Harley Davidson Financial Services refuses to expedite the lien release on an account that I have satisfied, in full. Their claim is they are not willing to do anything other than what they deem as "policy" In a world of expeditious electronic communications; there is no reason they cannot provide the lien release in a timely manner.Note that they have acknowledged the account is 100% satisfied so there is no question as to the stratus other than a lack of proper business transactional conduct.HD Financial charges fees for everything they do including electronic payment processing fees; they engage in practices that not equal or fair and should be held accountable as such.Business Response

I have paid off my loan through this company and sold the vehicle and they refuse to give me the title still in a reasonable time. The people in the call center have zero information and wont let you speak to a supervisor about your issues.Business Response

On 4/3/2024 Harley Davidson Financial Services performed a hard inquiry on my credit. Experian, TransUnion and Equifax without my written or verbal authorization. Upon opening an investigation with The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,Harley-Davidson immediately removed the inquiry from Experian,however the inquiries remain on TransUnion and Equifax. Harley Davidson refuses to delete those in addition to Experian.Business Response

Excessive number of calls made to me for a late payment. The calls start the payment is due, and it was due 3 days ago. They have called me over 9 times in the last 3 days. It is illegal for them to call harassing me, and they cannot call more than 3 times in one day, or seven times in a week. They have not provided me with a detailed statement like I have asked, and after paying over 5k in payments, in 2 years, the amount of the loan has only gone down 1k.Business Response

Paid more than explained was understanding that warranty was free. I bought a new Harley and financed through Harley Davidson. I bought this in November of 2022. I paid off the loan on March 5th 2024. On April 1st 2024. My wife and co borrower of the loan called and inquired as to when we would receive a lien release. She was told although she is a coborrower they could not provide her with any information other than they sent it to the **** This makes no sense as in ******** the *** wouldnt need or do anything with the lien release. They told he they could only speak to me. I called them after she did on April 1 2024. Initially they told me it was mail on March 19 2024. I told them I had not received it and asked they could email or fax me one. They told me they had sent it and it was not their fault they had met their obligation and it was up to my postal service to get it to me. Again I explained I did not receive it and they offered no way for me to get a lien release just keep telling me that it wasnt their fault. Finally after being told it was my postal services fault several times. I told them Im not interested in whos fault it is I just need the lien release. I dont have a postal service ***************** does and I still need a copy of it regardless of weather or not it was lost in the mail. Finally I was sent to supervisor who told me they sent me my title on March 19 2024 and my lien release wouldnt come for 30 days. I told her I had my title and have had it for nearly 2 years so they didnt send that to me. They she said they had sent my lien release on the 21 st of March and it was sent to my old address because I didnt update my address when I moved a year ago. I explained *** been getting mail deform them at my new house and non of that matters I just want a lien release. She just kept saying it was not their fault and they couldnt send me a release. They have zero interest in helping just shifting blame and I still dont have the lien release. $32,000 dollars and I cant get a clear titlBusiness Response

I have made my payment on time everytime for 4 years but recently they have decided to return my payments days or weeks after being made, adding late fees then calling 20 times a day to collect money. this has happened 4 times and even after I have proved there was money in my account that pays for this bike they insist its my fault. I have spoken to them several times and they do nothing to fix the problem. All payments made online and on the same account number. Unfortunately i don't have the time or manpower to monitor their site on a daily basis to see if payments are being returned for no reason and refuse to pay late fees since I'm not at fault. I own my own business and can't believe that harley does this to customers. maybe they are trying to repo a bunch of bikes for their show rooms.Business Response

I paid of my loan of my 2022 Harley Davidson Heritage (Account number ***************. ***************************************** claim they sent me the title and pay off loan letter, I did not receive them. There is no my mistake on my side, after paying off the loan on /2/28/2024, I have been checking my mail diligently waiting for the information and it has not been sent.
