Due to the nature of the secondary market neither TFS nor the marketplace control the rescheduling of any event. We understand that in this case the customer has indicated they could not attend their new event date. Please note that if an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will still be valid for the postponed or rescheduled date; therefore, pursuant to the terms agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase, compensation is not issued in such cases. At this time we will continue to honor all terms and conditions in place at the time of sale and consider this matter closed. I purchased 8 tickets for an upcoming concert in August without realizing I would not receive my tickets immediately following my purchase. I have been charged but have not received my tickets. They are now saying I will have to wait up to 4 months to receive my tickets. That is not acceptable, as there is no guarantee I will receive the tickets before the event takes place.I want a full refund, and since I have not received my tickets this should not be an issue. Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace own or generate any tickets and therefore do not set or control delivery date or ticket listing price. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which TFS has no affiliation. The customer was provided email notification regarding the expected available date for their tickets, which in this case is set closer to the event date. Please note, all purchases made on the marketplace website are covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. As all order details and terms were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer completing their order we consider this matter closed. At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, the customer completed a multi-step process that allowed them to confirm the details of their purchase. On the ************** page the customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the marketplace's terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, the customers order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the Place Order the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $494.41 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to confirm and place their order.
Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. Please note that we determined that the customer's *********************** were delivered immediately after their order was confirmed on 3/17/2023. However, after ticket delivery was completed the customer filed a dispute with their credit card regarding this order. Due to the nature of the dispute process the customer's ********************** access may have been restricted while the dispute was active. If the customer has questions regard their dispute we encourage them to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed. I ordered tickets on Jan 27, 2023 for ********** concert on July 12, 2023 (see below). I always use Ticketmaster/**********, so assumed that was the website I was using. But I never received the tickets and when I contacted Ticketmaster they said they did not have any such order. The only phone number on the receipt was non-responsive. When I searched the number online this company came up. I see mixed reviews on the internet. During the checkout process, customers are able to view the delivery format for their tickets. The selection the customer made was electronic transfer, where sellers transfer the tickets using the platform that the venue has issued tickets through. Customers receive an email with instructions on how to access their tickets, as well as a separate email which contains a link to claim their tickets, advising them to do so. It has been confirmed that the ticket transfer was received on 1/27/23 at 1:26 PM CST and maintain that the link sent was valid. If the customer had any issues accepting or locating the ticket transfer, we welcome them to call in.
Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not TFS, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry.
We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order and tickets were sent to their email prior to their event; as such, we consider this matter closed. On 12.09.2022, I purchase tickets through Ticketmaster for the Masego concert on April 14th, in ***********. Upon purchasing my tickets, I received a confirmation from ticketmaster with the following instruction under "Next Steps"; "you'll need to first accept the ticket transfer so the order is moved to your Ticketmaster account. Once the transfer is complete, we'll let **** know you're all set. To transfer the order, have your Ticketmaster password handy and login to your Ticketmaster account, or create a new one. Visit Event Details to view your ticket(s)". This was then followed by an email from Ticket-center (another company with the following link back to Ticketmaster to get my ticket; *************************************************************************. Upon clicking the link, no records of my purchase could be found. This caused me to contact Ticketmaster via email, and to no ones surprise they have no records of the purchase, despite having the confirmation emails and charge on my bank account. This caused me to look up the provided merchant information, ************, it was ANOTHER party. A total of four parties now. After providing all this information to ticketmaster, they then tell me nothing can be done because I didnt accept the tickets before the concert, which is over a week awayAll other pages and links go to 404 errors This is one of three complaints I have submitted, as I believe all three companies (Ticketmaster, Ticket-center, this company) are working together to defraud customer and scam people out of their money.Business Response

In this case on 12/9/2022 the customer's *********************** were sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase once their order was confirmed. The customer has not contacted customer service at any point to report any issues with their order or gaining access to their tickets. It should be noted that the validity of the transfer link the customer received to access their *********************** has been confirmed, and as such the order is considered fulfilled. Since the order was fulfilled in accordance with the marketplace's buyer guarantee the order does not qualify for compensation. If the customer requires additional assistance we encourage them to contact our customer service department; at this time, we consider this matter closed.

Sept. 13, 2022 $542.95 for concert tickets at the ********** Fair.After speaking with the ********** Fair box office found out that our tickets were not valid and that they do not stand behind any third party ticket sales. I called the ********** box office and was questioning why we had not received our free gate pass tickets that are supposed to come with the concert tickets. After giving the box office my ticket numbers I was told that they could not forward the free gate passes to me because the tickets were not mine. They then asked me where I purchased them and I told them online. I then found the name Ticket Fulfillment Center. I was told by the box office that no one has permission or authorization to sell their tickets other than their box office. I called Ticket Fulfillment and explained to them what I learned and asked for a refund. They said the only way to get a refund was if the concert was cancelled. As a secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Because customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, any issues with fulfillment must be addressed with the original ticket holder in order to resolve the matter. At this time we are actively working with the ticket seller to address the customer's concern. When further updates or a resolution to this matter is available the customer will be notified. At this time, we will continue to comply with all agreed upon terms and conditions. It should be noted that the terms of sale agreed to upon purchase state that refunds will not be granted as "all sales are final." On the final page of checkout, after the customer input their payment and billing information, they were required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the terms of the site, stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Then, directly below the Place Order button, the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your PayPal will be charged $203.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

Thank you for responding. We have valid documentation on file showing that the tickets were delivered on 3/23/23 to the email address provided by the customer at checkout. It appears that the email address provided in this complaint does not match the one on file, which might explain the customer's claim that they did not receive the tickets. Please note that our site is user driven, which means all contact and delivery information must be manually and accurately entered at checkout for the ticket delivery to be completed successfully. We maintain that this order was fulfilled in accordance with the terms that were agreed to upon purchase. As the terms do state that "all sales are final", the customer's order is not eligible for a refund and we continue to consider this matter closed.

At the time of purchase in order to complete their order the customer completed a multi-step process that allowed them ample opportunity to confirm the details of their purchase. On 4/1/2023 the customer selected a specific event date and location, after which they selected the particular ticket listing they desired for that event. Please note that throughout the checkout process that customer was shown an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected. Furthermore, on the ************** page the customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the marketplace's terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, the customers order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the Place Order the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $211.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to confirm and place their order.
Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. TFS's ultimate priority is to continue to providing excellent customer service, if the customer has any additional concerns we urge them to contact the customer service team.
