On August 24, We ordered tickets through what appeared to be the ****************** website for a September 30, 2024 performance. Ticket Fulfillment Services charged me $1,150.00 (2 tickets plus service charge) and sent me an email that the tickets will be sent to my email account. As September 30th loomed, and we had no tickets yet, I called. Multiple times. And they disconnected me every time. On 9/27 and 9/30 I received a message and emails that my tickets were ready and I needed to present them on my phone for entry And an advisory that "This email is not your ticket". But no tickets ever came through. I filed a dispute with ****** but they are not helping much. Ticket Fulfillment sent PPal a message yesterday that the tickets were on their way via **** Tickets via *** was NEVER mentioned and tickets for a September 30th performance now on their way in mid-October?? Incredulous and fraudulent. I have saved all communications from them regarding this transaction.Business Response

This means neither *** nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.
The customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of the website homepage clearly states, [TFS] is a trusted secondary marketplace. Prices set by sellers may be above or below face value. Furthermore, the top of all event pages on the marketplace clearly notify customers, We are a leading ********************** resale marketplace. Ticket prices may be above or below face value. We are not owned by or affiliated with any venue, box office, team or performer."
On 8/25/2024 the customer selected a ********************** listing for Rigoletto which was listed at $449.00 per ticket. During the checkout process a detailed order summary is displayed on screen and informs the customer of their event details, price per ticket, and applicable fees. This information was fully disclosed after the customer entered their email address and selected a ticket delivery method, but before they were asked to enter any payment information. At the bottom of this page and above the "Place Order" button it was stated, "By clicking, Place Order, you agree to the Terms of Use including refund terms and Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace and that your credit card will be charged $1,150.00, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final." Finally the customer clicked the "Place Order" button to complete their purchase. It should be noted, tickets for the customer's event were transferred to the email address they provided during checkout on 9/27/24 and reminder emails to download their tickets were sent on 9/29/24 and 9/30/24.
In addition to this claim the customer has opened a dispute with their financial institution regarding their order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. If the customer has any further questions regarding this dispute or its outcome, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

I purchased tickets to the P!NK concert in ************ for October 12. The purchase was made on April 2 @ 9:41 am. This was a surprise for my mom for Mothers Day. So we waited for months for this concert. The purchase price was $891.14. Upon arrive to the concert, the tickets said invalid once they were scanned. They did not work at all. We had to purchase new tickets in order to get into the concert!! I was beyond pissed!! I paid $900 and then had to buy new tickets. Now I cant contact the business for a refund. That is all I want is my money back. I work hard for my money. I am not rich. That is a lot of money for me. I worked a second job to pay for these tickets and they just took my money.Customer Answer

I started receiving emails about hotels and my payment in 4 was approved on tickets I did not purchase.I tried chatting with the company and explaining I did not buy anything from them. The representative asked questions like was I shopping for tickets and did I recently purchase tickets. I have purchased many tickets but none from them. They refused to send me my money back on a purchase I did not authorize and sent me a 800 number to call which sent me back to chat. I tried to dispute with ****** but because I purchase so many tickets (almost weekly) they said its consistent with my hx and to check with my family. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office. After the customer selected the ********************** listing, they desired, they were directed to the checkout page where this information is further reiterated on the right-hand side of the page. "Please note: We are a secondary marketplace, not the primary seller. Ticket prices may exceed face value." Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket.
The customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method was selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total was calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of the customers order including the price per **********************, all fees, and the total price of $461.88 was displayed in bold text. This information was fully disclosed before the customer was asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, customers are presented with the message stating, By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above and understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value. I understand that I will be charged $461.88 for my selected method of payment. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Due to the nature of our business as an independent ticket marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services is not associated with any venue, box office, or primary supplier. Prices may be above or below face value and can fluctuate quickly with demand. Independent third-party resellers set the ticket prices presented on Ticket Fulfillment Services. We do not own any of the inventory displayed on our site. A third-party vendor provides all event listings and seating maps, and manages fulfillment, cancellations and customer service on our behalf. All orders are protected by ensuring tickets are certified authentic and will arrive in time for your event. Ticket delivery options selected in checkout include email, flash seats, smartphone/mobile entry, **** and special delivery, depending upon the specific listing. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry.
In addition to this current claim, the customer filed a dispute with their ****** account regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. Good evening,
I am reaching out in regards to the above case.
I was able to talk to a ticket master representative and informed this has been an ongoing issue with the resell site posing as them.
The site has some how mimicked or discovered a way to reroute ticket buyers to themselves and their site is identical to Ticketmaster's site.
I am not sure what to do at this point because the fake site sent tickets but charged almost double.
Please advise as my intentions were not to pay almost double for seats and did not intend on using a secondary site with inflated prices.

