When moving through the purchase process, I:1) was shown the cost of the tickets (approximately $150);2) entered my credit card information (which I did willingly based on the $150 cost -- which was in line with other vendors);3) confirmed my understanding that the tickets were not refundable (I was not worried based on the cost); and 4) completed my purchase of the tickets, with the understanding they would be $****** was only after I completed my purchase of the tickets that the true price was revealed to be $100 more than initially shown. I immediately tried calling TicketsOnSale to cancel the transaction before it went through, but was stuck navigating their system for a full 4.5 minutes. By the time I got a hold of someone, they claimed the transaction was processed and they would not refund my ticket. TicketsOnSale did not reveal the true price of the tickets and inhibited me from making an informed purchase. They were then unwilling to entertain resolving the issue, despite my calling within 3 minutes of completing the purchase. I am seeking a full refund of the tickets and ask that the Better Business Bureau encourage them to provide more transparent pricing going forward -- at least revealing the true price of the tickets before the customer agrees to the non-refundable ********************** agreement and completes the purchase. Since the incident on Tuesday, April 22, I have found many similar complaints online alluding to identical issues.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We appreciate the chance to address the customers concerns. ****************************************************************** ("TFS") does not sell tickets.  Rather, it processes orders and provides customer service for online ********************** marketplaces. *** is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither *** nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.

Once the customer selected the event they were interested in, **************************** - Lets Groove Tonight - Motown and The Philly Sound they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, We are a resale marketplace. ********************** prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office.. After customers select the ********************** listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. The customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, the customer is able to see a complete itemized breakdown of the customers order including the price per **********************, all fees, and the total price of $253.86 was displayed in bold text on the right-hand side of the page. On March *******, purchased 2 tickets for a concert in August 2025. Thinking the tickets were to be sent electronically to my phone. March 14, received a message that tickets would be sent one week before the concert in August. ***...this cant be right...who does this kind of business. Lo and behold when I contacted Tickets Fulfillment, they explained this is what I agreed to. I know I never agreed to something like this. I asked for a refund since I didnt get the tickets, I was told I could resell, gift or basically " bite the bullet" all which is not acceptable. I am not complaining about the price, but the way and time frame of getting the tickets. To me it is nothing but a pyramid scam. Normal businesses do not do business in this manner. I have upload more information via your website. This is basically the issue.

I believed I had purchased two concert tickets from a website that purported to be selling them. The "order" went through but it turns out I was not purchasing bona-fide tickets. Rather the website acts as a broker and did not have the inventory to sell me at the time. This is faulty advertising on the part of the business. They are purporting to sell a product they do not own. As you can see from the selection screen there is no indication they are a third party. Further, the business claims that the order is final because the purchase has been made. However, the order still shows "pending" on my end. I reached out the business customer service who was unwilling to refund the transaction even though only a matter of minutes had passed. They also refused to connect me with a member of the escalation team or a supervisor. At this time the seller nor the 3rd party has transfered me the tickers. I am no longer interested in pursuing this transaction and would like a full refund for the amount of my order.

The top of the website homepage clearly states, [TFS] is a trusted secondary marketplace. Prices set by sellers may be above or below face value. Furthermore, the top of all event pages on the marketplace clearly notify customers, We are a leading ********************** resale marketplace. Ticket prices may be above or below face value. We are not owned by or affiliated with any venue, box office, team or performer." As such, we are able to provide the following information.

