      This company is a full scam. They pay for charge 3 to 5x the ticket value and extra fees. They prey online and you will never get a refund or your money back.

      PLEASE do not use this service. They charged me $461.58 for two tickets to Boyz to Men. I thought I had contacted the theatre box office. When I attempted to cancel my order in August, I received no response. The event was in November, so I had to travel to the box office and pay for two tickets. This company is a fraud. I am mad that I have to give them one star.

      This company does not deserve ANY stars their customer service does nothing to help you. Tickets were purchase in error and I immediately chatted with ********* and then called and spoke to ********* and not one could help me cancel this ordered! This is a scam business and has absolutely nothing to with ************ *************!!!! Run dont walk away from Ticket Fulfillment Services!!! They need to be taken down.

      These people are the scum of the earth. Not tickets! Lied, cheated and took our money. Shame on you PayPal for enabling their behavior. Shame on all of you.

      This company would not return my$ I received no confirmation or tickets. Less than 24 hours before the concert I finally talked to a rep in person who refused to return my $, or send me an email saying they would not return my $ because I had filed a dispute With my credit card company. I paid through PayPal. This company took payment immediately after transaction. But sent no confirmation , I then discovered that they also set up an automatic payment plan that would have taken $527 monthly. I disputed that and canceled that successfully with PayPal. I eventually got a successful refund from my credit card company. This company swooped in during purchasing and significantly raised the price. Tickets were going fast, so unfortunately I continued with the transaction. Buyer beware, especially about the monthly automatic payment. When I successfully canceled that I thought I had canceled all payments, but not so.. ZERO stars!

      Tried to cancel less than 12 hours later when I saw the extra fees almost a hundred dollars. Pure scam. I have a dispute with the credit card company. Waiting to see results.

      I ordered tickets for a ************* concert which is 7 hours away from me. The event was delayed, then a week later cancelled. They are saying they don't do refunds but will issue me credit. I don't want credit, I just want my money back. This is the first time ever buying tickets online so far away from home. Had I known it wasn't actually the venue doing the event I would have never bought them.

      They charge $485 for tickets that cost $90, they are an elaborate scam. they laugh at customers anytime they call and one had the nerve to say: you didn't read the fine line did you? you agree to our terms and our terms are that you won't get a refund. I told them I will put a complaint on AExpress and they told me nice try but you won't either. Is ******* me off so much. I received the tickets from Ticketmaster that was a transfer from a girl name *****, probably this is an inside job, and employees are doing purchase of tickets and selling it through this company of h*** The tickets have $0 face value, and can't be transferred or sold. I bought 3 rows and what I got was all the way in the back like the last row. This company needs to be shut down and a class action should be stared soon.

      **TOTAL SCAM** Purchased (2) tickets to concert for $625.00 front row. Was rescheduled due to COVID not sitting in different section and tickets for same section on sale for $40-$60. How a business like this can exist and not be shut down due to ethics violations is beyond me. They will just keep on scamming people. No consequences...
