      I purchased tickets and I call to see where my tickets at they couldnt find my information or nothing I paid $587 for the ***** tickets in *****

      Do not order from vivid seats. I ordered tickets and tried to change amount 5 minutes later and they wouldnt let me. I asked for them to resale the extra ticket I bought and they said no since it was an e ticket. This place is a scam. Try someone else.

      This is the worst company ever. I bought tickets on 7/25/22 $190 was pulled from my account the SAME DAY. It showed that the process was competed I never received these tickets and I have called every single day of the week. NOTHING. They kept telling me that the seller transferred them and I have nothing. Terrible customer service and I would like my money back.

      Please investigate this compnay i prepaid $178.00 to them on 6/26/22 I contacted them last week and have heard crickets from them see email below after i sent a contact email, this is unacceptable i want a full refund, it is fraud to pay for something and have nothing to show for it, unexceptable, I am so angry, please get my money back, was going to be a nice show, now forget it.       Never got my tickets. Vivid seats lied to me over and over for days before the event and promised me Id get the tickets and I never did. Vivid seats is a scam that protects ticket brokers and could not care less about its paying customers. I will never ever ever ever use vivid seats again

      I ordered 4 tickets for the 7/23/2022 Dunedin blue jays vs the mighty mussels at the TD stadium. We got there with our 2 grandsons and waited until they opened the gates to find out that they were cancelling the game due to bad weather that was starting and supposed to continue over the next few hours. I called vivid seats to get a refund but the gal said I had to wait until the escalation team figured it out. She also said I would receive and email with an update that night. Being I hadnt received an email as she stated, I called again the next afternoon only to get another gal who said she sent it to the escalation team and they still hasnt figured it out but would email me. So now they are holding my $111.00 hostage without providing any resolution. We have not seen the game and they have my money. As far as Im concerned they have terrible business practices and cannot be trusted!l!!! I think its only right to refund my money if we paid for it and never got to see the game!! I would absolutely not recommend this company and hope to help someone else not get scammed like I did!!! Thank you

      Ordered tickets for a concert and they never transferred them. Kept saying they would retransfer them but never did. This company is a scam. Beware.

      ************************ concert for ********* canceled from 7/2020, rescheduled to 7/21 - then rescheduled for 7/22. i printed off the claim form as directed for a refund , mailed it out back in the fall. Been sending emails since January- been told they can not find my claim form, to include a PIN and ID #. Really? something i do not have. Just another ploy for them to keep money. . . . what can i do from here???? i can only give 1 star- i'd rather give a 1/4 star- but it wont let

      Its a scam!!!! They give you someone elses tickets that they bought from someone and then when you get to the venue you have to use that persons name. Well you cant do that without having that persons ID!!! I got screwed big time!! ****** says they are trusted and they are not!!!!

      I purchased tickets to a Sunday ballgame on a Tuesday. I did not receive my tickets. I called and a rep stated the tickets are not released until gameday. On Sunday I still did not receive my tickets. After an hour and a half on the phone with a rep on Sunday, they suddenly hung up. I had to recall and go thru another half an hour until they realized the problem was on their end. Vivid seats was unable to deliver the tickets to me so there solution was to send my tickets to another provider, Ticketmaster. Somehow they found that I had an inactive account there and without speaking with me they transferred the tickets to Ticketmaster. As far as they were concerned tickets delivered. Well it was an inactive account and I was not able to reactivate that account over the web. I received an error message stating the account could not be reactivated and that I needed to call **************, on a Sunday, an hour before the game. I called and no one answered. I'm out $124 and I ended up buying tickets from StubHub, they were reliable and had no problem delivering the tickets. Vivid Seats may be cheap but their customer service is the pits!!!
