      Called to cancel ticket order and they said no refunds. Now I find out they are a scam and will not send promised tickets.

      I ordered tickets from this company, and never received them. Over $300 down the drain. I'm currently working with my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am also changing my card number so these scumbags never charge me again!

      My personal opinion is that this company is a full blown criminal enterprise. I ordered three tickets to a minor league baseball game from what I thought was the team office. Ticket Fulfillment charged me $219.95 for the three tickets. Thinking this seemed a little extravagant I called the team office. Asked what the price would be if I bought them directly from the team office. The answer was that those three tickets would be $54.00 total. When I called back to cancel the order with Ticket Fulfillment, they told me that they could not refund my money. But, that I could resell them myself to recover my money.These people should be in jail.****************************************, ********** Seattle Metro Area

      I live in Montral, I bought 2 tickets for a show in Montral When I paid I used my paypal account. I realise later that all my friend that bought ticket paid 38$ ********. I went to check on my **** **** and I paid 118$ per tickets because 1- Was in US money 2- They charge 42$ US for services fees 3- ******** money value is lower than US .Why I would of said yess to pay more, in ** money, for a show in my **************. Ticket Fulfillment Services Lzp is a very bad compaby that *********. If you look on ****** hundreds of people got scam by them ! NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY !

      Went online to *************** for ********************* tickets, and this service somehow highjacked my purchase attempt. They charged me $325 per ticket when the actual ticket price was $149.50. The actual ticket price was not published anywhere, but when I printed my tickets, the price was on them. I had additional fees from the event venue. This is theft.

      Be careful! Theyre a 3rd party ticket seller and will up-charge you 200% on the actual costs. The tickets that I received recently had somebody elses name on them therefore could not be used at the event that I was attending. I disputed the transaction with PayPal and I won. The tickets were never used and new tickets were bought when we arrived at the event. I provided all the documentation the original tickets also the new tickets that I bought. Make you do your research on purchases like this, its so easy to click in a fake ad posted by these crooked sites.

      I had originally filed a complaint against TicketsOnSale, due to a very slow response that I had from them after contacting them numerous times concerning an issue I had with tickets to a ******* ****** game. I am happy to announce that they have completely resolved the issue to my satisfaction and I will be using them again. ***************************

      Complete and total rip off. Criminal. I wanted to attend the Citi Open tennis tournament And went online thinking I was dealing with the tournament ticket office. I paid $250 each for a group of four seats I later learned were priced by the tournament ticket service for $50! **************** is helping me cancel the charge. These people are thieves.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I was ordering tickets through what I thought was direct through the venue but this company diverted and my ticket sales were through them without me knowing. I was ordering a reserved area but when it got diverted here they only issued general admission for the same higher fee and will no refund my money.