On 4/15/25 the customer selected a ********************** listing for The Dead South which was listed at $83.00 per ticket. During the checkout process a detailed order summary is displayed on screen and informs the customer of their event details, price per ticket, and applicable fees. This information was fully disclosed after the customer entered their email address and selected a ticket delivery method, but before they were asked to enter any payment information. At the bottom of this page and above the "Place Order" button it was stated, "By clicking, Place Order, you agree to the Terms of Use including refund terms and Privacy Policy. On 2/28/25 I purchased tickets online for a concert unknowingly from a ticket reseller. I processed an ordered thinking I was paying one price (fees and terms were buried and not clearly disclosed). The website ordering process only reviewed the individual ticket price, the total number of tickets and seat locations. When notified of the total amount charged I Immediately attempted to cancel the pending charge. The order confirmation email had no working contact links so I suspected the vendor may not be legitimate. Since none of the email confirmation links were working I researched to obtain communication methods and discovered that this reseller has many complaints for this exact reason, non-disclosure of fees, buried terms, poor/non existent customer service capabilities and numerous report to the BBB and extremely disappointing customer review and warnings. I called the phone number I was able to locate online for the vendor to try and cancel the order but was not able to get to a human for help, ended up stuck in their recoded line responses with all prompts but no person available to communicate with. I also tried to use their online chat option but was stuck with automated responses and then my multiple requests to cancel were refused. At this point I was directed to and finally able to find their terms online and realized I had been caught in predatory business practices using a deceptive purchase practice. I did receive a follow-up email delivery confirmation with 3 options, Yes, I received my confirmation email, No, I havent received my confirmation email yet and I canceled my purchase. If you canceled your purchase then you can disregard this email and there is nothing else that you need to do at this time. As I cancelled my purchase was an option on the email they sent to me I replied to the email but was told cancelling was not an option. I will not receive the tickets until 10/6/25, which leaves 2 days to try and resell/recoup

I am rejecting this response because: the details they provided are not accurate.  There was no details/itemized purchase description prior to purchase.  When I returned to try and recreate my purchase to confirm any details they provide are buried and not itemized.  They provided the same inaccurate details to my credit card when I attempted to dispute the charge.  Their screen shot examples do not match their actual purchase process.  This is a predatory business that buries terms and details and they should not be allow to continue to process transactions like this.  As a third party reseller it seems they should rather be extremely transparent like their response suggested however their actual purchase platform doe not reflect this.  Upon receiving the notification of the total amount charged to my card I immediately attempted to reach out and cancel my purchase and then began to research the company which revealed many similar reviews about their processes.  I do not have screen shot verifications to prove my part of the process because that is not something most people do when making a purchase online which does not me to prove my point like they are doing with the description of their response.  If their process what like they described I would have not made the purchase as the details would have been clear at the point of purchase, rather than disclosed clearly after.

      Sincerely,

      ***** *******

Thank you for responding. As a resale marketplace Ticket Fulfillment Services does not generate tickets, hold any inventory or is affiliated with the primary marketplace. This is clearly disclosed on the online marketplace website prior to purchase. All the customers are guaranteed to receive their *********************** in time for their event. The customer was able to review the order details which include the itemized breakdown, which was located on the right side of the checkout under the section Order Summary. This means neither *** nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.

During the checkout process, customers are able to view the delivery format for their tickets. The selection the customer made was electronic transfer, where sellers transfer the tickets using the platform that the venue has issued tickets through. Customers receive an email with instructions on how to access their tickets, as well as a separate email which contains a link to claim their tickets, advising them to do so. If a customer does not see the transfer that was sent to the email address they provided at checkout, the email they received with instructions on how to access their tickets advises them to contact the customer care team immediately. Furthermore, if customers encounter any issues with accessing their tickets through their link, they are welcome to contact the care team for troubleshooting.