As previously stated, as a secondary resale platform neither *** nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. This information is stated at the top of every page on the marketplace website. To this end the marketplace is not affiliated with, nor does it direct customers from, any primary market or venue website.
As previously stated, the customer selected a ********************** listing for A Christmas ***** which was listed at $106.00 per ticket. During the checkout process a detailed order summary is displayed on screen and informs the customer of their event details, price per ticket, and applicable fees. This information was fully disclosed after the customer entered their email address and selected a ticket delivery method, but before they were asked to enter any payment information. At the bottom of this page and above the "Place Order" button it was stated, "By clicking, Place Order, you agree to the Terms of Use including refund terms and Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace and that your credit card will be charged $461.88, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final." Finally, the customer clicked the "Place Order" button to complete their purchase.
Please note that after placing an order buyer are sent a confirmation email once their order has been confirmed by the seller. Sellers are independently responsible for confirming their orders and as such confirmation times may vary across orders or events. Nonetheless, once an order is confirmed it is no longer available for cancellation by the buyer. In this case the customer requested a refund after their order had already been confirmed and as such their order would not qualify for cancellation under the "all sales are final" policy agreed to at checkout. At this time no aspect of the customer's claim or order has changed and as such no further information or resolution is available.
It should also be noted that in addition to this claim the customer has opened a dispute with their financial institution regarding their order. This was addressed and the dispute was ultimately ruled in favor of the merchant, as decided by the financial institution. We recently bought tickets through **************** website so we thought that were supposed to be $55 each.well we were directed to a 2nd and 3rd party without our knowledge to then be charged $619.we never bought such outrageously priced tickets to go see cirque du soleil.these were not VIP nor front row tickets these were third row from the back.we have been back and forth with cirque telling us they will not refund us because they were bought from a reseller which they were not. On July 23, 2024 I purchased 6 tickets @ $83.00 each. I believed I was ordering directly from ******** Chevrolet located in *******, **. When I received my tickets via my cellphone. the ticket price on the actual ticket copy stated the ticket was valued at $48.00 with tax 7.25 = $55..25. I called ************* and questioned why my tickets didn't reflect the appropriate amount of $83.00. I was giving this song and dance about the tickets were resale. Upon further review, I realized this company had charged my credit card $707.10 which means they were charging me $117.83 for each ticket. I went to ******** Chevrolet's Ticket ********** and asked the price of the tickets in that row, and they said $48.00. Because this is a special event with friends, I actually purchased tickets again at ******** ********* and came home and called this company to asked to have my tickets refunded, as I would not be using them. They took taken advantage of me in a dishonest and deceitful manner. If this isn't price gouging and falsification of their prices, I don't know what is! Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states she purchased a ticket for a performer for 8/23/24. The consumer was under the impression she was purchasing the ticket through the venue. What was left was lawn seats and the ticket came out to $184.00. The consumer received confirmation and was told she would receive the ticket a week before the event. A few days before the even she still had not received the ticket. The day of the event she checked with the venue and they had no record of her having purchased a ticket. She had to purchase another ticket at the venue and it turned out they had multiple tickets still available and at a lower price.Business Response

Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

During the first half hour of a Presale for a show, I went to what I thought was the official website for the venue. I searched the specific theater, and everything about the site looked like it was for the actual venue, and not a separate company. I bought tickets within the first 30 minutes that they officially went on sale for the Presale event. When I received an email confirmation, I realized that the tickets were not from the official venue as the site lead me to believe. I immediately tried to cancel my order, but I was denied. Once the customer selected the ********************** listing they desired for Sessanta V2: Primus, Puscifer, and A Perfect Circle, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $636.74 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once the customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. Then, the customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. I went to the *************** website to look for tickets for a game. I clicked on tickets and it was listed that there was a game on Saturday June 21, 2025 in *********. I purchased 9 tickets through ******. I went back to the website and it said that 3rd party tickets would not be accepted at the venue and there have been multiple ticket purchases that have been fraudulent. I immediately called ****** and told them I think I've been scammed and they opened a dispute. I then called the number that was on my ****** charge which said Ticket Fulfillment **********. with this number ************, I asked them what was the name of their company because I think I have been scammed. They would not tell me a name and said they are a secondary resale vendor. I asked them where my tickets were, they put me on hold and came back and said that they could not discuss anything with me because the purchase was in dispute with ******. I asked again what the name of their company was and they refused to tell me. Then I asked if they were a fraudulent company and they would not answer. They then hung up. It has been in dispute with ****** for the past 3 months. I have been trying to get my tickets since June 22, 2024. for the following June 21 2025. I called the Ticket Fulfillment Center on Sept. 18th 2024 and they said my tickets are in my Ticketmaster account under the email *********************** I looked and there are not tickets in the account and there are no tickets for past events for the game either. I called back Sept. 19, 2024 and they told me that the game had already occurred on June 22, 2024, the same day I purchased tickets for the following year. I live in ******* and the game is in *********. I would never purchase tickets for the same day!!! Apparently the listing was fraudulent and now I still don't have tickets and the charges are still on my papal account. I have read multiple accounts online saying the same thing happened to them.Business Response

TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.
The customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of the website homepage clearly states, “[TFS] is a trusted secondary marketplace. Prices set by sellers may be above or below face value.” Furthermore, the top of all event pages on the marketplace clearly notify customers, “We are a leading ticket resale marketplace. Ticket prices may be above or below face value. We are not owned by or affiliated with any venue, box office, team or performer."
On 6/22/24 the customer selected a ticket listing for Party Animals at The Firefighters which was listed at $119.00 per ticket. During the checkout process a detailed order summary is displayed on screen and informs the customer of their event details, price per ticket, and applicable fees. This information was fully disclosed after the customer entered their email address and selected a ticket delivery method, but before they were asked to enter any payment information. At the bottom of this page and above the "Place Order" button it was stated, "By clicking, Place Order, you agree to the Terms of Use including refund terms and Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace and that your credit card will be charged $1,384.50, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final." Finally the customer clicked the "Place Order" button to complete their purchase.
Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. In this case that means the customer's order does not qualify for a refund and the order will continue to adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Prior to receiving this claim we addressed this matter with the customer, we assert that all order details and relevant terms were sufficiently displayed and agreed to when the customer placed their order and as such we consider this matter closed. The tickets came from a Savannah Banana look alike website and the tickets were not even for a Savannah Banana game. It said firefighters vs party animals. This is clearly a fraudulent company that doesn’t have genuine legitimate tickets. If your company sells fraudulent tickets and have a disclaimer that all sales are final, this is not how you do business.

As previously stated, as a secondary resale platform neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. This information is stated at the top of every page on the marketplace website. To this end the market place is not affiliated with, nor does it direct customers from, any primary market or venue website.
As previously stated, the customer selected a ticket listing for Party Animals at The Firefighters which was listed at $119.00 per ticket. Please note that after placing an order buyers are sent a confirmation email once their order has been confirmed by the seller. Sellers are independently responsible for confirming their orders and as such confirmation times may vary across orders or events. Nonetheless, once an order is confirmed it is no longer available for cancellation by the buyer. In this case the customer requested a refund after their order had already been confirmed and as such their order would not qualify for cancellation under the "all sales are final" policy agreed to at checkout. At this time no aspect of the customer's claim or order has changed and as such no further information or resolution is available.
It should also be noted that in addition to this claim the customer has opened a dispute with their financial institution regarding their order. This was addressed and the dispute was ultimately ruled in favor of the merchant, as decided by the financial institution. If the customer has any further questions regarding this dispute or its outcome, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.
