      I have a 800 credit score and they financed me at like 20% I didn't look cause I buy alot toys and have never had over 10% when I make a payment. 120 goes to my 20k bike. And over 250 goes to interest! I will not buy another Harley!! My house, cloths, trucks, cars, shop are all decorated in harley! I see why harley is the brokest bike builders anymore. Horrible customer relations and ********************! They are robbing me. I'll go to my bank now that I'm back in our town! Big difference I already checked. ********** financial is making bank on a 15 street glide. 14k bike. They sold for 20. Gonna try to charge me 38. Absolutely stupid. They could of just gave me a good rate and I would of just used them. But nope. They wanna **** you for every dime they can.

      Terrible company and the reason I've not gotten another Harley since dealing with them. My bike was vandalized while I was hospitalized and I had insurance on the bike to cover it. I made them completely aware but they still chose to have their repo guys show up at my house and break open the locked garage door. I had witnesses that saw them do this and drive away in a black ***** blazer. I sued them and their lawyer offered me $100 but took the loan off my credit report. I lost $thousands

      I am writing this review for my daughter and son in law who actually had an experience with Harley ******* financial. When ***** hit, she and her husband ended up losing their jobs which caused multiple issues for them. Because they had been in contract with Harley Davidson,they were still obligated to pay for that motorcycle.The people at Harley Davidson financial at first seemed very helpful until their account was past due due to their inability to pay because of job loss. they contacted her, and I assisted her in negotiations and I had told them based on the condition and what needs to be done for that motorcycle, I would offer them $5000. They didnt want to take it and instead, my daughter told him to just come pick it up.They turned around and sold it at auction and it only brought in $5000 and then they wanted to charge her for the balance left over.They couldve wrote that part off, and sent her a **** for the rest, but instead the person that we were speaking to was very deceitful and underhanded in his business practices and just lied to us. I would never trust that company again and based on the other reviews, Im not the only one. The Young man we spoke to seemed to be very unsure of anything, and didnt appear to have any authority to do anything other than to have a conversation with us, and then lie to us. I told him I could drive down there and we could talk about this face-to-face because of his attitude and he hung up on us. The company is very unprofessional,the level of incompetency is very clear by this young mans inability to handle the situation and if you try and talk to anybody else you can see that they really dont understand business or customer service. I think they just hire anybody whos looking for a job and can answer the phone. I dont write very many reviews, but I felt it was important that I would hate to see anybody else get treated that way but I think that other people may benefit from our horrible experience. Never again.

      Their website is ********. Way harder than it needs to be to make a payment with all of their stupid security questions. It's not like anybody would be able to take any money from my HD loan account.

      Iv called the financial department twice to ask a few questions. Both **** and **** both were hostile on the phone and hung up in my face. I would not recommend buying Al anything from HD due to their lack of respect for the paying customers. I was told there was no way they could assist me in my problems and found out they over charged me for the bike by several thousands and was just laughed at.

      The worst company ever from poor customer service, illegal activity, and even harassment. The bike gets paid monthly however they mysteriously never received it. Proof gets sent and that seems to never get received. Credit has been falsely and illegally reported multiple times since the loan started. I recommend never doing business with this company. Get your attorneys ready if you do.

      I paid my loan off with Harley Davidson financial services on the 28th of September 2023 . They were overpaid and told me a week later that it would take **** days to issue an overpayment check. They said that they issued a check on October 16, 2023 which was 14 days after they said a check would be issued. Today is the 25th of October and still no check after 9 days.I worked for the *********** for ******************************** stolen appear to take that long.Whats really happening is that Harley Davidson is in a financial problem right now and the longer they keep my money the more interest they make off of it.

      I've received two phone calls from them. They're attempting to get in touch with my ex-husband. I've had ZERO contact with him in literally 19 years. No, I can't travel back in time to give him a message! I told them this when they called last month, and they still called me again this month. I've never had any dealings with them myself. They need to knock it off. If they call me again, I'm asking for a manager. If they still call after that, I'll be contacting an attorney because I'm at that point being harassed for something I have absolutely nothing to do with.

      They are very hostile and unprofessional. **** and won't listen to any reasoning whatsoever. Won't prove anything in writing. Won't prove a contract. Robocalls. Hang up after first ring. Place fraudulent inquiries on consumer credit reports. Had to freeze consumer credit reports account. Worst company ever. Need to study business law.

      ***** at this place is one of the most ignorant pos ive ever dealt with in customer service let alone ********************. Will definayely be refinancing due to his ignorance.