On 4/13/24 I purchased tickets to a concert (Heart @ Fiserv Forum in ************) in August, 2024. I was given the option to also pre-purchase parking, so I purchased that too. The concert was cancelled by the band and rescheduled for 3/26/25. I went to the concert. I arrived at the parking structure where I had pre-paid and was prepared to show my emailed receipt (enclosed w/this complaint) but it was just a structure. I had to take a ticket from a machine to get in. Which meant to get out, I had to insert the ticket, pay again, in order to exit. I called the company ************ and was told sorry I was double charged, they'd "investigate" and get back to me. I never heard back! So I called again, got another person in the *********** who this time told me "it's not our fault an attendant was not present" and no refund would be given! The charge as it appears on my credit card is "Ticket Heart Parking, ************." That number, per ************************, is for this company, "Ticket Fulfillment Services LP." The cost for parking was $55.75 In essence, I paid twice. I will never pre-pay for parking again - and I hope this complaint helps warn others - because $55 is highway robbery as there were closer, private parking lots charging $30 and $35! So who is responsible??! Not me! I am seeking $55.72, as paying once for this outrageous, four block-away parking was too much to begin with, but to pay twice is simply unfair.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We appreciate the chance to address the customers concerns. ****************************************************************** ("TFS") processes orders and provides customer service for online ********************** marketplaces. *** is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither *** nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.

On 3/15/25  customer service agents spoke with the customer and attempted to troubleshoot. Please note that there is documentation that shows a successful transfer was made to the customer on 4/13/24. As such, we maintain the customers order was successfully fulfilled and aligns with the Buyers Guarantee.

Prior to receiving this claim, this matter was thoroughly discussed with the customer. As such, we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact the customer service department.

      Complaint: 23151442

I am rejecting this response because: ************ charged for a service that was not fully provided. I paid TFS for parking. I was given proof of parking via an email. However, this is a parking lot where nobody is physically present, nor can they be. It's just a machine in and out. NOT MY FAULT that I could not show anyone my proof of paid parking! I am again seeking a full refund of their (exorbitant, by the way) $55 charge. I hope, too, that others read my complaint and do not pre-purchase parking from this company (that has **** overseas that can't help and do not understand the situation nor care). As well, glad this complaint will reach FTC also.

      Sincerely,

Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to provide further clarification regarding this matter. Please note that as a resale marketplace TFS does not generate tickets or hold any inventory and is not affiliate with any box office or venue. This is clearly disclosed on the site prior to purchase. It should be noted that the online marketplace follows all e-commerce laws and has abided by the agreed upon terms of sale. As previously, stated there is documentation that shows a successful transfer was made to the customer on 4/13/24. As such, we maintain the customers order was successfully fulfilled and aligns with the Buyers Guarantee. It should be noted that the customer filed a financial dispute which remains active. As such, we consider this matter closed.

I am rejecting this response because: This is a JOKE of a response! I paid TWICE for parking - which is WRONG. And the reason being is that there was nobody running the parking structure. In fact, there is no booth for anyone to run the structure, which means paying this company in advance for parking is a complete waste; there is never anyone to show your receipt to or proof of pre-payment. I hope that you can share this and other complaints with the ***, **** etc. and have them do an investigation into this, which is a scam. In addition, it should be noted that there are public lots closer to the venue for $20, $25 less. I will never, ever pay for pre-parking again for a venue at ****** in *********. ***** on this company. This is not resolved, and I do not consider this complaint closed.

      Sincerely,

This means neither *** nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.

In this case the customer's order was initially fulfilled on 3/22/2025. At that time downloadable PDF tickets were sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. At no point prior to filing this complaint, nor prior to their event, did the customer contact customer service to report they had not received their tickets. It should be noted that since the customer had not downloaded their *********************** leading up to their event on 3/25/2025, reminder emails were sent the two days prior to the event. Since valid tickets were provided to the customer their order is considered fulfilled in accordance with the marketplace's Buyer Guarantee and as such their order does not qualify for compensation. As it stands we consider this matter closed.

On 3/10/25 I purchased 3 tickets for a local event for a total of $821.62. Having just been to an eye doctor where my eyes were dilated, I misread the transaction information on the TICKET FULFILLMENT LP website. I mistakenly thought that the ticket price was $273.87 for the TOTAL for three ticket; the true cost was actually $273.87 EACH!. I immediately (within 30 minutes) contacted the merchant, and was denied a purchase cancellation as 'all sales are final'. I again attempted a reconciliation call on 4/1/25, and was denied escalation to a manager or supervisor. The event was scheduled to be held on 3/15, and we opted NOT to use the tickets, as the issue was still considered to be in dispute. Therefore, I did not receive benefit of my purchase.

