      Hello my complaint is in regards to Harley Davidson financial services attempting to collect a debt that should have already been resolved I had a motorcycle through Harley I was involved in a accident where I was hit by a car as I was riding my motorcycle, I did have proper full coverage through foremost insurance which they paid roughly 14k which is a portion of the balance and my gap coverage that I had as well was suppose to cover the remaining balance of about $1400 well as a result a remaining balance of 800 was left that all state the 3rd party company used for thr gap that Harley Davidson goes through failed to pay so as a result my credit has been dinged as 30 days late I called both Harley and all stated which I have tried to get the issue resolved and have submitted disputed through Experians app cause thats how I was notified my credit was reported as late and all attempts have not been resolved this was an issue that is completely out of my hands and all state has paid some the balance and somehow didnt pay the last amount so I am asking that the issue be looked at and resolved with your help because I did my part as to have the proper coverage and notifying both companies that my motorcycle was a total loss and the insurance as well as the gap coverage needed to pay off my balance heres the info and claim info for all state gap coverage C001-608887 claim number Eagle **** savings bank Claim # **-13-2013 ************ ************* for all state Pleas help me resolve my issue I find it very upsetting cause I try to take care of my credit and for them to just hang up on me when I wanna get resolution and get the issue rectified over something that was not my fault is not ok and there just basically saying its my fault when thats why I pay my insurance to not have thse things occur and then to get my credit affected is really just not ok so please I ask you again please help me if you need anything else please dont hesitate to ask thank you .

      I do not feel it was my fault as to why the gap coverage didnt send the remaining payment amount however non the less I have since paid the balance in full myself what I am asking for is the at Harley ******* financial aka eagle **** savings bank correct my credit mainly due to the fact that I was not made aware in any way nor was I told when I did call to check the status that my acct had a balance remaining still instead I was told not to worry that my acct was paid off and my credit would not be impacted so I am asking that my credit be corrected for the months that were reported this year July and August ***** you

      I purchased a Harley Davidson night rod special with the enclosed VIN number in 2007. Financed through ****** financial with eagle **** savings bank. Probably paid it off in 2009 didn't think about it for years. I just went to trade the bike, and realized I didn't have the title with my papers. I went online to request a new one and noticed that there was a lien on the title. Obviously it's been paid off for years, and they never released the title. I called last Monday stating it's holding up my sale/trade, they could not release the lien and they could not even locate my account. Said that they would send a letter that I can bring to the **** As of today it still has not happened, and it's embarrassing that I cannot trade my bike that I have owned for many years fully paid. Purchase new from ******** Harley in *********. Amazing that they could have an A+ rating, and so many horrible reviews. Negative infinity stars.

      They have been calling me and texting me for the last few months with regards to an account that is not mine, they are asking for an *********************** who is a person that I don't know.These calls and texts are very annoying, I block them and they are still somehow getting through as they use different numbers to call me.

      I purchased a Harley-Davidson motorcycle in 2019, I have been making payments for almost 5 years, I only have two payments left, all this time I have been paying online, they changed it so you cannot pay online anymore, there is no way to make my final two payments since I don't know my account number since I do not receive papers statements, I do have a mailing address to mail payments to, but how do I know it's going to get credited to my account since I cannot write my account number on my check.. they do not answer the phone, I have tried many times, being on hold for 30 minutes and they never answer the phone

      Harley Davidson today gave me another call said that I have three intents behind when I by! They have been taking slot of my money for payments and big double payments! I was told by a representations this ***** at 1;47om that I was three payments behind! I do t k is if this is scams buf need to get this situated again today! Something is wrong with these calls im receiving! I was told a representative u SAUD I wanted to surrender my bike without it being behind or back payments not applied! Please someone reach out to me! The number is *********** and they took another payment again and said four days later Im three payments behind! Please someone reach out to me.

      I am rejecting this response because: I tried to fix this over and over and Im getting new people everyday calling me dayjng Im three months behind and on top of that I watch a rep just throw over hundred dollars late fees right after I made a payment then called me and said you are still three months behind 
      This payment dont show on my account and it was paid just like the two western union payments last year and I had to call them to get the statement. I dont want to wait till thirty days because they just told me Anson Monday I was over thirty days late and I paid over 4000 to this account this year and wasnt behind! I have a recording back in January and March with a supervisor and then calls was recorded just like mines. I have to get this solve there are two many things going on with my account. Saturday a supervisor said it to they do t see how my account was behind at all. When you guys offer an extension they add that on right away and my bike sat more than it is on the website then what they tell you over the phone! I keep screen shots with payments ale en online! The lady told me online payments dont be caught up but the dates shows the dates on them and I still get late fees

      To whom it may concern, I would like to reopen this account because they put my bike out for repossession and I called in June talk to corporate about it was a repose man out here for my bike and he said harley davidson sent them and I said  am not behind so i talk to **** at the corporate and he told me to call the police so they wouldn't leave and **** and I called the number they was telling me to make payments and **** said it was the scammers doing it and it wasn't them but he drove off with the bike. But the charged me 3000 and they wouldn't listen about the fraud and the hardship letter. So, they said they would do a deferment, but it couldn't start till the fraud packet get in, but they never sent it out because I had people opening up my mail and the mail wasn't getting to me.       I have been struggling financially, and Ive had to make a few payments late to this company even though I called and attempted to get extensions, they refused to provide any kind of assistance whatsoever but continued to call me for payments, even though my bankruptcy clearly states they are not supposed to Call and ask for payments. Even though its been a nightmare of a struggle I continue to honor my loan with them since its such a low payoff left. Recently in May I received a call from a ********* who is a supervisor with this company asking for a payment we could not seem to Agree and I could not really understand her so I called in and spoke to a different supervisor name ********, who said she would review the phone call with *********. We also made an arrangement and agreement that if I scheduled a payment, she would move the month of **** payment to the back of the loan, and I would not have another payment due until June. I question this because this is something that has been refused to me on three or four separate months from *********. She clearly stated that she was a supervisor and had the authority to do this. I once again asked if she was sure if she said she had the authority to extend maze payment to the end of the loan I agreed, and the payment was made with money. I really did not have to spend and about a week later I get a letter in the mail from Harley Davidson Financial Services **** stating they could not extend maze payment. It was now due and I would have a late fee on top of Junes payment being due. Now I called in and requested a manager get involved and review the conversation between me and ******** so they could hear her being matter-of-fact about **** extension. Several times during conversations with *********. She stated I could bring the bike back and turn it in. that is not an option and this is what I told them. It seems to me like they are really trying hard to get this bike from me, I have not heard back from anyone

      Harassment! I start receiving about 10 to 15 calls a day after the day my payment is due.I get rude calls from the company staff one day after the payment is due and continue to get these calls everyday until I make my payment which is always a few days late because of my pay period.
