      I purchase 2 tickets for Scorpions Concert which will happen in Sep 17, 2022, (2 months from now) and I had to cancel them due to a business trip scheduled after the purchase. They would neither provide any refund for the tickets nor re-sale the tickets.I have never seen a purchase that can NOT be returned 2 months ahead of its delivery.Very difficult to speak to anyone in their "customer Services" phone number and when you the lady just repeats "at nausea" their cancellation policies which were not very clear when you are purchasing the tickets.Bad ******** services all around.Will never use them again.

      I would love to give Zero stars but I had to give one in order to complain We purchase 2 tickets for ***** the show was scheduled for January 22nd she Postpone we spent ******** and they refuse to refund our money it is now 7 months later and when I called today they give me the same story *********** is not canceled yet not rescheduled how long are we suppose to wait. I've spoken with the venue and they said we should have been refunded we purchase tickets for that concert for that day and time I have spoken with multiple reps at Vivid and still nothing.VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

      I purchased tickets through vividseats for a baseball game. Went to the game and the ticket booth said I never received the tickets. Was charged for the game + $15 for ticket insurance from a third party that never stated the price of their insurance during the checkout process. The company would not issue me a refund, and the insurance fees did not help in resolving my issues.When I purchase tickets and get charged for the tickets, I expect to receive the tickets. Simple as that.Not a chain of emails from someone named "*******************" (not even from a vividseats email) saying my tickets expired.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Terrible business model - horrible customer service.