On 3/7/25 the customer selected a ********************** listing for Home for the Holidays which was listed at $196.00 per ticket. You also acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace and that your credit card will be charged $821.62, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final." Finally the customer clicked the "Place Order" button to complete their purchase.

Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither *** nor the marketplace are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own or generate tickets. Since customers are purchasing *********************** owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. It should also be noted that in addition to this claim the customer has opened a dispute with their financial institution regarding their order. This was addressed and the dispute was ultimately ruled in favor of the merchant, as decided by the financial institution. If the customer has any further questions regarding this dispute or its outcome, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

I am rejecting this response because:

The website did indicate that 'all sales are final'.  However, I was unable to clearly discern that notice on the computer screen - I only noticed the very high individual ticket price when I printed the receipt.  I immediately called Ticket Fulfillment Services (within 10 minutes) to discuss my error and seek a purchase credit; I was subsequently denied that request. Just a few hours before my purchase, my Optometrist had dilated both of my eyes as part of a recent cataract removal follow up procedure.  I was unable to clearly see the website details.  The tickets were NOT used.

      Sincerely,

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Ticketfulfillment Services LP regarding an issue with two concert tickets I purchased from them on March 23, 2025 Despite my attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, I have not received a satisfactory response. On march 23rd i purchased 2 tickets to see *** ********** at the state theater in **************, for $240/per ticket I paid $644.70 for these tickets via PayPal.However, the tickets were never delivered. I was told the tickets would not be delivered until right before the concert and I do not trust this. I have heard bad reviews I was under the understanding I was purchasing the tickets through the local website which was using Ticketmaster. Advertising was deceptive, price was much more than i and unexpected fees. I have attempted to resolve this issue by texting and calling the company on march 26, 2025 but I have either been ignored, given misleading information, or refused a refund. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I am now left without the tickets I paid for or a resolution.I am requesting that ticket fulfillment services LP provide a full refund, for this matter. I believe their business practices are unfair and misleading, and I am seeking the BBBs assistance in holding them accountable. Please let me know if any additional information is needed. I appreciate your time and assistance in this matter.Sincerely,***** ********* ************

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS"), we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customers concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") is an independent ticket marketplace specializing in leveraging the latest technology and security to deliver the best tickets at low prices. We are not associated with any venue, box office, or primary supplier. Prices may be above or below face value.

Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, *** **********, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, ****************************************************************** ("TFS")  is a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office. After our customer selected the ********************** listing they desire, they were directed to the checkout page where this information is further reiterated on the right hand side of the page. "Please note: We are a secondary marketplace, not the primary seller. Ticket prices may exceed face value." Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method was selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total was calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customers order including the price per **********************, all fees, and the total price of $644.70 USD was displayed in bold text. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, our customers are presented with the message stating, By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above and understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value. I understand that I will be charged $644.70 USD to my selected method of payment. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Our customer then proceeded to select Place Order; at which time their order was complete and submitted to the seller for confirmation.

Our buyers guarantee ensures ticket delivery prior to the selected event. This guarantee is outlined within our terms of use, which every customer must agree to prior to placing their order.  Additionally, an estimated delivery date is provided as a part of the order summary sent to the email address on file once an order is placed. Due to the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS")  does not own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the selected tickets and is dependent upon a number of factors, including when the tickets are released by the primary issuer, with which Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS")  has no affiliation. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry. In accordance with our Buyer Guarantee, our customer will be provided with their *********************** in time for their event, as we work in close collaboration with ticket resellers for your order. We guarantee that you are backed by a 100% Buyer Guarantee, which gives you full peace of mind that your authentic tickets will arrive in time for your event. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.
