      They specifically say they dont control the advertising or price of ticket or delivery date is absurd. They should not post that information if thats is the case . I have email from them changing the delivery date after I called and complained about such . How convenient that they have no control but yet magically changed once I demanded my $$

This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace own or generate any tickets and therefore do not set or control delivery date or ticket listing price. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which TFS has no affiliation. Please note, all purchases made on the marketplace website are covered by the marketplace's Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. At this time no further action can be taken to address this matter, as such we consider this closed. If the customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact the customer service department.

      I am rejecting this response because: They did not refund the initial payment and it has been denied to be refunded.  I just want a formal complaint issued with BBB so others will know that this company scams it customers with outrageous ticket fees.  This website is a lie and the only way you would know is by researching the site/BBB/customer reviews and customer chats where others have been scammed. How can this company stay in business?  It is a phony business and needs to be stopped.

As such, we are able to provide the following information.

      Once the customer selected the ********************** listing they desired for Home Free, they were able to see the tickets available and the Delivery Method. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $313.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in ** Dollars." Below the terms, our customers order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the Place Order our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $313.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

      Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, TFS or the online marketplace are not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on the site are done so by the sellers, not the online marketplace, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since the customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by resellers, we must ensure that the policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry.

      Prior to receiving this claim, the customers concerns have been addressed. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to the customer service department so that they may be addressed.

      Thank you for your response. The online merchant discloses on their site that they are a resale marketplace prior to check out. As previously stated, the merchant maintains that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. Aside from this claim the customer filed a financial dispute, which remains active. If the customer has any additional concerns regarding their dispute, we encourage them to reach out to their financial institution.

      On 5/5/2023 this customer placed an order for ************* through the marketplace website. Shortly after their order was confirmed two emails were sent, one providing an order summary and one detailing the expected ticket delivery date. Both emails were sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. Please note that the email address provided by the customer on this claim does not match the email they provided for their order. It has been determined that the customer entered a typographical error in their email address but this has been corrected. Additionally, the customer's order confirmation has been resent to the updated email address. 

      Please note that due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace own or generate any tickets and therefore do not set or control delivery date or ticket listing price. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which TFS has no affiliation. However, all purchases made on the marketplace website are covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event.       I originally purchased tickets for ******* and Earth Wind and Fire on May 9, 2021 from TicketsOnSale. I originally thought I was purchasing tickets from TicketMaster and was comfortable with that since I had good experiences with that website before but was redirected to TicketsOnSale website whom I have never worked with before. From May 9th, 2021 to present This concert has been rescheduled multiple times (rescheduled from 7/17/2021, 7/16/2022) to 5/7/2023. The main artist (Earth, Wind, and Fire) have also cancelled. Throughout this time I have attempted to contact ticketsonsale multiple times to ask for a refund since this was not the concert I have originally purchased tickets for but was left with no help, support, or refund. Throughout this time I have also tried to defend my case by reading through the contract and saw that nothing is mentioned about artists cancelling a concert or for multiple rescheduled dates. The current policies and terms have been updated on April 3, 2023 and do not reflect the terms from when this ticket was originally purchased. When asking for a physical address to attempt to file a complaint I have been asked for the reason of why I need to physical address and once I state the reason I have been there is no physical address, this issue has occurred with multiple support agents. Due to these reasons I have finally reached out for help from the BBB and hope my situation can be resolved. I paid this business $180.08. My order number is #********.

      On 5/9/2021, the customer purchased *********************** to *******. This event was later rescheduled by the event production or venue to 5/7/2023. On 8/19/2022 the customer was emailed notification informing them of this update, and we understand the customer has since indicated that they could not attend the new event date. However, please note that if an event is postponed or rescheduled the tickets will still be valid for the postponed or rescheduled date and as such compensation is not issued in such cases. This policy was available for review within the terms agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase. Prior to receiving this complaint we have informed the customer of this policy and will continue to honor all terms and conditions in place at the time of sale. If the customer has any additional concerns relating to their order, we welcome them to contact the customer service department.

      During the checkout process, customers are able to view the delivery format for their tickets. The selection the customer made was electronic transfer, where sellers transfer the tickets using the platform that the venue has issued tickets through. Customers receive an email with instructions on how to access their tickets, as well as a separate email which contains a link to claim their tickets, advising them to do so. We have confirmed that the ticket transfer was sent on 5/5/2023 and maintain that the link sent was valid. As the customer's event has not yet occurred if they have experienced issues accessing their tickets we recommend they contact customer service for further assistance.

      I purchased some ************************* Tickets for the ************** for June 10 from the company called Tickets Fulfillment Service, LP. My account was charged for it but never received tickets or confirmation regarding the tickets. Thought they were supposed to be on Ticketmaster website and they have to record of my ticket purchase. So if this is a fraudulent company I need my money refunded ASAP.

      During the checkout process, customers are able to view the delivery format for their tickets. The selection this customer made was electronic transfer, where sellers transfer the tickets using the platform that the venue has issued tickets through. In this case the customer's *********************** were delivered shortly after the order was confirmed on 11/18/2022. Tickets were transferred electronically to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. The customer later contacted customer service indicating that they could not locate their tickets and a retransfer request has been submitted. However, please note that the retransfer is a request made with the seller, and is not a guarantee. No issues were detected with the original transfer and as such the customers order was successfully fulfilled. If the customer has any further questions regarding their order, we encourage them to contact customer care.

      i have contacted customer service and it hasnt been resolved. It doesnt make sense that it takes weeks to reach out to the original ticket holder. If i knew the ticket Holder i would reach out myself but i do not. This company sold me the tickets and is responsible for providing them.

      Bought tickets for an event that was rescheduled due to covid then cancelled. I'm trying to get my refund but keep getting the runaround.

      On April 10, 2023 I purchased 3 tickets from Ticket Fulfillment Services LP in the amount of $611 and some change for prison rodeo tickets. Upon the purchase I believed I was getting wonderful seats for such a high price. I received the 3 tickets in the mail only to realize the are marked with a price of $20 on the front of the ticket. I pulled up the prison rodeo site and realized it stated all tickets are $20 each. I didnt receive the great seats you would think for $611 vs what should have been $60. I was sitting on concrete steps, elbow to elbow in complete misery for a 2 hour prison rodeo that child wanted to attend that cost me $551 too much. Ive read horrible reviews of the company since and notice they have a one star review and continue to scam people all over everyday. I can understand marking up value of a ticket but $551? I would like my $551 that I overpaid for the tickets that literally have a face value of $20 each. If I do not receive a refund for what I was drastically overcharged, I plan to contact the Attorney General for a Consumer Complaint at this point.
