      I purchased 2 tickets originally tickets 75 dollars for MC magic in ******** ****** they charged me $312.95 I called customer service they says enter fee other fee all lies enter fee I dont know what is the tickets for? Theyre scam they refused to refund me my money, or cancel my tickets if you want to do business with them. Dont ever thinking you purchased from them all your money and tickets gone.

      I purchased a ticket for a concert sometimes in 2021. Because of Covid the concert was cancelled. I tried to get a refund from the original company Bold tickets. They did not respond. After 4 years Ticket Fulfillment Services LP issued me a refund of a full price. It looks almost unreal, but for me it is a happy end of almost lost case. Thank you.

      ********. Illegal in ******* to resale tickets from certain venues, especially Non Profit. *************** is considered one. These scammers sold me a $59 ticket for $201. (total of two tickets). DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF TIME. S-C-A-M-M-E-R-S

      Purchased 4 tickets to Earth Wind and Fire at the ************** 4th of July concert . $896 charged to my **** and no tickets were ever sent. Contacted my **** card bank who tried to contact the phone number listed on the charge and only received computer prompts. I will get a refund, but wont be attending the concert now. I hope that my review will stop others from getting scammed by this company. Ticket Fulfillment Services LP is a fraudulent company that has been in operation for many years. Please pay close attention if you get diverted from a legitimate ticket merchant to their site please dont continue with the purchase. This company needs to be shut down.

      Do not purchase any tickets from this place. They charge over 3x more than the venue and then refuse to refund your money.

      First they way overchaged me for my tickets to Ravinia show Earth Wind and Fire. I paid $350.00 for 2 lawn seats. I submitted a claim with ****** trying to get my money back but to no avail. I contacted the company and they told me I could always resell my tickets with them for a Fee! I have still not received the actual tickets!

      Is there a zero as a choice? ****. They mark tickets up 3x over face value, charge and outlandish processing feethen charge for delivery. Once I realized, 30 miss later, I emailed called the company. They essentially said tough s*** and don't try to dispute the charge because they will share their contract and win. They said i could resell them for profit. That withdrawal be impossible since they charged over $100 per ticket that the venue is seeking for $20.Shut this business down!!!!!

      I just ordered concert tickets from this business and they charged fees that were not included in the description. I called them back to dispute the costs and to cancel and they refused. I have filed a complaint with ******* hoping to get my money back. They are a scam site. Do not order tickets through this site.

      They ripped us off for over $280 for theatre tickets. We purchased the tickets from them thinking they were the ticket vendor (they appeared to be) and they are a scam with no tickets. Avoid these people, I hope they go to jail. We filing complaints with every agency we can think of including the *************** for the township in which we live.
