      This is indeed a scam. As you look into the event it comes up first " ********** "limited seats". I realized all at the event. The event was 1/3 full. $40 ticket which could have been bought from City Winery directly (I found out later) was re-sold (it appears more than once) $150. I bought 4. City Winery file shows: a) $40, b) my name c) a different address (when I checked it shows a rental property!), d) a different phone number, e) different credit card and f) a different email address. When I wanted to dispute and redirected to this number I was told " this is America, resale is legal" What about all false information attached to my name??!I am horrified and very mad. I will let this be known through my many social contacts and follow through any legal paths that would apply.

      Run!! Do not do business with Ticket Fulfilment Services. LLC. They upcharge a ridiculous amount on top the fee! I wish I would of read the reviews and spent some time researching. The worst part of it is, ****** facilitates doing business with this fraudulent company. Horrible, terrible reviews ALL over the place, even on their own 'Community' area of ******. I do not trust ****** anymore! ****** should always be one step ahead when providing a method of payment for its customers....shame on ****** for participating and facilitating this shame of a company.

      **********- this company is predatory. You think you are purchasing directly from the music amphitheater because it is set up to look like that and then you are brought to a site that does NOT even provide the tickets to you immediately after paying. I attempted to immediately contact the business through the contact us button on my email notification, and it didnt open any contact form. I had to search for a place to even get a chat agent. My credit card transaction was pending as it had been an hour, and they would not cancel the order even though they dont have the tickets available. You have to *hope* you get them in time. That is not how I do business!

      This ticket 3rd party charged me $85 more than the concert ticket cost for nothing. I would not recommend them. It seems that after I purchased tickets, they then bought the tickets and up charged me $85 more. When I finally got link to print e ticket after a month, the ticket price on the ticket was $85 less.Buyer beware of this 3rd party ripoff company.They should be shut down.

      How these scammers can stay in business is beyond me. Do NOT buy your ANYTHING from this company. Their web designers are so good, you think you are buying your tickets from the actual venue, when in fact you end up ordering from these crooks. They overcharge you buy 2-300% and by the time you figure it out, well, too late. Gotcha sucker. Avoid this business at all cost. I hope Karma will catch up with the owners.

      Despite all the bad reviews, I thought it was a great experience with ticket fulfillment. The fees were a lot, but they were included in the price right away during the search. There was No going through the purchase, then getting surprised by fees. There was a timer, but most sites have a timer when buying tickets. Tickets were easy to download from an email with a link. no problem. Went to *** game on New Years eve. Tickets were high demand

      This company is a scam. They didn't issue the concernt ticket to me when I purchased it and cannot say exactly when they will issue me and then wouldn't let me cancel even though this all happened within 20 minutes. They could not deliver to me a ticket. They are a scam. Do not use them.
