PayPal account was charged $315 for 2 tickets that I never received. I called Ticket Limited LP 8 times and they kept telling me my transfer was pending. I never got the tickets in any email that I had given them, which is where they said to look for them. I had to buy a second set of tickets to be able to bring my husband to the concert I told him I was taking him to as his birthday present. Im now out $630. I am very upset!!!

As such, we are able to provide the following information.

      The customer placed their order on 3/2/22 at 3:23 PM CST for the *************************, which took place on 8/2/22. The delivery method for the tickets the customer selected was Electronic Transfer, which means the customer's *********************** were transferred online and needed to be displayed on a smartphone device in order to gain entry. When Electronic Transfer tickets that are purchased on a primary market website are resold on the secondary market, the seller will transfer the tickets from their account to the new buyer through the website they were originally purchased on. Once transferred, tickets will no longer be in the seller's account. Please note that the customer was emailed their ********************** transfer on 3/11/22 at 4:11 PM CST to the email address they provided at checkout. 

      Prior to receiving this claim, we thoroughly discussed this matter with the customer to address all their concerns. We maintain that the customer was sent their *********************** in timely fashion. As such, we consider this matter resolved. If the customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to the customer service team.

      I spent $209 on tickets December 20, 2021 the 7/27/2022 Ain't Too Proud play at State Theater in ********* from tickets-center.com. The tickets were supposed to be for mid-level seats as advertised on the seating chart. The tickets I received are literally the last row in the theater. They are $20 seats. This is false advertising. Also, shortly after purchasing the seats my debit card was compromised. I believe it was from this purchase. This company needs to be shut down.

As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      On 12/18/2021 the customer selected the ********************** listing they desired for Ain't Too Proud, there they were able to see the tickets available, the Delivery Method and Expected Delivery Date (EAD). Once the customer selected the *********************** they preferred, they were presented with the Delivery Method and directed to input their email address. In this case the customer selected a listing labeled as "Section: BALCONY CENTER Row: AA". Please note that throughout the entire checkout process, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $209.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once the customer input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. Then, the customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, the customers order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the Place Order the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $209.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order.

      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. As clearly outlined above, the customer was appropriately informed and aware of the seat location they selected and purchased. The order in question was appropriately fulfilled in accordance with all agreed upon terms and as such the customer's order does not qualify for compensation. TFS's ultimate priority is to continue to providing excellent customer service, if the customer has any additional concerns we urge them to contact the customer service team.

      I purchased 4 tickets to a concert venue She Wants Revenge for August 11th at 9pm. The venue is at The Music Box in *********. I have never received the tickets or confirmation of the tickets. You will see two charges with Ticket Fullfillment. One is for the tickets to She Wants Revenge the other charge is for two tickets to see ******** in November. I would like my tickets for the concert on August 11th She Wants Revenge or they can refund my money so I can repurchase them from someone else

      In this case the customer's order was initially fulfilled 7/1/2022. At that time tickets were sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. Prior to receiving this complaint the customer contacted customer service to report that they had not received their tickets. The customer was informed at that time the their order had been fulfilled and that their tickets had already been emailed to them. We would like to note that the customer did download and access their ***********************. As valid tickets were provided to the customer prior to their event their order is considered fulfilled in accordance with the marketplace's buyer guarantee and as such their order does not qualify for compensation. As it stands we consider this matter closed and if the customer has any additional concerns we recommend they contact the customer service team.

      Got tickets from Tickets on Sale, now Ticketmaster has canceled the event. They still wont give me my money back. Ojays October 16,2021 amount ****** plus processing fees ******. Or more.
